You Are Mine

I took my passport and some important documents. I've got no more jewelries or cash left. I laugh to myself. Then there I saw a brown envelope. It has my name on it and it was dated 5 years ago. I have not opened it knowing that it came from D City. I took it out and put it in my suitcase. I will have to deal with it later.

I looked at my room one last time. I will surely miss my room and my bed. I made sure that I've got everything in. I looked at my face in the mirror to make sure that everything is ok. Satisfied, I took my suitcase and went out of my room. Joseph was there, looking at me like he is trying to figure me out.

"I'm ready", I said and walked past him.

Joseph followed me and took the suitcase from me.

"Is this all you need?", he asked.

"I guess, I won't be there for too long anyway and you would have to send me back after a while", I replied, I did not hide my sarcasm.

His eyes became dim and stared at me. I stared back at him, challenging him. He smirked and walked toward his car.

After putting my suitcase in the car, he opened the door for me. I looked at the house one last time. I have so many memories in this house. The house that my father bought for us when mom got sick. It is where my dad started to build our future after my mom passed away. Then, I went inside the passenger side. He turned around and went into the driver's seat.

Joseph was silent while driving. It is the same him except that he has gone sexier. I blushed at my thought. Why would I suddenly see him as sexiness? And sexier? Gosh, what is wrong with me? It is not the first time that I felt this sensation whenever he is around.

There was this incident that happened just a few weeks after my dad and I moved to their mansion. I could not forget how mad he was when the horse I was riding suddenly went mad and run aimlessly toward the forested area of their domain. If not for Joseph, I would have fallen from the rogue horse and who knows what else could have happened.

I was so scared that I screamed at the top of my lungs. It was my first time to ride a horse and Jolo taught me all the basics of how to ride a horse. We were all set but maybe because the horse felt my fear and uncertainty and was not familiar with me, it got confused and became restless.

Joseph together with Gary, the caretaker, immediately came to my rescue. He was riding Poseidon, his favorite stallion who was galloping so fast trying to catch up with me and when I was already within his reach, he held me by my waist and pulled me towards him. He then settled me in front of him while he instructed the care taker to follow the rogue horse. I was so shocked with what happened and I can feel my whole body trembled. I had my eyes closed. He slowed down the horse and eventually stopped.

I did not know that I was holding my breath and knowing that I was already out of danger, I released it to calm me down however my heart started to go wild. I could feel his hard chest rising and falling against my back and strong muscles at my sides as if he was hugging me. He had the horse walk gently back to the stable which made the friction between our bodies ignite the fire inside me.

I can feel the heat spread my whole body. It's a different feeling and I could not help but sigh. My face is like burning and that burning sensation spreads down my body to the center of my being. I felt a sudden throb in between my legs

"Ahhh", a groan escaped my throat which made my eyes go wide in shock. I think I was more shocked to this than what had happened earlier. I closed my eyes to hide my embarrassment even though he could not see me.

"Enjoying so far?", he sensually whispered in my left ear. His warm breath fanning the side of my face. My eyes opened in shock. He felt it. This is so humiliating, I thought to myself. I cursed and scolded myself so many times.

"Could not have a better plan to seduce me?", he asked as he planted a light kiss on my nape and then my shoulders.

"I'm sorry baby, but I don't take left overs", he continued and he had the horse to run faster.

It felt like a pail of cold water was poured over me upon hearing what he said. I was about to ask what he meant but I lost it due to the sudden movement of the horse, I closed my eyes and just focused on holding on to the saddle to avoid myself from falling.

When we got to the stable, Gary, Jolo and the other farm workers were already outside waiting for us.

"She's already inside boss, still a little bit restless", Gary, referring to the horse, reported to Joseph with a worried look in his eyes.

A small "hmm" was heard from Joseph.

I can see Jolo's worried look so I gave him an assuring smile which made him feel relaxed.

"Easy to change flavors, huh", he scoffed before getting off Poseidon. He then asked Gary to help me get off the horse. Before I knew, he was already gone inside the stable where Sky is. Sky is the name of the horse that had gone rogue.

Jolo went to my side immediately. "Are you ok? Were you hurt?", he asked and touch my head, my face, my arms and made me turn around.

I laughed at him. "I'm alright", I said and held his hands.

"Gosh, I was so scared. Sky is very friendly that is why I chose him for you. I don't know what made him act that way", Jolo explained, feeling sorry for what happened.

"You don't need to worry, I'm alright and that is what's important now", I assured him and patted him at the back.

Little did I know that someone manipulated the horse before we got there and that someone was furious at the moment since the plan failed.

I felt a pair of eyes at my back but when I turned to see who it was, there was no one around. Gary and the rest of the boys went to help Joseph inside the stable while I and Jolo are outside. I shook the idea of someone trying to harm me aside.

From that time on I never tried to ride a horse again and I learned that Joseph sold the horse. I tried to ask why but Jolo had no idea. He was also told not to allow me near a horse without Gary or Joseph.
