Since Duobao Tathagata embarked on the path of cultivation, he has never been confused. Even during the Conferred God Tribulation, with the presence of the Shangqing Saint, Duobao was still full of vigor and energy. But now, Duobao Tathagata is really a little confused! Since the great catastrophe of heaven and earth began, Duobao Tathagata always felt that there was a big hand behind the great catastrophe of heaven and earth, controlling the situation.

Heaven!

In the magnificent Lingxiao Palace, five great emperors of heaven sat high. Since the Heaven sent Li Shimin's edict to Buddhism, the Jade Emperor, the North Pole Ziwei Emperor, the South Pole Changsheng Emperor, the East Pole Qinghua Emperor, and the West Pole Gou Chen Emperor have not left the Lingxiao Palace.

The human race took the lead in the name of humanity, and coerced the heaven and the underworld to hold Buddhism accountable in the name of heaven and earth. The five great emperors knew in their hearts that Buddhism must give an explanation as quickly as possible no matter what.

Since Buddhism dare not hesitate, the Five Great Emperors can just wait for Buddhism’s response in the Lingxiao Palace!

Under the Lingxiao Palace, Maitreya Buddha bowed to the five heavenly emperors: "Amitabha, Maitreya greets all the emperors!"

Although Maitreya Buddha is the supreme Buddha of Buddhism and the future Buddha! However, the Heavenly Palace is the center of heaven and earth, and the Emperor of Heaven is the most honorable person under the saints. In Buddhism, including Duobao Tathagata, they are actually ministers of the Heavenly Palace. When ministers meet with the emperor, they naturally have to be polite and considerate.

The five great emperors had different attitudes towards Maitreya Buddha's question and worship.

The Jade Emperor said with a smile on his face: "Maitreya Buddha is a disciple of the saint, why should you be so polite?"

The Jade Emperor and Buddhism have a covenant, although the Jade Emperor did not speak for Buddhism before, and even used the hands of the North Pole Ziwei Emperor, the South Pole Changsheng Emperor and the East Pole Qinghua Emperor to hold Buddhism accountable and suppress it. But the Jade Emperor is still clear about the principle that everything is too much or too little.

The Jade Emperor's attitude towards Buddhism is very clear. He just wants to suppress Buddhism. He has no intention of breaking the covenant between himself and Buddhism. After all, if Haotian wants to attain enlightenment and become a saint in the future, the two Buddhist saints are very important.

The Jade Emperor was full of smiles and his gentle attitude also made Maitreya Buddha feel relieved. Previously, the imperial edicts from the Heavenly Court and the Underworld were sent to Buddhism at the same time. The three Buddhas of Buddhism were actually worried about the Jade Emperor's attitude towards Buddhism. If the Jade Emperor and Buddhism were to become enemies, then the great catastrophe of heaven and earth led by Buddhism would inevitably be a lot more troublesome.

The Jade Emperor and Maitreya Buddha have a friendly attitude, but that doesn’t mean the other emperors are also kind to Maitreya Buddha.

The Southern Emperor of Longevity, Nan Ji Xian Weng, and the Eastern Emperor of Qinghua, Tai Yi Zhenren, were both from the Chan school and had always disliked Buddhism. Therefore, in response to the greetings from Maitreya Buddha, the two emperors just nodded slightly.

Although the Emperor of the North Pole Ziwei had always been on good terms with the Chan Sect, Maitreya Buddha came on behalf of Buddhism. Therefore, the Emperor of the North Pole Ziwei did not dare to be arrogant in front of Maitreya Buddha. Although his attitude was cold, he also politely replied: "Greetings, Maitreya Buddha."

As for the Monkey King, the Great Emperor of the West, since he had the Buddhist Bodhisattva of Great Power in his body, he returned the greeting to Maitreya Buddha in a neutral manner.

Maitreya Buddha is a meticulous person. The attitudes of the five emperors of heaven made Maitreya Buddha instantly understand the reason why heaven held Buddhism accountable. The emperor of the Tang Dynasty was protected by the power of humanity. The edicts and memorials he wrote would definitely connect humanity with heaven. With the power of heaven, this edict would definitely reach the hands of the Jade Emperor as soon as possible! The Monkey King (Emperor Gou Chen) made a scene in the heaven, and Buddhism handled it improperly, which made heaven lose face. The Jade Emperor must have taken the opportunity to use his power to hit Buddhism.

