Chapter 1494 No matter what is a series

Although Buddhism is widely spread in our country, many things that have been handed down from Buddhism are not actually in our country.

Like the life-size statues of Buddha, Sakyamuni, the founder of Buddhism, used to have life-size statues of all ages.

That is, the 8-year-old full-length portrait, the 12-year-old full-length portrait and the 25-year-old full-length portrait.

Among them, the 8-year-old and 12-year-old statues are all in the snow area of our country.

The 8-year-old statue of the Buddha was first enshrined in the three ancient kingdoms of India, Kosala, King Bosni, and was later invited to Nepal.

During the Tang Dynasty in my country, Tubo Tsampo Songtsan Gampo married Princess Chizun of an ancient local country, Nibhara.

The princess brought the 8-year-old statue of Buddha to the snow area and enshrined it in the Jokhang Temple.

The 12-year-old statue of the Buddha was also enshrined in King Bosni at first.

During the period of the Sixteen Kingdoms, Fu Jian, the former Qin emperor, believed in Buddhism. He gave three priceless treasures to the Indian Dharma King Dharma Polo, and obtained a 12-year-old statue of the Buddha.

In the Tang Dynasty, Princess Wencheng married Songtsen Gampo far away, and the items she carried included this 12-year-old Buddha statue.

The 12-year-old full-length Princess Sui Wencheng was enshrined in the Ramoche Temple after arriving in the snow area.

Later, Princess Jincheng of the Tang Dynasty made peace with Tubo. When she arrived in Tibet, she put the 12-year-old statue in the Jokhang Temple, and moved the 8-year-old statue to the Ramoche Temple, which is still the case today.

In addition, those things that look like glazed beads should be relics.

Every Chinese person should know this thing, but there should be very few people who have actually seen it.

The relics of the Buddha are even more precious. These are the bones left behind by the Buddha Sakyamuni after his Nirvana.

It is said that after the fire that year, a parietal bone, two shoulder blades, four teeth, and a middle finger bone were obtained from the ashes.

These are a small number, and there are 8.4 other colorful bead-shaped real body relics, which are called Buddha relics.

In 185 BC, there was a fierce conflict between Indian Brahmanism and Buddhism, that is, the "China-India Dharma Difficulty" incident.

In order to protect the sacred relics of their sect, Buddhists took their holy relics to overseas for refuge, and the relics of the Buddha began to flow to overseas countries.

At present, there are 8 temples that have been discovered and recognized in my country that support Buddha's relics.

They are the relics of Shakya Buddha from Tianmenshan Temple in Zhangjiajie, the hair relics of Shakya Buddha in a bun from the underground palace of Leifeng Pagoda, the phalanx relics of Shakya Buddha from the underground palace of Famen Temple in Fufeng, and the relics of Buddha ancestor in Leiyin Cave of Yunju Temple.

The remaining four houses also include the iron tower Buddha relic of Beigu Mountain Ganlu Temple, the Buddha tooth relic of Badachu Lingguang Temple, the Buddha relic of Ashoka Temple and the Buddha's crest bone relic of Ashoka Pagoda of Dabaoen Temple.

Among them, the most precious one is the ossuary bone house of the Buddha's roof unearthed in 2008 at the site of Dabaoen Temple in Jinling, which is the only one in the world.

Before it was unearthed, it was buried deep in the underground palace of Dabaoen Temple, and is currently enshrined in the Foding Palace of Niushou Mountain in Jinling.

And now, these precious relics all appeared in front of Chen Wenzhe.

Especially those rare relics, there is no shortage of them.

You should know that there is only one such as the parietal bone of the scapula head in the whole world, where did the second one come from?
If this kind of thing is genuine, it would be strange.

Therefore, instead of looking at these things that are not known to be true or false, or what kind of bones are burned, it is better to look at those scriptures!

Among the scriptures, the most well-known one should be the Bayeux Sutra, right?
When Buddhism was born, there was no paper in Guyinsan, so the Buddhist scriptures were all recorded on the leaves of the "Pedora tree", so it was called the Bayeux Sutra.

These Bayeux scriptures are all products of the place where Buddhism was born, and have a long history, so they are rarely handed down.

The most important thing is that many of these Buddhist scriptures are solitary copies, and there is no second copy at all, so they are so precious that they are called "the panda in the Buddhist scriptures".

According to legend, the 657 volumes of Buddhist scriptures that Master Xuanzang brought back from Tianzhu were all Bayeux Sutras.

In 648 A.D., the [-]nd year of Zhenguan, Prince Li Zhi established the Daci'en Temple in memory of his mother, the eldest grandson, the Empress.

The famous Big Wild Goose Pagoda is located in Daci'en Temple, which was supervised by Master Xuanzang himself.

On the fourth floor of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, there are two Bayeux Sutras about 40 centimeters long and 7 centimeters wide enshrined, on which are recorded Buddhist scriptures written in ancient Sanskrit.

At present, there are less than 20 pieces of the Bayeux Sutra of the same type in existence, which can be described as priceless.

Li Tianqiang has a lot of such things here.

Although it looks a lot like the Bayeux Scriptures, could it be true?
This is also a fluke mentality, so I bought all these high imitations with the idea of just in case?

In fact, there is really nothing except these Bayeux Sutras, mainly those life-like statues of Buddha.

For those religious people, this thing is a real treasure.

Now he got a whole set here, even if it is a fake, if it is placed in the exhibition hall, it should be able to attract some attention.

I have to say that Li Tianqiang is still very thoughtful.

Not only did he dare to think and do, but he also had something else to think about.

For example, the gold-plated silver plate with the god-man pattern in front of him, he actually used it to hold a large stack of Bayeux scriptures.

This made Chen Wenzhe dumbfounded. If there was still a possibility that what was said at the beginning was true, then what he saw now could only be regarded as fake.

Even if no flaws can be seen, there is a slight chance that these things are genuine?
Impossible, absolutely impossible.

Although I sentenced these things to death in my heart, I still need to look at them.

After all, each of these things is a national treasure. Even if they can be imitated to be similar, it is not easy, and it requires extremely sophisticated technology.

This gilt-silver plate with god and man patterns was discovered in 1988.

At that time, in Jingyuan County, Baiyin, Gansu Province, a gilt silver plate with a diameter of about 31 cm, a thickness of about 4.9 cm and a weight of 3.2 kg was unearthed.

The silver plate is decorated with three circles, the outermost circle is plant, bird and animal patterns, and the middle is 12 portrait ring patterns.

In the center of the plate is a young man of an alien race who is leaning on the back of a beast, and inscriptions in Western letters are engraved in the foot circle at the bottom of the plate.

The male engraved on the plate is naked and his abdomen is wrapped in a robe.

He holds it in his right hand, with a relaxed expression, but he is not from our country, he should be from Asia Minor.

According to expert research, this silver plate is likely to be an item of the Byzantine Empire passed down from the Silk Road.

Chen Wenzhe really didn't expect that Li Tianqiang's collection of antiques is also a series of collections.

For example, in the inscriptions at the beginning, it said it was from the Northern Wei Dynasty, so it was from the Northern Wei Dynasty.

If you want to find Ouyang Xun, you can find Ouyang Xun.

If you want to get rubbings, get a big stack.

Even the full-length statues of Buddha can be found in a series and made into a complete set.

It seems that these foreign treasures are also a series.

Chen Wenzhe looked through it, and found one.

Regardless of whether it's true or not, it's worth something.

Because its material is onyx, well, it is still gold.

This is a gold cup with a tiger handle inlaid with onyx. This kind of thing is not true or false, just the material, so it is worth a little money.
