Chapter 15: Live Three or Five More Years
Archmage Antonidas watched Taelan Fordring demonstrate the Holy Light Bullet. He not only gave an evaluation, but also invited Taelan Fordring to study in Dalaran and recommended him to Archmage Krasus.

Tirion Fording was more concerned about his son's health. Finally, Antonidas promised him to think of a solution. In fact, the problem with Tyran was that his body could not withstand an overly powerful soul! He also did not master the corresponding mystical power and could not withstand the holy light.

Taelan Fording knew that his soul power was too strong because of the fusion of two souls in his past and present lives. You have to pay for what you get. If you want to have great power, you have to pay a price.

The body can only grow naturally, and this cannot be changed. However, if the archmage wants to improve this situation, there is a way, that is to find a suitable magic equipment to enhance his magic ability.

After thanking Antonidas, the two said goodbye and left. Taelan Fording wanted to visit Krasus immediately, but Tirion Fording told him that it would be rude to visit him directly, so Taelan had to follow Tirion to the magic tower to make an appointment with the archmage tomorrow.

And at this time he actually remembered that his son and the little girl Jaina had made an appointment to catch the cat-changing dwarf. This is outrageous!

Aren’t middle-aged men very forgetful?
In fact, Taelan really misunderstood Tirion. His real thought was that his son had lost his memory, especially about his childhood friends. Some people say that childhood is the most important time in life, and a happy childhood can heal a lifetime. But some childhoods need a lifetime to heal.

In the original novel, Jaina's life was spent healing from her childhood experience. Her family made her overprotected and she hardly suffered any setbacks. She could not see that behind the peaceful years, there was someone carrying the burden for her! Daelin was away fighting all year round, his mother was busy with government affairs, and his brother died early, which made her lack the company and communication with her relatives.

In Tides of War, we can see that young Jaina's favorite thing was to use old books to make a circle and surround herself in the middle. She would hide when she met strangers.

These experiences made her desperately seek a sense of security. She was easily influenced by others and overly concerned about other people's feelings. At the age of only 20, she had to carry the life and death of the entire race and the planet on her young shoulders.

She looks strong on the outside, but she lacks a sense of security on the inside. Look at the partners she has chosen, Arthas, a weakling in combat. They are all strong men, and she hopes they can give her a shoulder to cry on. But neither of them is mature and strong enough.

Prince Arthas was a victim and a perpetrator. When Jaina said, "Our child will definitely have blonde hair," she needed a promise, but he backed off. He was not ready to take responsibility at all, but asked a girl to give him everything, and even asked her not to reject him at any time. This hurt Jaina. And it embarrassed her! So later, when faced with the choice of Stratholme, she also backed off.

For Tirion Fording, Jaina is Taelan's new childhood playmate, making up for the childhood happiness that both parties missed.

But he didn't know that Jaina didn't think that way.

That night, under the care of the blue boy, the boy fell from the sky and pulled her away from death. This scene will even be remembered by her for the rest of her life.

Girls mature early. The story begins when she picks up Taeran, who has turned into a ragdoll cat. And it quickly deviates from Tirion's expectations.

After breakfast, Tirion Fording took Taelan to visit Krasus. Soon, Jaina was alone at home again.

Jaina didn't like this situation. Although she liked the beauty of Dalaran, which was probably one of the most beautiful cities in Azeroth, her father didn't bring her here for vacation. Often after visiting some important people, Daelin would let her rest in the inn, but he didn't know where to go. He thought Jaina didn't know anything, but he forgot that children not only need material satisfaction, but also the company of their parents.

Jaina was very smart. Daelin thought his daughter had no idea what he was doing. But Jaina knew he must have gone to see a woman because she couldn't hide the unique perfume. She remembered that smell.

But now she no longer cares about these. In addition to reading a book called "Detailed Explanation of Arcane Energy" given to her by the Archmage Antonidas, she also got another treasure, which is a gentleman's suit!

Everyone thought that she liked the beautiful hat just because it was pretty, but in fact, she could already feel the power of this magic equipment. She was also a natural awakener. It was just that the power of a mage came more from knowledge, and she didn't have enough knowledge. So she couldn't cast spells yet. As long as she put on the hat, she could feel that her physique and intelligence had been improved, and even some other things. So this magic equipment improved at least four attributes, which can only be achieved by excellent-level equipment.

In other words, this gift from Tyran could be used to the second level at least. And this hat was a precious magical equipment. It was also the first gift Tyran Fording gave her.

The whole morning was spent reading and looking in the mirror. At noon, Dai Lin returned to the hotel with a satisfied look on his face. The first thing he saw when he entered the room was his daughter, her face red, touching the beautiful bow. He teased his daughter, "Are you still thinking about that brat?
Well, it's really unexpected that a strong warrior like Tirion gave birth to such a beautiful son. And his education is too successful."

"That boy will definitely be a girl killer when he grows up. Even for me, it's hard to hate him."

"Tylan is not some girl killer, he is a paladin. Loyalty is one of the virtues of a knight!"

……

"Jaina, that kid has become famous. Did you know that?"

"How did you become famous?"

"There's news from Archmage Antonidas's mage tower that he has recommended Taelan to Krasus as an apprentice. After treating Taelan, he called him the Son of Light."

"That's great!"

I'm so happy for him, now he will come to Dalaran more often.

Dai Lin said, "I think Archbishop Fao will baptize him soon. In a year or two, he will become a trainee paladin and go to Dalaran to study. My daughter, you have to work hard! Don't fall behind too much."

Jaina raised her left hand and clenched her fist to cheer herself up. Then she said, "Why hasn't Taelan come to see me yet? We agreed to catch the mischievous dwarf today."

Daelin said: "Tirion never fails to keep his promises. You don't have to worry. Dalaran is now on high alert. The streets have been swept several times by the Lawbreakers and are now very safe. When he comes, you can go for a walk on the streets."

Tirion, who never missed an appointment, was preparing a gift. He was going to visit a great wizard tomorrow, but he was not familiar with Krasus. Antonidas's recommendation letter had already been sent, so he would definitely take his son to visit Krasus first. Out of courtesy, a souvenir was indispensable.

Dalaran was not short of these things. The two walked around the commercial district and chose a bottle of expensive red wine as a gift. Tirion himself was not very good at enjoying life, but fortunately he had gained a lot of spoils during the war and saved some private money. Before leaving, Tyran's mother Kalandra also provided additional funding.

After they prepared the gifts, Tirion Fording urged Tyran to go play with Jaina, but Tyran wanted to practice with his father and learn new fighting skills.

He wanted to live a few more chapters, and as for Jaina, he wanted to stand her up!

I am not very satisfied with the writing of this chapter, so I will post it first and revise it later.

Jaina is one of the most complex characters in the entire World of Warcraft. She is a soft-boiled egg with a hard shell. This metaphor is a bit strange, like the "惄如调荤" in the Book of Poetry.

Both sides are responsible for her and the prince's relationship. It was the prince who started the problem. And she and her father. I think more responsibility lies with Jaina herself, they lack communication.

Whether you are willing to admit it or not, most women are often lenient on the outside but strict on the inside! Their strengths lie in the details. Therefore, children in families where mothers are too strong are mostly unhappy.
