Panshan Group invested in the construction of Haikou Port, Sanya Port and Basuo Port, and built these three ports into modern ports. After the development of the three ports, the subsequent development will be Yangpu Port, Qinglan Port and Wuchang Port.

The entire development plan will take twenty years.

This time he came to inspect Haikou Port, Sanya Port and Basuo Port. Each of the three ports is divided into three phases. The first phase is currently under construction and the third phase is expected to be completed by the millennium.

The port is surrounded by low-lying terrain and has a good sandy coastline, which is 8.4 kilometers long. Haikou Port has always been known as the "Gateway to Qiongzhou".

Panshan Group not only invests in the port of Qiongdao, but also in the Red River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta, as well as Rongcheng Port and Ludao Port in Fujian Province.

Currently, Panshan Group has a huge amount of funds, and Liu Tao plans to invest heavily in the Magic City Port, the Yangtze River Delta Port and the ports in the Yellow Sea region.

Ports are absolutely high-quality assets. At least for the next three or four decades, they will be absolutely high-quality assets with amazing rates of return.

Currently, local governments lack funds to develop ports and have no experience in opening ports, but these Panshan Groups are strong points.
