Jin: Marquis Kang used tin horses and concubines, and received them three times a day.

Translated Jin Hexagram: Kanghou used the good horses bestowed by King Cheng to breed horses, and the horses were bred many times a day.

Interpretation According to the traditional view, "Kang" is the name of "beauty", and "Hou" is the collective name of "progressive ministers".According to Gu Jiegang's textual research (see "Ancient History Debate"), Kanghou is indeed the title of a prince. He is the younger brother of King Wu of Zhou.This statement is true and can be regarded as a family statement.The greatest advancement in ancient times was the favor of the emperor for being virtuous and meritorious.The hexagram says that Marquis Kang received many chariots and horses from the emperor, and was received by the emperor three times a day with grand gifts, which shows that Marquis Kang was deeply favored by the emperor, so his enjoyment and benefit are self-evident.Therefore, the hexagram only said "Kanghou used Xima and Fanshu, and received them three times a day", not the rest, but the meaning of "Jin" has flourished.

"彖" said: Jin, Jin also.Ming out on the ground.By the way, it is more beautiful than Daming.Soft and upward, it is because "the Marquis of Kang used the tin horse and the common concubine to pick him up three times a day".

The translation "Zhuan Zhuan" says: "Jin" means enterprising.The upper hexagram of Jin is Li, and Li is the sun; the lower hexagram is Kun, and Kun is the earth. The sixth day: Jinru, Destroyer, Zhenji.No fufu, no blame.

Translation Lunar Sixth: If you get promoted and suffer setbacks, you will get good luck if you stick to integrity; if you cannot gain the understanding and trust of others, you will not suffer any harm if you treat others leniently.

"Xiang Zhuan" said: The setback in promotion shows that the sixth day of the first day must be independent and unchanging in the right way; there is no harm in treating others leniently, because they have not been appointed.

Interpretation From the perspective of Yao Xiang, the sixth day is at the beginning of the Jin hexagram, which is the beginning of progress; because there are two or three yins on it that hinder its way of advancement, it suffers setbacks.But on the sixth day of the ninth day, if you can keep upright and firm, you will get what you want and you will be lucky, so the line says "Zhenji". The quotations in "Xiang Zhuan" are omitted, and it should be "Jin Ru, Ru Ru, Zhen Ji; Alone and Zheng Ye".Chu Liu walks on the road of advancement with a soft quality. He is not happy when he succeeds, and he is not discouraged when he is frustrated. minister.Due to the setback in the beginning of the sixth day, it was difficult to trust others for a while, which is the "Wang Fu" mentioned in Yaoci. Sixty-two: Jin Ru, Sorrow Ru, Zhenji.He is blessed by his queen mother.

"Xiang" said: Receive the blessings of this introduction, and use Zhongzheng.

Translation Sixty-two: When you ascend, you will be sad, but if you keep upright, you will get auspiciousness; if you receive great blessings, you will come from your grandmother.

"Xiang Zhuan" said: The reason for receiving great blessings is that Liu Er was in the middle and kept upright.

Interpreting the first and third lines of the lower body of the Jin hexagram has the corresponding rigid line of the upper body, only the sixth and second upper body has no support. Considering that the road ahead is full of thorns, I can't help but look sad.But Liu Er uses softness in the middle to achieve righteousness, so he can persist in being upright and soft, and not rush to advance, so he can get auspicious.The great blessing is bestowed by the Queen Mother, who is the grandmother, the supreme being of Yin, here it refers to the Sixth Five-Year.The sixth and fifth ranks of honor, as far as the ministers are concerned, are the supreme ministers, that is, the Kanghou mentioned in the hexagrams.Although Liu Er encountered ups and downs on the way to promotion, he was able to defend himself with the righteous way. After a long time, he would naturally win people's sympathy and lend a helping hand to let him "promote" and let him enjoy the Daifuku, the savior who helped him is Liu Wu who is a high-ranking and good at employing people.Because the Sixth Five-Year and the Sixth Two are not yin and yang, but yin and yin, they are called the "Queen Mother".

Six three: All agree, regret death.

"Xiang" said: If everyone agrees with it, the ambition will go up.

"Xiang Zhuan" said: Liusan has the ambition to win the support of everyone and can make progress.

Interpretation Liusan puts Yin Yao above the next hexagram.If you make mistakes, you should have regrets, but because the sixth day corresponds to the upper ninth, you have the ambition to go up, and the sixth day and the second day of the sixth day are similar to the sixth day. I agree with Liusan's ambition; and since Liusan has the support of everyone, there must be no regrets left.

