Today we're once again covering a medical condition that you should be thankful for not having. Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia is when your body's immune system starts attacking and destroying red blood cells faster than is being produced. The obvious issue being that your body is attacking itself.

In essence, you're allergic to your own blood. Much like everything else, there's a whole list of problems that AIHA can cause. For example: cold feet/hands, headaches, weakness, fatigue, pain, fast heartbeat. It's also usually a sign of other medical issues such as cancer, infections or viruses.
