The watercolor painting that Jiang Zhe is currently painting is already his third draft of the worker.

After he finished the watercolor painting, he removed the draft from the drawing board and nailed it to the wall together with the charcoal drawing.

There are already a dozen figures on the wall.

There are lathe operators, fitters, electricians, welders and other people doing different jobs, as well as factory clerical and logistics staff. Two of them are very special.

One is the image of a young woman, a college student who had just been recruited by the factory. The other is a foreign engineer hired from outside, also from East Asia. However, this person is dressed differently. Most workers are wearing work clothes and carrying their own special tools or tool boxes. This foreign engineer is wearing a thick shirt with the top button fastened, his cuffs buttoned, and leather boots on his feet. His clothing and expression suggest that this person has a rigid personality.

When Jiang Zhe was painting these images, he was also thinking about the differences between them, trying to show their complexity and vividness.

Workers are tired and dirty when they are working, but many old workers still maintain their past mental state. No matter how tired or dirty they are at work, they will still clean themselves up after get off work. This is a unique state of old workers in a large state-owned factory.

After Jiang Zhe drafted all these memorable typical images, he had to integrate them into the appropriate scenes. The results of his previous observation and learning came in handy.

He set the background of this painting as a dock.

The grandeur of the dock serves to highlight the image of the workers and contributes to the overall atmosphere.

In the process of arrangement, there are still many problems to be solved, such as the order and position of these images. There must be no common sense errors, and at the same time, we must break inherent habits and avoid the formation of habits.
