[-]. Bladder meridian of foot sun
([-]) Meridian circulation
1. The line on the body surface starts from the Jingming acupoint on the inner canthus of the eyes, goes up and clamps the midline of the top of the head, goes down to the back of the neck, and goes down to the buttocks, along the back of the thigh and meets the rouge. Then along the back of the calf, behind the lower lateral malleolus, pass through the outside of the dorsum of the foot, and end at the outside of the little toe to the yin point. [Join in the Kidney Meridian of Foot Shaoyin].
2. Connect with viscera and organs. People follow the spine, connect the kidneys, belong to the bladder, connect to the brain, and have connections with the eyes.
3. Circular distribution characteristics
(1) From the head to the foot, it is the meridian of excess blood and little qi. During Shenshi (15-17 o'clock), qi and blood are vigorous.
(2) There are 67 points in total, starting from Jingming point and ending at Zhiyin point.
(3) Distribution: On the head, from the upper forehead to the top of the head, go down to the back through Tianzhu point; on the back, respectively run 1.5 inches and 3 inches away from the midline of the back, and go vertically down; on the lower limbs, run on the lower limbs Lateral posterior border; on the foot along the red and white fleshy junction on the outer side of the foot.
(4) Take over the Taiyang Small Intestine Meridian on the upper side, end at the outer end of the little toe (Zhiyin point) on the foot, and intersect with the Kidney Meridian of Foot Shaoyin.

1. Difficulty urinating, enuresis.
2. Madness, fever, malaria.
3. Pain in the eyes, tearing when seeing the wind, stuffy nose, nasal bleeding.
4. Pain in the parts where the meridians pass.
([-]) Disease induction
1. Headache, eye pain, nape pain, low back pain, paralysis of lower limbs, sciatica, rheumatic joint pain, sequelae of polio, etc. through the meridians.
2. There are Beishu points on the back of this meridian, which are used to treat diseases of the corresponding viscera, such as:
(1) Respiratory flu, bronchitis, bronchial asthma, tuberculosis.
(2) Cardiovascular system tachycardia, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, heart disease.
(3) Ulcer disease of the digestive system, gastroptosis, gastritis, enteritis, dysentery, dyspepsia, hepatitis, cholecystitis, and biliary colic.
(4) Impotence of the genitourinary system, nocturnal emission, enuresis, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, leucorrhea, pelvic inflammatory disease, nephritis, renal colic, and abnormal fetal position.
(5) Others such as hemorrhoids, rectal prolapse, neurasthenia, epilepsy, etc.

