"彖" said: "The fire moves upwards, and the marsh moves downwards; two women live together, and their aspirations are not the same; when they are said, they are beautiful and bright, and mulberry moves upwards, and if they are in the middle, they should be rigid, so it is "small things auspicious."The sky and the earth are in full view, and the same thing is done;

"Xiang Zhuan" said: such a pursuit seems despicable; but the "[-]nd" and the "[-]th Five-Year Plan" should have been corresponding, and deliberately seeking people who can support them is a temporary change and does not violate the principle.

This line shows that we should take the initiative to seek common ground in differences for contingency.

Six Three: Seeing Yu Yu, his ox is pulling, his man is heaven and earth, there is no beginning and end.

"Xiang" said: "Seeing Yuye", the position is not appropriate. "There is no beginning and there is an end", Yu Gang also. "Tian" originally refers to the top of the head, that is, the meaning of top, the penalty of tattooing on the forehead; "劓" is the penalty of cutting off the nose. "Six Three" corresponds to "Shang Nine", and you should go to "Shang Nine", but you are feminine, and you are restrained by the line just before and after, just like your own car, the rear is dragged by "Nine Two", and the front of the car pulls The "Nine Fourth Movement" prevented the "June Three" from "Shang Nine".So "June [-]" himself was as angry as if he had been punished by stabbing his forehead and cutting his nose.However, the difficulties will eventually be eliminated. "Xiang Zhuan" said: Mutual trust, there will be no disaster; it means that one's original will can be realized.

This line shows that mutual trust is the foundation of seeking common ground in differences.Sixth Five-Year: Regret for death, Jue Zong devours the skin.Who is to blame.

"Xiang" said: "Juezong devours the skin", and there is celebration in "going". "Jue" refers to it, "zong" refers to the clan, and "skin" refers to soft and easy-to-eat meat. "Xiang" said: "The auspiciousness of "meeting rain" means the death of the crowd.

"Negative" means the back, and "Tu" means mud. "Arc" is a bow, and "Shuo" is to take off.This "Yao Ci" is the most imaginative among all the "Yao Ci" in the "Book of Changes". "Shangjiu" corresponds to "Six-three" of the lower hexagram, but there are rigid lines around "Six-three" to restrain you, you can't go there, and it will reconcile with "Shangjiu"; The extreme point of the upper hexagram is clear, therefore, the belly is not clear, full of suspicion, and even isolated. This is an inevitable natural law.Of course, a gentleman should be passive in that there are differences and combinations in the same, conform to the general trend, and adhere to principles; but he should also actively seek common ground in differences in order to combine strengths and make a difference.There is commonality in differences, and there is no exception between good and evil. Only by being tolerant and tolerant can we seek common ground in differences. Seeking common ground in differences is for the purpose of combining strength, changing as a last resort, and proactively seeking, which does not violate the principle.There are similarities in differences, and the sameness will definitely be able to unite. Even if there are many obstacles, they will be able to unite in the end, so there is no need to worry.There are differences in the sameness, so we must trust each other to find the sameness in the differences, and we must seek the sameness in order to unite comrades in the differences; therefore, seeking the sameness in the differences is a necessary and legitimate means.However, suspicion is the great enemy of a contract, and it is enough to turn sameness into difference and synthesis into separation, so we must be vigilant.

[Gua Yi] Things backfire, deviate, divorce, deviate.

[Gua Yi] The upper hexagram Li is fire, and the nature of fire is upward, while the lower hexagram is Dui, and the nature of water is downward.It symbolizes that up and down deviate from each other, but do not intersect.The meaning of the hexagram inspires us to recognize the similarities and differences when dealing with things.Things in the world vary widely, and even deviate from each other, but they also imply certain identities.

[Philosophical Enlightenment] Everything in the world is in a unity of contradictions.As Lao Tzu said: "Existence and non-existence are born together, can easily form each other, grow together to form each other, high and low lean together, voices and sounds harmonize, and the front and back follow each other." [Decision-making thinking] When there is no communication between the superior and the subordinate, between the leader and the led, and between husband and wife, various misunderstandings will occur, which is a natural phenomenon.Anything can find two sides of opposites that attract and repel.In interpersonal relationships, the way to resolve conflicts, misunderstandings, and conflicts is communication.In the peace talks, let trust be re-established, but we must stick to the principle of "seeking common ground while reserving minor differences", and be sincere and peaceful.In the face of marital discord, family estrangement, and pedestrians not returning, you must actively seek and communicate, adhere to principles, resolve disputes, and reunite.In daily life, things are often counterproductive, but after a period of hard work, they can be unified again.Seeking common ground while reserving differences is a natural law.

[Structural model] Suspicion is terrible, the future is auspicious, lonely and companionship, no beginning and no end, meeting the Lord on the road, encountering evil without disaster, kuai (weird, deviant).

[Yin and Yang] Two yin and four yang.

[Position] The third and fifth yao are in the yang position, and they are not right; the second, fourth, and sixth yao are in the yin position, and they are not right.

[Status] Seeking common ground in differences, small things can be accomplished.

[Hexagram Image] The upper hexagram is Lihuo, and the lower hexagram is Zeshui. The two women live together, and their ambitions are not unified.The hexagram image shows the opposite nature of fire and water, opposite aspirations.
