Chapter 613 - Upload Schedule Update?

XP has never had an upload schedule that's been anything more than just 1 chapter a day guaranteed. However there has always been a rough time frame for when chapters are uploaded. Since I'm changing up my sleeping schedule, you can expect chapters around 4 hours earlier than usual.
