Is Karma weighted? From a purely theoretical standpoint, if Karma does exist would it be weighted?

(Spoiler Alert: yes it does and yes it is)

If a very rich person donated 0.001% of their net worth, which equates to 100$ million, to help others, would that be worth more than someone else donating 1,000$ worth 80% of their net worth? Although the true numbers can't exactly be revealed, one is most definitely not worth 1,000× or even 10x more positive Karma than the other.

Although quality is very important, quantity can definitely make up for it.
