30. Baihuanyu (Báihuányú)
[Name] The anus is the door of the soul, dominated by the lungs, and its color is white. It is said that this point can treat anal diseases and also treat leucorrhea, hence the name.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the fourth sacral vertebra, 1.5 cun laterally, approximately level with the fourth posterior sacral foramen.
【_Indications】①Enuresis; ②Hernia, seminal emission, irregular menstruation, leucorrhea; ③Lumbosacral pain.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1-1.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat sciatica, endometritis, sequelae of polio, and paralysis of the lower limbs.
31. Shangliao (Shànɡliáo)
【Name】The system of the iliac and phalangeal bones. The point is located at the first hole under the sacrum. This point is the highest, hence the name.
[Location] In the first posterior sacral foramen, approximately at the midpoint between the posterior superior iliac spine and the posterior midline.
[Indications] ① Difficulty in bowel movement; ② Irregular menstruation, leukorrhagia, erection of vagina, nocturnal emission, impotence; ③ Lumbosacral pain.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1-1.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat lumbosacral neuralgia, lumbosacral arthritis, pelvic inflammatory disease, and paralysis of the lower limbs.
32. Second Liao*(cìlliáo)
【Name】The system of the Liao phalanx, the point is in the second hole under the sacrum, hence the name.
[Location] In the second posterior sacral foramen, approximately at the midpoint between the posterior superior iliac spine and the posterior midline.
[Indications] ① Difficulty urinating; ② Irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, leukorrhea;
③nocturnal emission, hernia; ④lumbosacral pain, paralysis of lower limbs.

33. Zhongliao (Zhōnɡlliáo)
【Name】The system of the ilium and phalanges, the point is in the third hole under the sacrum, hence the name.
[Location] In the third posterior sacral foramen, approximately between the middle Yushu and the posterior midline.
【Indications】①Constipation, diarrhea; ②Poor urination; ③Irregular menstruation, leukorrhea; ④Lumbosacral pain.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1-1.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat irregular menstruation, sexual dysfunction, urinary tract infection, etc.
34. Xiàliáo
【Name】The system of the ilium and phalanges, the point is in the fourth hole under the sacrum, hence the name.
[Location] In the fourth posterior sacral foramen, between Jordan Baihuanshu and the posterior midline.
【Indications】①Abdominal pain, constipation;
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1-1.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat pelvic inflammatory disease, urinary tract infection, sexual dysfunction, etc.
35. Huiyang (Huìyánɡ)
[Name] The acupoint of the Foot Taiyang Meridian belongs to Yang, and it meets the Haidu Meridian of the Yang Meridian, hence the name.
[Location] 0.5 cun lateral to the tip of the coccyx.
【Indications】①diarrhea, blood in the stool, hemorrhoids; ②impotence, leukorrhea.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat prostatitis, enteritis, hemorrhoids, etc.
36. Support (Chénɡfú)
[Name] bear, accept; help, support.That is to use human hands or objects to support the human body so that it does not fall down, so it is called Chengfu.
【Location】The center of the horizontal crease on the buttocks.
【Indications】①Pain in lumbar, sacrum, buttock, and thigh; ②Hemorrhoids.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1-2 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat sciatica, lumbosacral radiculitis, paralysis of the lower limbs, hemorrhoids, etc.
37. Yinmen (Yīnmén)
[Name] Yin, thick, middle, also means big and red, the point is on the back of the thigh, and it is mainly used for sprains, low back pain, blood stasis, hence the name Yinmen.
[Location] On the connecting line between Chengfu point and Weizhong point, 6 inches below Chengfu point.
【Indications】Lumbago and leg pain, flaccidity of lower limbs.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat sciatica, lumbar muscle strain, acute lumbar sprain, and inflammation of the thigh.
38. Fúqiè
[Naming] The curved part of the rouge is called "xi", and "fu" refers to the top of it, hence the name.
[Location] 1 cun above Weiyang point, on the medial side of the biceps femoris tendon.
[Indications] ①Constipation; ②Pain and numbness in the femoral and popliteal region.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat acute gastroenteritis, cystitis, gastrocnemius muscle spasm, etc.
39. Wěiyánɡ (Wěiyánɡ) triple burner lower hehe point
【Name】Wei refers to Weizhong acupoint, which is located on the outside of Weizhong, hence the name.
[Location] Outer end of popliteal crease, inner edge of biceps femoris tendon.
【Indications】①Abdominal distension;