There are 67 points in total.
1. Jingming* (Jīnɡmínɡ)
[Name] The point is located in the inner canthus of the eyes, and it is mainly used to treat eye diseases and embarrassment, and has the effect of improving eyesight, hence the name.
[Location] 0.1 cun lateral to the inner canthus of the eyes.
【Indications】①Conjunctival congestion, swelling and pain, tears in the wind, dizziness, myopia, night blindness, color blindness; ②Acute lumbar sprain, sciatica.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Ask the patient to close their eyes, and the doctor presses his hand and gently pushes the eyeball outward to fix it. The pricking hand slowly inserts the needle, and punctures 0.5 to 1 inch close to the orbital rim.No twist, no lift (or only slight twist and lift).Press the needle hole for a while after the needle is removed; moxibustion is prohibited.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat optic neuritis, conjunctivitis, acute lumbar sprain, etc.
2. Cuanzhu* (Cuánzhú)
[Naming] Cuan, Ju, the eyebrows of a person gather and stand upright like a bamboo, because the acupoint is in the depression of the brow, so it is named.
[Location] In the sunken brow, directly above the inner canthus.
【Indications】①Forehead headache, brow bone pain;
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] Needle horizontally or obliquely 0.5-0.8 cun toward the center of the eyebrow or toward the inner edge of the eye socket; moxibustion is not suitable.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat acute lumbar sprain, myopia, dacryocystitis, hemifacial spasm, etc.
3. Meichong (Méichōnɡ)
[Name] Chong, refers to impulsiveness, the frontal muscle movement of a person can impact the eyebrows, and the point is directly above the eyebrows, hence the name.
[Location] Cuanzhu acupoint goes straight up, 0.5 cun from the human hairline.
【Indications】①Headache, dizziness, nasal congestion, epistaxis, blurred vision;
② Epilepsy.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Pricking 0.3-0.5 cun flat; can be used for moxibustion.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat vertigo, trigeminal neuralgia, sinusitis, conjunctivitis, etc.
4. Qu difference (Qūchā)
【Name】Qu, refers to bend; poor, refers to wrong.The point is staggered from the side of Meichong, 1.5 inches on both sides of Jiashenting, hence the name.
【定位】神庭穴(督脉)旁1.5寸,当神庭穴与头维穴连线的内1/3与外2/3连接点取之。
[Indications] ① Headache, blurred vision; ② Nasal congestion, bleeding from the nose.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Pricking 0.5-0.8 cun flat; can be used for moxibustion.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat facial paralysis, trigeminal neuralgia, myopia, rhinitis, etc.
5. Five places (Wǔchù)
[Naming] is the stop; the point is five minutes away from the song, hence the name.
[Positioning] 1 cun straight above the center of the anterior hairline and 1.5 cun laterally.0.5 cun above Qucha point.
【Indications】①Headache, dizziness; ②Epilepsy.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Pricking 0.5-0.8 cun flat; can be used for moxibustion.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat epilepsy, trigeminal neuralgia, conjunctivitis, etc.
6. Chengguang (Chénɡɡuānɡ)
[Name] This point is mainly used to treat green blindness and myopia.Acupuncture at this point can receive light again, hence the name.
[Location] 1.5 inches behind the five points.
[Indications] ①headache, dizziness; ②nasal congestion; ③fever.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Pricking 0.3-0.5 cun flat; can be used for moxibustion.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat myopia, rhinitis, frontal sinusitis, inner ear vertigo, etc.
7. Tongtian (Tōnɡtiān)
[Naming] The meridians are "connected to the brain".
[Location] 1.5 inches behind Chengguang acupoint.
[Indications] ①Headache, dizziness; ②Stuffy nose, epistaxis, sinusitis.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Pricking 0.3-0.5 cun flat; can be used for moxibustion.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat rhinitis, sinusitis, trigeminal neuralgia, hemifacial spasm, etc.
8. Luòquè
[Name] Luo, refers to contact; but, refers to go and return.Its pulse "returns" from the brain to this point, "don't go under the neck", and this point can subside red blood in the eyes, so it is named.
[Location] 1.5 inches behind Tongtian point.
[Indications] ① dizziness, blurred vision, tinnitus; ② madness.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Pricking 0.3-0.5 cun flat; can be used for moxibustion.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat vertigo, facial paralysis, depression, etc.
9. Jade Pillow (Yùzhěn)
【Name】Jade, refers to the lung gold; pillow, refers to the occipital bone.The acupoint is on both sides of the occipital bone, which is mainly used for nasal congestion, hence the name.
[Location] Lateral to the upper edge of the extraoccipital tuberosity, 2.5 inches straight above the center of the posterior hairline, and 1.3 inches lateral.
【Indications】①headache, neck pain; ②nasal congestion, eye pain.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Pricking 0.3-0.5 cun flat; can be used for moxibustion.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat myopia, optic neuritis, rhinitis, etc.
10. Tianzhu* (Tiānzhù)
[Name] Tianzhu, Optimus Pillar.Day, head; column, couplet.Because the acupuncture point is like a pillar of the sky, supporting the head, hence the name.
[Location] 1.3 cun lateral to the middle of the posterior hairline, in the depression of the outer edge of the trapezius muscle.
[Indications] ①Headache, stiff neck, shoulder and back pain; ②Fever; ③Stuffy nose; ④Mania and epilepsy.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needle straight or obliquely 0.5-0.8 cun, do not puncture deeply inwardly and upwardly, so as not to damage the medulla oblongata; moxibustion is possible.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat cervical spondylosis, acute lumbar sprain, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, etc.
11. Dazhu* (Dàzhù) Bone Meeting at Bahui Point
[Name] "杼", the shuttle on the loom, with transverse protrusions on both sides of the large vertebra, resembling a weaving 杼, called the 杼 bone in ancient times.This point is at the end of the zhu bone, hence the name Dazhu.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the first thoracic vertebra, 1.5 cun laterally.
[Indications] ① strong neck, shoulder and back pain; ② cough, fever.
[Acupuncture and Moxibustion] Obliquely needling 0.5-0.8 cun.The points on the back of this meridian should not be pierced deeply, so as not to injure important internal organs; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat cervical spondylosis, hypertrophic spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, bronchitis, bronchial asthma, etc.
12. Damper* (Fēnɡmén)
[Naming] The point of entry and exit is the door, and the wind is yang evil. This point is located on the back, and it is mainly used for superficial diseases, hence the name.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the second thoracic vertebra, 1.5 cun laterally.
[Indications] ①Cold, cough, fever, headache, nasal congestion, runny nose, stiff neck; ②Chest and back pain.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] obliquely needling 0.5-0.8 cun; suitable for moxibustion.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat colds, rhinitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, soft tissue diseases of the shoulder and back, etc.
13. Feishu* (Fèiyú) Beishu point of the lung
[Name] This point is near the lungs, where the lung meridian qi is transfused, and it is mainly used to treat lung diseases.Yu, the abbreviation of acupoints, is the same as "shu" and means to connect the pivot, so it is named Feishu.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the third thoracic vertebra, 1.5 cun laterally.

