Since the great catastrophe of heaven and earth began, Guanyin Bodhisattva, the leader who actually managed the great catastrophe of heaven and earth on behalf of Buddhism, has been very busy. Besides, Xuanzang has the power of the great catastrophe to protect him. Now no powerful person in the heavens and the worlds dares to plot against Xuanzang and risk the horror of the great catastrophe. Therefore, although Xuanzang in the great catastrophe of heaven and earth does not cultivate magical powers and is powerless, he is the most untouchable existence.

The outside world thought that Xuanzang was awakening his wisdom and restoring Jin Chanzi's memory. But only Xuanzang himself knew that he was confronting the Way of Heaven.

The idea in Xuanzang's heart that Buddhism could not save the world was stimulated by the Way of Heaven.

If Xuanzang had not restored Jin Chanzi's memory long ago, and if Tiandao Zhu Qi had not had an extraordinary secret method of concealment, Xuanzang would never have discovered the secret of the great catastrophe of heaven and earth.

All living beings in the world, no matter how ordinary, are said to have their destiny determined by heaven and earth.

But what is the destiny of heaven and earth? Why are the causes between heaven and earth not yet born, but the results already determined? Everything, everything is in the thought that is madly growing in Xuanzang's mind.

Xuanzang's idea that Buddhism cannot save sentient beings arises from an unknown place in his heart. It seems to be Xuanzang's own idea, but Xuanzang knows that this is not his idea, and he has never had such an idea. This is the way of heaven urging Xuanzang to evolve a great catastrophe.

Why did the Monkey King Yuan Hong insist on coming out of the mountains to face the calamity?

It stands to reason that Yuan Hong had no friendship with the Shang Dynasty, but he fought to the death for the Shang Dynasty. With the arrogance of the four monkeys and Yuan Hong's wisdom, this was impossible. However, this impossible thing became a reality. Because at that time, Yuan Hong also had the same idea as Xuanzang's in his mind.

Although Yuan Hong wanted to go down the mountain, Xuanzang thought that Buddhism could not save sentient beings. But if we trace back to the source, the source of their thoughts is the same, and it is the Heavenly Dao that is influencing them. The crazy thoughts in their hearts are the reins that the Heavenly Dao uses to graze sentient beings. The Heavenly Dao uses this rein to pull the sentient beings of heaven and earth, and let them perform according to the script preset by the Heavenly Dao.

The essence of Jin Chanzi is a puppet of the ferocious beast Hun Dun. It is precisely because of the powerful beast Hun Dun, who is at the level of Hunyuan Daluo Jinxian, and the secret method of Tiandao Zhu Qi that Jin Chanzi's soul can perceive the secret of Tiandao herding all living beings.

The Way of Heaven overlooks all living things in heaven and earth.

Although Xuanzang was a person who was destined to be calamity, he was only slightly valued by the Heavenly Dao. With the terror of the Heavenly Dao, if it were to exert its full strength, it would definitely be able to dig out the fierce beast Chaos behind Jin Chanzi.

However, the opportunity to confront the Way of Heaven is too rare!
Therefore, although Xuanzang knew that he was taking a great risk, he still carefully resisted the crazy thoughts in his heart.

As time went by, the thought in Xuanzang's heart became more and more terrifying! Sometimes, even Xuanzang himself felt that the thought was exactly what he was thinking!
On this day, Xuanzang, who had just finished preaching Buddhism in the small town, was preparing to go outside the city to rest.

A believer put his hands together and bowed to Xuanzang and asked, "Master, I have some doubts in my heart. Please enlighten me."

Xuanzang looked at the pagoda-like sturdy man in front of him and asked softly, "Amitabha, I wonder what doubts you have!"

The sturdy man looked rough, but he was quite polite. He said respectfully, "Master, this is an old story. When I was young, my family had some wealth and was considered a wealthy family in the village. The elders in my family were also very open-minded and often helped the villagers. They were well-known in the village. But good people are not rewarded. That night, thieves came to our house and killed nearly a hundred relatives in our family. If it weren't for my old servant who fought to the death to protect me, I'm afraid I would have died long ago."

When talking about sad things, the strong man's face was also full of sadness!
"After I had a lucky escape that day, I have been traveling around the world to learn from masters! After many years of learning outside, when I returned to my old place, I didn't expect that the group of thieves had become well-known and virtuous people. Hehe! Master, do you think that the thieves used the looted money to do good deeds? Is it good or evil? I have secretly investigated the thieves for nearly ten years and found that my family is not the only one who has been killed by this group of thieves. Moreover, the families who have been killed by this group of thieves are all well-known good families in the village. Master, you said that good deeds are not rewarded with good, and evil deeds are not punished with evil. Why should we do good deeds and accumulate virtue?" As he said that, the strong man took a deep breath and asked in a stern voice: "Master, do you think this thief should be killed!"

Xuanzang looked at the sturdy man with a vicious face and said in a dark tone: "He deserves to be killed!"

The sturdy man laughed and said, "Master, you have a good point. This thief really deserves to be killed. But how should we deal with this thief who has gained a good reputation by doing evil?"

Xuanzang said solemnly: "Goodness is hypocrisy, evil is true evil. Cut off their lineage and sever their inheritance."

The sturdy man stared at Xuanzang in a daze. After a while, he said, "Master, you are so violent! Such a violent temper is not like a Buddhist disciple."

Xuanzang shook his head and said, "Layman, Buddha has a compassionate heart, but also a fierce look!"

The sturdy man stared at Xuanzang and asked again: "Master, I have heard that Buddhism says that if you put down your butcher knife, you will become a Buddha instantly. If I put down my butcher knife, can I become a Buddha?"

Xuanzang shook his head first, then nodded! Seeing that the strong man didn't understand, Xuanzang said softly: "Layman, whether you become a Buddha or not has nothing to do with holding up the butcher knife!"

The sturdy man muttered to himself, "Nothing to do with it?"

Xuanzang continued, "If the mind of a layman is not bound by form, then he is the true Buddha. Raising the butcher knife and killing to stop evil is an evil cause, but a good result. This is killing the Buddha!"

"Kill the Buddha?"

Hearing Xuanzang's words, the strong man's eyes sparkled. He looked at Xuanzang and said, "Master, if I destroy temples and ruin the Buddhist teachings, can I still become a Buddha?"

Xuanzang nodded and said, "Yes!"

One word can stir the world!
Just as Xuanzang finished speaking, a thunderbolt exploded in Lingshan! Instantly, the Buddha, Bodhisattva, and Vajra of Lingshan Buddhism all looked at Xuanzang following the intuition.

Xuanzang said slowly, "Layman, Buddha is Buddha, Buddhism is Buddhism! Buddha is in the heart, Buddha is in the body. Good is Buddha, evil is also Buddha. Buddha is not sought from outside, but obtained from within. Layman, can you see the Buddha in your heart?"

The strong man closed his eyes and thought for a long time, then shook his head and said, "Master, I don't see the Buddha in my heart."

Xuanzang nodded and said, "Since you have never seen the Buddha, you have worries in your heart!"

The strong man seemed to have realized something and asked: "Master, how can I see the Buddha in my heart?"