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat lumbar muscle strain, gastrocnemius muscle spasm, urinary tract infection, etc.
40. Weizhong* (Wěizhōnɡ) combined point; lower bladder combined point
[Name] Wei, Qu, the acupoints are in the middle of the popliteal fossa. To select the acupoints, the patient must bend the knees of the popliteal fossa to find the most depressed part of the popliteal fossa, hence the name Weizhong.Also known as the Central Committee.
[Positioning] The center of the rouge stripes.
【Indications】①Lumbago, paralysis of lower limbs;②Difficulty urinating, enuresis;
③ Abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea; ④ Erysipelas; ⑥ Hemiplegia due to stroke.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] Puncture 1-1.5 inches straight, or prick the popliteal vein with a three-edged needle for bleeding.Acupuncture should not be too fast, too strong, or too deep, so as not to damage blood vessels and nerves; moxibustion is prohibited.

41. Additional points (Fùfēn)
[Name] attached, refers to the side; points, refers to the other line.The scriptures were separated from the Tianzhu and descended from then on, hence the name.

【Indications】Severe pain in the neck, tightness in the shoulders and back, numbness in the elbows and arms.

42. Pòhù
[Naming] The "spirit" is hidden in the lung, and the acupoint is next to Feishu, hence the name.

[Indications] ①Cough, asthma, tuberculosis; ②Strong neck, shoulder and back pain.

43. Ginger* (Gāohuānɡ)
[Name] Severe disease is refractory, and it is said to be terminally ill. This point can cure severe disease of deficiency, hence the name.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the fourth thoracic vertebra, 3 cun laterally.
【Indications】①Cough, asthma, vomiting blood, night sweats, tuberculosis; ②Shoulder pain; ③Spermia; ④Forgetful;

44. Shrine (Shéntánɡ)
[Name] The heart hides the spirit, the living room is a hall, and the acupoint is next to Xinyu, so it is named.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the fifth thoracic vertebra, 3 cun laterally.
【Indications】①Cough, asthma, chest tightness; ②Severe back pain.

45. 孩 Xi (Yìxǐ)
【Naming】Chee-hee is the sound of sighing. When taking this acupoint, it makes the patient make a sound of groan-hee, hence the name.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the sixth thoracic vertebra, 3 cun laterally.
【Indications】①Cough, asthma; ②Malaria, fever; ③Shoulder and back pain.

46. Diaphragm (Géɡuān)
[Name] The point is next to Geshu, hence the name.

【Indications】①Chest tightness; ②Belching, vomiting; ③Back pain.

47. Soul Gate (Húnmén)
[Name] The liver stores the soul, and the acupoint is next to the Ganshu, hence the name.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the ninth thoracic vertebra, 3 cun laterally.
【Indications】①chest pain; ②vomiting, diarrhea; ③back pain.

48. Yang Gang (Yánɡɡānɡ)
[Name] Yang, refers to the six internal organs; Gang, refers to the command.This acupoint is next to Danshu, and it is the head of Beishu in the six fu organs, hence the name.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the first thoracic vertebra, 3 cun laterally.

49. Yìshě

51. Blind door (Huānɡmén)

[Indications] ① Difficulty urinating, edema; ② Nocturnal emission, impotence, vaginal pain; ③ Lumbar and spine pain.

53. Bāohuānɡ
[Name] cell (脬), refers to the bladder; blind, refers to the membrane that maintains the bladder.The point is next to Bladder Shu, hence the name.
[Location] Level with the second posterior sacral foramen, 3 cun lateral to the median sacral crest.
【Indications】①borborygmus, abdominal distension, constipation;

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat sciatica, cystitis, urethritis, orchitis, etc.
54. Rank edge* (Zhìbiān)
[Naming] rank, refers to the order, arrangement; side, refers to the meaning of side and far.The points on the back of the Bladder Meridian are arranged in sequence, and this point is right at the bottom, hence the name.
[Location] Level with the fourth posterior sacral foramen, 3 cun lateral to the median sacral crest.
[Indications] ① dysuria; ② vaginal pain; ③ constipation, hemorrhoids; ④ lumbosacral pain, paralysis of lower limbs.

