Perfect World: Dark King

I have killed many immortal creatures from foreign lands, including some of the kings among the immortals. They turned pale at the mention of me.
The kings in the fairyland viewed me as a plague. They avoided me as much as possible and were afraid of getting involved in anything related to me.
I once fought the king of the primitive ancient world to the bitter end, but all the creatures there had a special feeling towards me.
All living things fear me, yet hope to be protected by me; they respect me, yet are afraid to get too close to me. To them, I am a strange king.
Some call me the source of disaster, some call me the Lord of Darkness, some see me as the doom of eternal damnation, and some call me the Evil Emperor.
I feel helpless about this, I am obviously so kind.
But it doesn’t matter, because standing on the opposite side, it doesn’t matter who is light and who is dark.
