Any and all games that either require some degree of skill or have repetitive content should have built in speed up options. Things such as skipping animations, instant dialog or just straight up increased speed.

This gives the player the option to reduce the amount of time wasted and/or immensely increase the difficulty.

It can definitely be a very fun and interesting experience being able to see how far you can push your limited human capabilities.