14. Beishu point of the Juéyīnyú pericardium
[Name] It is the place where the pericardial meridians and qi of hand Jueyin are transferred.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the fourth thoracic vertebra, 1.5 cun laterally.
[Indications] ① Cough; ② Heartache, chest tightness; ③ Vomiting.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] obliquely needling 0.5-0.8 cun; can be used for moxibustion.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat angina pectoris, myocarditis, rheumatic heart disease, neurasthenia, intercostal neuralgia, etc.
15. Xinyu* (Xīnyú) back Shu point of the heart
[Name] This acupoint is near the heart and is the place where the heart meridians and qi are transferred. It is mainly used for heart diseases, so it is named Xinshu.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the fifth thoracic vertebra, 1.5 cun laterally.
[Indications] ① upset, heartache, palpitations, cough, vomiting blood; ② insomnia, forgetfulness, epilepsy; ③ night sweats, nocturnal emission.

16. Du Yu (Dūyú)
[Naming] It is the place where the governor's pulse is transferred, hence the name.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the sixth thoracic vertebra, 1.5 cun laterally.
[Indications] ① Heartache, chest tightness; ② Abdominal pain, hiccups; ③ Cold and heat, asthma.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat angina pectoris, myocarditis, gastritis, diaphragm spasm, etc.
17. Geyu* (Géyú) Blood Society of Bahui Point
[Name] This point is near the diaphragm, and it is mainly used for treating hiccups and hiccups, so it is named Geshu.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the seventh thoracic vertebra, 1.5 cun laterally.
[Indications] ① epigastric pain, vomiting, hiccups, loss of appetite; ② asthma, cough, vomiting blood; ③ hot flashes, night sweats.

18. Ganshu* (Gānyú) Beishu point of the liver
[Name] This point is close to the liver, where the liver meridian qi transfers, and it is mainly used for liver diseases, so it is named Ganshu.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the ninth thoracic vertebra, 1.5 cun laterally.
[Indications] ①jaundice, hypochondriac pain; ②red eyes, dizziness, blurred vision, night blindness; ③hematemesis, epistaxis; ④mania and epilepsy; ⑥back pain.

19. Danshu * (Dǎnyú) the back Shu point of the gallbladder.
[Name] This acupoint is near the gallbladder-fu, where the qi of the gallbladder-fu is transfused, and it is mainly used for diseases of the gallbladder, hence the name Danshu.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the tenth thoracic vertebra, 1.5 cun laterally.
[Indications] ① Jaundice, bitter taste, chest and hypochondriac pain; ② Tuberculosis, hot flashes.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat cholecystitis, cholelithiasis, acute and chronic hepatitis, gastritis, peptic ulcer, intercostal neuralgia, etc.
20. Pishu* (Píyú) Backshu Point of the Spleen
[Name] This acupoint is near the spleen, where the Qi of the spleen meridian is transfused, and it is mainly used for diseases of the spleen, hence the name Pishu.
[Location] Below the spinous process of No.11 thoracic vertebrae, 1.5 cun laterally.
[Indications] ①Stomach pain, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, jaundice, vomiting, diarrhea, dysentery, blood in the stool, jaundice, edema; ②Back pain.