Ninth Fourth: Jin is like a marmot, chaste and vigorous.

"Elephant" says: marmots are chaste and fierce, and their position is not right.

Translation Ninety-Four: Ascend and encounter flying squirrels, keep upright and solid to prevent danger.

"Xiang Zhuan" said: (Ascension) When encountering flying squirrels, keep upright and firm to prevent danger, which shows that the September [-]th position is not appropriate.

Interpreting that the flying squirrel is actually a giant rat. The nature of a flying squirrel is greedy and fearful of people. When encountering a flying squirrel on the way forward, its danger can be imagined. Stay upright and guard against danger. "Xiang Zhuan" further pointed out that this dangerous situation was mainly caused by the improper position of the [-]th.In [-], masculinity was regarded as soft, and it was out of order, so it was "inappropriate".This is like a big mouse greedy for a high position, but has lost the way of being submissive. It is afraid of the promotion of the three yin lines of the lower body with one heart and one heart.Therefore, it is necessary to maintain integrity to avoid accidents.

Sixth Five-Year: Regret death, don't pity what is lost.Go, Kat.No disadvantage.

"Xiang" said: Don't be sorry for what you lose, and celebrate when you go.

Translation Six Five: Remorse disappears, don't worry about personal gains and losses, and you will get good luck if you continue to move forward, and there will be no disadvantages.

"Xiang Zhuan" said: Don't worry about personal gains and losses, it shows that as long as you go forward boldly during the June [-]th Five-Year Plan, there will be blessings.

Interpreting Liuwu as yin and yang, there should be "regrets", but Liuwu is the leader of the Jin hexagram, and the Kanghou mentioned in "Zhuan Zhuan" refers to him.Because he can be "smooth and beautiful like the Great Ming", "gentle and upward", receiving the virtue of "Li Ming" at the top, and being supported by the Yin at the bottom, he "regrets death".It can be seen that there are gains and losses in the Sixth Five-Year Plan. If you worry about gains and losses and worry a lot, it will inevitably hinder your way of advancement. Therefore, the precepts of Yao Ci said: "Don't be sorry for what you lose", that is, don't care about personal gains and losses.In Liuwu, softness occupies the honorable position. After all, he is a talent for softness, not strong enough but more than soft. Therefore, Yaoci encouraged him to "Go, good luck. There is no disadvantage".If you can use this way during the Sixth Five-Year Plan, you will be able to go anywhere without any disadvantages.Zhu Xi said in "The Original Meaning of the Book of Changes" that "everyone who gets rid of the intention of making meritorious deeds and seeking profit will be lucky and have no disadvantages. However, there must be virtues, which should be occupied." People without virtue will never be able to "lose If you don't have to be sympathetic", this reminds us to cultivate virtue.

Upper Nine: Jinqijiao, Weiyong Fayi.Li, auspicious, blameless, chaste and stingy.

"Xiang" said: "Weiyong cut down the city, and the way is not light."

Translation Upper Nine: Ascension to the extreme, as if reaching the tip of the horn of the beast, only by conquering the towns, can turn danger into auspiciousness, without causing harm; hold on to integrity to prevent regret.

"Xiang Zhuan" said: Only by conquest of the subordinate towns (in order to change the danger and severity into auspiciousness), it shows that the road to advancement in Shangjiu has not yet been brightened.

Interpretation of the "horn" is the horn of a beast, which is strong and on top, just as the Shangjiu uses Gangyao as the pole of the Jin hexagram, so "Jin Qijiao" is used as the metaphor of the Shangjiu.But this line is very bad. Although the Jin hexagram is a progressive hexagram, it uses softness instead of rigidity.Since I have just advanced to the top of the nine, there is nowhere to go, and I have to rush forward again, in a state of extreme excitement, of course it will be dangerous to continue like this.At this time, only by self-restraint and transferring this impetuous force to the conquering and rebellious towns, can the crisis be turned into auspiciousness.Conquering the vassals is just a metaphor. In essence, it means that the upper nine has just advanced to the extreme, and the danger is great. In order to avoid doing stupid things, you must control yourself and focus on solving your own internal problems. Only then can we turn "Li" into "Auspicious" and "No Blame".Although this move is auspicious and blameless, it is still a regrettable thing, so we must maintain integrity to prevent regrettable things from happening again.