After figuring this out, Maitreya Buddha also greeted the Jade Emperor, the Gou Chen Emperor and the Zi Wei Emperor with a smile.

The hostility of the Changsheng Emperor and the Qinghua Emperor towards Buddhism is difficult to eliminate, so Maitreya Buddha can only win over the Jade Emperor, the Gou Chen Emperor and the Ziwei Emperor.

On the Heavenly side, Maitreya Buddha spoke eloquently and gave an explanation to Heavenly Court with a sincere heart!
In fact, the entry of Maitreya Buddha into the Lingxiao Palace is the best explanation given by Buddhism to the Heaven! Buddhism bows to the Heaven, and the direct descendant of the saint, Maitreya Buddha, comes in person. No matter what the Buddhist promises are, at least Buddhism gives the Heaven the most sincere attitude.

Although Changsheng Emperor and Qinghua Emperor did not like Buddhism, they also understood that it would be inappropriate for them to continue to harass Buddhism when Maitreya Buddha came in person. Therefore, Changsheng Emperor and Qinghua Emperor only planned to embarrass Buddhism with words and then let the matter go!
However, a message from the Jade Purity Saint made the Changsheng Emperor and the Qinghua Emperor completely oblivious and silent.

During the Conferred Gods Tribulation, the Great Purity Saint and the Jade Purity Saint invited the two Buddhist saints to defeat the Jie Sect together, and owed Buddhism a lot of karma. It is also because of the karma owed by the Daoist and Chan sects that Buddhism has developed smoothly in recent years.

However, since the Monkey King made trouble in the Heavenly Palace, Buddhism asked Taishang Laojun to take action to completely resolve the cause and effect between the Saint Taiqing and Buddhism. In recent years, Taoism, with the support of the Tang Dynasty's canonization as the state religion, has severely suppressed Buddhism.

Taoism's confrontation with Buddhism is that the cause and effect between the Great Purity Saint and Buddhism has ended. However, the cause and effect between the Jade Purity Saint and Buddhism has not been completely resolved.

Just now, the Jade Purity Saint sent a message to the Great Emperor Changsheng and the Great Emperor Qinghua. It was the Saint Zhunti who sent a message to the Jade Purity Heaven, wishing to use a strand of the Jade Purity Saint's karma to make the Great Emperor Changsheng and the Great Emperor Qinghua no longer embarrass Buddhism. The karma of the saints is difficult to resolve. After the Conferred Gods Tribulation, although the Chan Sect and Buddhism have resolved many karmas, there are still some saint karmas. This time, if a strand of the saint's karma can be resolved, the Chan Sect will naturally not embarrass Buddhism anymore.

Although Maitreya Buddha's trip to heaven had some minor setbacks, it was considered smooth. However, Dipankara Buddha's trip to the netherworld was a bit problematic!

Although the Netherworld is shielded and protected by the power of the underground, powerful people at the quasi-saint level can still tear open the world's barrier and enter the Netherworld.

However, the power of the ghosts and gods in the underworld and the gods in the earth are terrifying. The quasi-saints in the heavens and the myriad worlds dare not sneak into the underworld privately. However, the Buddha of Burning Lamp came on behalf of Buddhism this time, so he was not worried that the underworld would embarrass him.

A powerful Buddhist force like the bright sun stepped into Yinshan from the void, attracting the attention of the entire underworld.

The Emperor of Fengdu looked at the powerful Buddhist power on Yinshan Mountain, snorted coldly, and disappeared from the spot in an instant!

Tianqi Rensheng Emperor (the gourd spirit) looked at the powerful Buddha power on Yinshan Mountain, smiled and said: "This Buddha power is simple and mellow, with a sense of perfection. It seems to be the past Buddha of Lingshan Mountain."

Although Tianqi Rensheng Emperor (Gulu Fen Shen) had never seen Dipankara Buddha, through Jin Chanzi's memory, Tianqi Rensheng Emperor (Gulu Fen Shen) understood that in addition to the Buddhist heritage of the Pure Land, the only three Buddhas in Buddhism on Lingshan Mountain could have such powerful Buddha power.
