Chapter 6 What a coincidence, we meet again

The supervisor introduced her to several clients that the company frequently dealt with. Jian Yi had memorized their information in advance, and she called them over one by one in a sweet voice. Soon, they were chatting familiarly.

Later, these people wanted to get together to play mahjong, and Jian Yi was very tactful and found an excuse to leave. The room was a bit stuffy, so she quietly opened the balcony door while holding her skirt.

She likes watching the snow, but it doesn't snow often in Kyoto.

The world was covered in snow, and the world turned into a completely pure bright white. She could never get enough of it.

Jin Yanchen took a sip of wine. The color of his pupils was very light and his gaze was distant when he looked at people. However, when he said this, there was a playful smile in his eyes, which reminded Jian Yi of their previous two meetings.

Jian Yi tilted her head and smiled at him with her eyes curved, "Who told you to help me every time we meet?"

Perhaps infected by her smile, Jin Yanchen also laughed, which was rare.

He suddenly leaned over, his tone carrying an irresistible familiarity, "Can you please do me a favor this time?"

He smiled mischievously, and when the corners of his clothes were blown up by the wind, a faint scent of alcohol came out from his body.

"My car keys are there. I want you to find a way to get them out for me."

She put away the half-drunk gin and tonic and made up an excuse, and the supervisor waved at her and asked her to leave.

Jian Yi felt that Jin Yanchen seemed to have a special preference for some things. For example, every time she saw him, he wore a coat of the same color.

When Jian Yi came out, Jin Yanchen was leaning on the railing smoking.

Jian Yi smiled and said thank you. His gentleness and tenderness, and the tenderness in his eyes always made her feel a little unreal. Jian Yi raised her phone, which was a shopping app. She had just ordered a few books, some on economics and some on social etiquette. This action was too intimate, and she quickly retracted her hand after realizing it, but she heard him chuckle a few times, and a thin blush crept up her ears.

"If you want to learn, I can teach you."

There was something ambiguous about these words, just like the night sky that quietly climbed up the sky. Through a thin layer of fog, Jian Yi turned around and bumped into his eyes that seemed to be filled with spring water.

She smiled lightly and said "Okay".

The temperature dropped at this time, and this idle and somewhat excessive conversation was coming to an end.

When she stepped over the threshold, Jian Yi was dazed for a moment, and the coat on her shoulders just slipped off. She trotted after Jin Yanchen, and suddenly raised her head and asked him, "Can I know who this coat belongs to?"

She added, "I'll send it over after the dry cleaning is done."
