Chapter 728 - Green

From 1977 up until 2011, the flag of Libya was just green. Some believe that the flag was chosen to symbolize the Libyan leader's political philosophy which he summarized in his book, "The Green Book."

The is truth is however much simpler. A single colored flag is just much easier to draw, mass produce, and also a huge flex.
