Funnily enough, it isn't actually illegal to drive nude in quite a few countries/states. Depending on the region, there may however be other rules regarding if for example women are allowed to show n.i.p.p.l.es. Some states however expressly allowing women to go topless in any location where men could do so legally.

But no matter where you are, as long as nobody sees it or notices, you're allowed to drive however you want.
