[Function and Application] Tonify the lung and reduce fire: It is used for coughing and asthma caused by deficiency of lung yin and excessive fire caused by yin deficiency, and expectoration with bloody phlegm. It is often compatible with Shengdi, donkey-hide gelatin, Anemarrhena, Fritillaria, etc.Invigorating qi and nourishing yin: used for insufficient body fluid, dry throat and tongue, and fever, qi and yin injuries caused by excessive sweating, thirst, upset, tired and lack of energy.
