To create a magic weather rock, you first need to find a decently sized rock. Next, tie it up and hang it outside. Now, whenever you need to know the weather, you just have to look at the rock. If the rock's wet, it's raining. If the rock's dry, it's not raining. If you can't see the rock, it's foggy. The list just goes on and on and is only limited by your imagination. That's why it's known as a "Magic" Weather Rock.