21. Weishu* (Wèiyú) back-shu point of the stomach
[Name] This acupoint is near the stomach, where the Qi of the stomach is transferred, and it is mainly used for diseases of the stomach, so it is named Weishu.
[Location] Below the spinous process of No.12 thoracic vertebrae, 1.5 cun laterally.
[Indications] ① epigastric pain, vomiting, abdominal distension, borborygmus, unresolved; ② chest and hypochondriac pain.

22. Sanjiao Yu (Sānjiāoyú) Back Shu Point of Sanjiao
[Name] This point is where the Qi of the Sanjiao Meridian of Hand Shaoyang is transferred, hence the name.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the first lumbar vertebra, 1.5 cun laterally.
【Indications】①borborygmus, abdominal distension, vomiting, diarrhea, dysentery; ②difficulty urinating, edema;
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.5-1 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat nephritis, urinary retention, gastritis, stomach cramps, etc.
23. Shenshu* (Shènyú) the back-shu point of the kidney
[Name] This point is close to the kidney, where the kidney meridian qi transfers, and it is mainly used for kidney diseases, hence the name Shenshu.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebrae, 1.5 cun laterally.
[Indications] ① enuresis, edema, dysuria; ② irregular menstruation, leucorrhea, seminal emission, impotence, premature ejaculation, infertility, infertility; ③ dizziness, tinnitus, deafness; ④ low back pain.

24. Qi Haiyu (Qìhǎiyú)

[Indications] ①borborygmus, abdominal distension, hemorrhoids; ②dysmenorrhea; ③lumbar pain.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat lumbosacral radiculitis, lumbar muscle strain, paralysis of the lower limbs, dysmenorrhea, sexual dysfunction, etc.
25. Dachangshu* (Dàchánɡyú) backshu point of the large intestine
[Naming] This point corresponds to the large intestine, where the gas of the large intestine is infused and transfused in the back, and is an important point for treating diseases of the large intestine, hence the name Dachangshu.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the fourth lumbar vertebra, 1.5 cun lateral to the posterior midline.

26. Guan Yuanyu (Guānyuányú)
[Name] This point corresponds to the Renmai Guanyuan point before and after, and it is the place where the yang energy of the human body intersects.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the fifth lumbar vertebra, 1.5 cun lateral to the posterior midline.
【Indications】①Abdominal distension, diarrhea; ②Frequent or unfavorable urination, enuresis; ③Lumbago.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.8-1.2 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat enteritis, impotence, cystitis, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, lumbar muscle strain, etc.
27. Xiaochangshu (Xiǎochánɡyú) the back-shu point of the small intestine
[Name] The point is near the small intestine, where the hand-taiyang small intestine meridian transfers qi, hence the name.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the first sacral vertebra, 1.5 cun lateral to the posterior midline, about level with the first posterior sacral foramen.
[Indications] ① Abdominal pain, hemorrhoids; ② Diarrhea, dysentery; ③ Enuresis, hematuria; ③ Nocturnal emission, hernia; leucorrhea; ④ Lumbosacral pain.
【Acupuncture and moxibustion method】Straightly or obliquely 0.8-1.2 cun; can be used for moxibustion.

28. Bladder Shu* (Bǎnɡɡuānɡyú) back Shu point of the bladder
[Name] The point is near the bladder, where the bladder meridian is transferred to the air, hence the name.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the second sacral vertebra, 1-5 cun lateral to the posterior midline, about level with the second posterior sacral foramen.
[Indications] ① Difficulty urinating, enuresis; ② Diarrhea, constipation; ③ Strong pain in the waist and spine.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.8-1.2 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat sciatica, cystitis, dysentery, etc.
29. Zhongyu (Zhōnɡlǚyú)
[Name] Brain, refers to the muscles next to the spine.The hole is in it, hence the name.
[Location] Below the spinous process of the third sacral vertebra, 1-5 cun lateral to the posterior midline, about level with the third posterior sacral foramen.
[Indications] ① diarrhea; ② hernia; ③ strong pain in the waist and spine.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1-1.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat lumbar muscle strain, sciatica, enteritis, etc.
