Zongwu said: The beauty of the five grains is that if they are not familiar, they are not as good as weeds and barnyards;

Zongwu said: Mr. Taoism, the thick black thief also lives as if he is loyal and trustworthy, and behaves like an honest, everyone is happy with him, self-righteous, and cannot follow the way of Cao Liu, so he said: Thick black thief also.

Zongwu said: No confusion, people are not thick and black!Although there are things that are easy to grow in the world, if they are exposed in one day and cold in ten days, there are no ones born.It is not uncommon for me to see people talking about thick black! I retreat to Mr. Taoism! Why am I like Mr. Taoism?Today thick black is the way, the great way, if you don't concentrate on it, you won't get it.Zongwu invented thick black scholars, so that Zongwu taught two thick blacks, one of them was dedicated, but he listened to Zongwu's words. It's like learning all of them!For its qualifications?Said: No.

Zongwu said: If there is a failure here, the gentleman must turn himself back, and I will not be thick; his self-reflection is thick, but the loser is still the same, the gentleman must turn himself back, I will not be black; , Its failure is still the same, the gentleman said: Those who oppose me are also delusional!This is very different from animals! How difficult is it to use thick black to kill animals?
Zongwu said: The way of thickness and blackness is high and good, and it is as good as it is natural, but it is not unattainable.For example, if you travel a long distance, you will feel inferior; for example, if you climb a high place, you will feel inferior; if you are not thick and black, you can't behave to your wife, so that people can't behave to your wife if you don't think thick and dark.

I wrote the Thick Black Sutra to make it easier for beginners to recite it so as not to forget it.However, some truths are too profound, so I will explain them in context of the scriptures.

Zongwu said: It is not called thick, it is ground but not thin; it is not called black, it is not clear after washing.Later I changed it to: don't say thick, the more you wear it, the thicker it gets;Someone asked me: "How can there be such a thing in the world?" I said: "The calluses on the hands and feet are thicker and thicker as they are worn, and the coals stained with mud and dust become darker as they are washed." Human skin is very thin, and slowly The human heart is born dark, and when it meets a person who talks about cause and effect, or a person who talks about Confucianism, put some morality, benevolence and righteousness on it, so that it will not be dark. If it is washed away , the black body appears naturally.

Zongwu said: "Those who are thick and black do not make me from the outside, but from my own nature."Born common people, some are thick and some are black, and people's Bingyi is like thick and black.This can be tested: find a mother at random, and hold her own child to eat. When the child sees the bowl in the mother's hand, he will stretch out his hand to drag it. If he is not careful, he will be smashed; In his own mouth, he would reach out and take out the cake from his mother's mouth and put it in his own mouth.Another example is that when a child sits in the mother's arms and sucks milk or eats bread, and the elder brother walks in front of him, he will stretch out his hand to push him and beat him.These things are able to be learned without learning, knowing without thinking, that is conscience and ability.By expanding this kind of conscience and energy, you can build an earth-shattering career.Tang Taizong killed his elder brother Jiancheng, killed his younger brother Yuanji, killed Jiancheng and Yuanji's sons, brought Yuanji's wife into the harem, and forced his father to cede the world to him.His behavior is all amplified from his conscience when he was a child, snatching cakes from his mother, and pushing his elder brother to beat his elder brother.Ordinary people, with this kind of conscience and ability, don't know how to expand it. Only Tang Taizong expanded it, so he has become a hero through the ages.Therefore, Zongwu said: The mouth is related to taste, and there is the same addiction; the ear is related to sound, and there is the same hearing;The same thing between the face and the heart is called thick and black, and the heroic feature expands the same thing between the face and the heart.

The principle of thick black is clearly laid out in front of you, anyone can see it, but as soon as you see it, you will be overwhelmed by my husband's impression that it is a sinister essay, or the theory of Mr. Taoism.Therefore, Zongwu said: "The trees on the Niu Mountain are beautiful. If you cut them with an axe, they will not be born without sprouts and evils. The cattle and sheep will graze them, so you can wash them like them."Although it exists in human beings, there is no thickness and blackness! The reason why it destroys its thickness is like an ax to a tree. If it is cut down suddenly, its thickness will not be enough to survive, and its thickness will not be enough to survive. It's hard to be a hero!When people see that he cannot be a hero, they think that there is something thick and dark, is this human?Therefore, as long as you get its food, the thick and dark days will grow, and if you lose its nourishment, the thick and dark will disappear.

Zongwu said: When a child sees a cake in his mother's mouth, he knows to grab it. If a person can snatch the cake in his mother's mouth, he can use it successfully. If he can fill it, he is enough to be a hero. He is a hero. , Those who do not lose their innocence.If there is not enough to protect the body, it is called self-destruction and self-abandonment.