55. Heyang (Héyánɡ)
[Naming] The Foot Taiyang Meridian divides into two branches on the back and outside of the thigh, and joins in the middle of the Weizhong. This point is below it, hence the name.
[Location] 2 cun directly below Weizhong point.
[Indications] ① Lumbar spine pain, paralysis of lower limbs; ② Hernia, metrorrhagia.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1-2 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat irregular menstruation, prostatitis, orchitis, endometritis, gastrocnemius muscle spasm, etc.
56. Chengjin (Chénɡjīn)
[Name] The point is in the gastrocnemius muscle, which is the main muscle that bears the above parts.
[Location] The midpoint of the line connecting Heyang point and Chengshan point.
[Indications] ① acute pain in the waist and legs; ② hemorrhoids.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1-1.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat gastrocnemius muscle spasm and paralysis, paralysis of lower limbs, hemorrhoids, prolapse of the anus, etc.
57. Chengshan* (Chénɡshān)
【Name】Cheng, bear, the acupoint is located at the most raised muscle on the back of the calf, like a hill, which supports the human body, hence the name Chengshan.
[Location] The top of the depression between the two muscle bellies of the gastrocnemius muscle.
[Indications] ① hemorrhoids, constipation; ② waist and leg tension, pain, beriberi; ③ hernia.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] Needling 1 to 2 inches straight.It is not advisable to make too strong stimulation, so as not to cause gastrocnemius muscle spasm; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat sciatica, gastrocnemius muscle spasm, hemorrhoids, anal prolapse, etc.
58. Feiyang* (Fēiyánɡ) network point
[name] fly, refers to quickly.It is said that the qi of the bladder meridian will not go away from Shaoyin quickly; in addition, this point is mainly used to treat madness and trance, and the soul is flying, so it is named.
[Location] Seven inches straight above Kunlun point, and one inch below Chengshan point.
[Indications] ①Headache, dizziness, epistaxis; ②Lower and leg pain; ③Hemorrhoids.

59. Xunyang (Fūyánɡ) Yangqiao Meridian Qi Point
[Name] The outer side is Yang, and the point is on the outer side of the calf, near the "tarsal" part, hence the name.
[Positioning] 3 inches straight above the Kunlun point.
[Indications] ①Headache; ②lumbosacral pain, flaccidity of lower limbs, swelling and pain of lateral malleolus.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.8-1.2 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat gastrocnemius spasm, ankle pain, lower limb paralysis, facial paralysis, trigeminal neuralgia, etc.
60. Kunlun * (Kūnlún) meridian point
[Name] Kunlun, high mountain or hill, the point is in the depression between the lateral malleolus and the Achilles tendon. The lateral malleolus and calcaneus are as tall as Kunlun Mountain, so it is named Kunlun.
[Location] In the depression between the high point of the lateral malleolus and the Achilles tendon.
[Indications] ①Headache, stiff neck, dizziness, epistaxis; ②Lumbosacral pain, heel swelling and pain; ③Convulsions in children, epilepsy;
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] Needling 0.5-0.8 cun. "Acupuncture and Moxibustion Dacheng": "Pregnant women need acupuncture for abortion"; it can be used for moxibustion.

61. Servant ginseng (Púcān)
[Name] Servant, refers to follow; reference, refers to worship.The point is in the depression of the heel bone.When curtseying, the body bends and the arms droop, hence the name.
[Location] On the back and lower side of the lateral malleolus, directly below the Kunlun point, on the outer side of the calcaneus at the junction of the red and white flesh.
[Indications] ① lower limb flaccidity, heel pain; ② epilepsy.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.3-0.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat ankle arthritis, lower limb paralysis, urinary tract infection, epilepsy, etc.
62. Shenmai* (Shēnmài) Eight Meridian Intersection Points;
【Name】Shen, stretch; pulse, blood vessels, tendons.This point has the function of stretching tendons and sharpening joints, which can make the blood flow unblocked and stretch the tendons, so it is called Shenmai.
[Location] In the depression directly below the lateral malleolus.
[Indications] ①Headache, dizziness, red eyes and pain; ②Mania and epilepsy, insomnia;

63. Jinmen (Jīnmén) Xie Point
[Naming] Jin, refers to preciousness, this point is the Qi point of the bladder meridian, where Qi and blood gather deeply, like gold and jade, hence the name.
[Location] The midpoint of the line connecting Shenmai point and Jinggu point is in the depression on the outside of the cuboid bone.
【Indications】①headache, epilepsy;

64. Jinggu* (Jīnɡɡǔ) original point
[Name] The big bone on the outside of the foot (fifth metatarsal bone) is the "Jing bone", and the acupuncture point is located on its front and bottom.
[Location] Under the tuberosity of the fifth metatarsal, at the junction of the red and white flesh.
[Indications] ①Headache, nebula; ②Epilepsy; ③Neck pain, lumbago.
