Chapter 480 - Japan

In 1999 Japan updated their flag. They slightly shifted the red circle to finally center it and they also opted to use a slightly different shade of red.

That just begs to differ why they didn't just center their circle in the first place.

[They also changed the ratio from 7:10 to 2:3]