There is a kind of extremely talented person who understands this truth himself, implements it with his strength, and keeps it secret.There is another kind of blunt person who has already entered this path, but he doesn't know it yet, so Zongwu said: Do it without paying attention, get used to it without observing it, let it go for a lifetime, and there are many people who don't know the thick and dark.

Theories in the world often mislead people, but thick black will never mislead people.Even when you are at the end of your life, when you are a beggar, you will beg more for food than others.Therefore, Zongwu said: From the emperor to the beggar, all are based on thick black.

Houhei's knowledge is extensive and profound. Those who want to learn this way must concentrate on it. After one year of study, they can apply it, and after three years of study, they can achieve great success.Therefore, Zongwu said: If there are those who have learned a lot, it is only a month, and it will be successful in three years.

Someone asked me: "You invented thick black science, why do you always fail in doing things? Why do your students have greater abilities than you, and you always suffer from him?"

I said: "You are wrong. No inventor can reach the peak. Confucianism was invented by Confucius, and Confucius reached the peak. Yan, Zeng, Si, and Meng were lower in learning. Zhang's is at a lower level and is getting worse and worse. The reason is that the leader's ability is too great. This is true of all oriental learning, such as Laozi in Taoism and Sakyamuni in Buddhism. The science of science is not the case. It was very shallow when it was invented, and the more it is studied, the more profound it becomes. The person who invented steam only realized the principle of steam flushing the lid of the pot, and the person who invented electricity only realized the principle of the movement of dead frogs. Later generations continued to study , to create all kinds of machines and have various uses, which is absolutely unforeseen by the inventor of steam and electricity. It can be seen that in Western science, the later generations are better than the predecessors, and the students are better than the master. My thick black science is equal to the Western science. Science, I can only talk about steaming pot lids, the movement of dead frogs, and many principles in it. , was defeated by the students again, one generation is better than the next, and the thick black school will naturally prosper!"

Another person asked: "You have taught the thick black theory so wonderfully, why don't you see you do some vigorous things?" I said: "Let me ask, how many vigorous things did our Confucius do? He said How many things have been implemented in the state of government and state? Zeng Zi wrote a book "Great Learning", which focuses on governing the country and flattening the world. May I ask where is the country he governs? Where is the flat world? Zisi wrote A piece of "The Doctrine of the Mean" said some words about Zhonghe Weiyu, may I ask him where Zhonghe Weiyu is actually? You don't question them, but ask me instead. A wise teacher is rare, and the Tao is unpleasant. It is difficult to encounter the profound and subtle Dharma in a million kalpas, and if you still doubt it after hearing it, then you are mistaken.”

In the first year of the Republic of China, when I published Houheixue, I met a friend surnamed Luo who had just come back from a certain county as a governor. He made a mistake and lost the official. The case has not been closed yet, and he is very frustrated.When Yan once talked about Houheiology, I told him exactly what he was listening to. When he was fascinated by it, I suddenly stood up, slapped the table, and said sharply: "Luo! You have done things in your life, There are successes and failures, where is the reason for your success? Where is the reason for your failure? Have you escaped from these two words? Speed! Speed! Don’t hesitate!"

Hearing my words, he was stunned for a while, then sighed and said: "There really is no such word as Lie Tuo." This friend surnamed Luo finally had a sudden enlightenment.

When I published Houheixue, the alias I used was the word "Dou Zun", which means "heaven and earth, I am the only one respected", and I also used the alias when I wrote letters with friends.Someone asked: "What is the meaning of the word Shu Chief?"

I replied: "I published thick black studies. Some people said that I was crazy and deviant, so I had to be imprisoned in a madhouse. I said: Then, I will become the criminal chieftain of Shu, so I am called Shu chieftain."

After I announced the thick black theory, many people followed it up and turned Sichuan into a thick black country.Someone asked me: "The leader of the country must be you." I said: "Then, I will become the chief of Shu." Therefore, it is also called the chief of Shu.Furthermore, I teach thick black studies, and the disciples who have been taught by me should be given the mantle, but my life is to beg for alms, and this bowl should be kept for my own use. So the word Du went to the dog and became the word Shu.I have many high-legged disciples. A good disciple's foot is tall, but my husband's foot is short. A disciple's foot is one foot tall, but my husband's foot is one inch shorter. Therefore, the word Zun has cut off the word "inch", and it has become the word for chieftain. For this reason, I It had to be called the chieftain of Shu.

I published the thick black theory, and most people read it, and said: "Your knowledge is broad and profound. After reading this book, it is like studying the mean in a university. There is no way to start. Please explain the multiplication method for all sentient beings of my generation. , teach some practical methods, so we can follow suit."

I asked, "What do you want to do?" I replied, "I want to get an official to do it, and I want to do it vigorously. Most people think of it as a big politician."
