2. Qing Ling (Qīnɡlínɡ)
【Name】Qing, the main pain syndrome; Ling, refers to efficacy.Because this acupoint is mainly used to treat shoulder and arm immobilization, the pain cannot undress, so it is named.
[Location] On the inner side of the arm, on the connecting line between Jiquan and Shaohai, 3 inches above the elbow crease, in the inner groove of the biceps brachii.
[Indications] ① Headache, hypochondriac pain, shoulder and arm pain; ② Unclear vision.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.5-1 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] Qingling point is commonly used in modern times to treat nervous headache, periarthritis of shoulder, intercostal neuralgia, axillary lymphatic tuberculosis and other diseases.
3. Shaohai* (Shǎohǎi) combined point
[Name] Shao, Hand Shaoyin Heart Meridian, the heart governs the blood vessels, like the flow of water, this point is Yinheshui point, hence the name.
[Location] Bend the elbow and raise the arm, at the midpoint of the line connecting the medial end of the transverse elbow crease and the medial epicondyle of the humerus.
[Indications] ①Heartache; ②Axillary and hypochondriac pain, elbow and arm contracture, numbness, tremor; ③Scrofula.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.5-1 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] Shaohai point is commonly used in modern times to treat hysteria, schizophrenia, ulnar nerve paralysis, intercostal neuralgia and other diseases.
4. Lingdao (Línɡdào) acupoints
[Naming] Ling refers to the gods; Tao refers to the channel.The acupoint belongs to the line of the Heart Sutra, which is still the way for the mind to go in and out, and it is also in charge of mental disorders, hence the name.
[Location] On the palm side of the forearm, when the radial border of the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon, 1.5 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist.
【Indications】①Heartache, palpitations;
【Acupuncture and moxibustion method】Puncture 0.3-0 cun straight, not deep, so as not to injure the ulnar artery and ulnar nerve, do not bend the wrist when retaining the needle; moxibustion is possible.
[Application] Lingdao point is commonly used in modern times to treat hysteria, schizophrenia, ulnar nerve paralysis, wrist joint disease, acute hyoid muscle paralysis or atrophy and other diseases.
5. Tongli* (Tōnɡlǐ) collateral point
[Name] Tong, pass through; Li, neighborhood.This point is the Shaoyin meridian point of the hand, from which the collaterals come out and connect with the Taiyang meridian of the neighbor, and the meridian qi leads to the two meridians of the exterior and interior, hence the name.
[Positioning] Lift your palms up.On the volar side of the forearm, when the radial border of the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon, 1 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist.
[Indications] ① violent dumbness, strong tongue; ② heart palpitations, palpitations; ③ wrist and arm pain.
【Acupuncture and moxibustion method】Puncture 0.3-0.5 cun straight, do not pierce deeply, so as not to injure the ulnar artery and ulnar nerve, do not bend the wrist when retaining the needle; moxibustion is possible.
[Application] Tongli point is commonly used in modern times to treat angina pectoris, bradycardia, stroke aphasia, hysterical aphasia, schizophrenia and other diseases.
6. Yin Qie* (Yīnqiè) Qi point
[Name] Qie, pore, is the place where Qi and blood gather deeply. The point belongs to the Qie of Hand Shaoyin, hence the name.
[Location] On the palm side of the forearm, when the radial border of the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon, 0.5 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist.
[Indications] ①Heartache, palpitation; ②Hematemesis, epistaxis, night sweats caused by bone steaming; ③Darkness.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Avoiding the ulnar artery and vein, puncture 0.3-0.5 cun straight, do not bend the wrist when retaining the needle; moxibustion is possible.
[Application] Yinqi acupoint is commonly used in modern times to treat angina pectoris, neurasthenia, epistaxis, gastric bleeding and other diseases.
7. Shenmen* (Shénmén) Shu point; Yuan point
【Name】God, mind; door, portal.The point belongs to Shaoyin, where the heart hides the spirit. It is the "transport" point of the Heart Meridian, and it is the gateway for the entry and exit of heart energy, hence the name.
[Location] On the wrist, at the ulnar end of the transverse wrist crease, in the depression on the radial side of the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon.
[Indications] ① Heartache, upset, palpitation, palpitation, insomnia, forgetfulness; ② Mania and epilepsy; ③ Chest and hypochondriac pain.

8. Shaofu (Shǎofǔ) Xing point
[Name] The gathering place is the mansion.The point is where the Qi of the Heart Meridian of Hand Shaoyin gathers, hence the name.
[Location] On the palm, between the fourth and fifth metacarpal bones, at the tip of the little finger when making a fist.
【Indications】①palpitations, chest pain;
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.3-0.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] Shaofu point is often used to treat angina pectoris, arrhythmia, hysteria, vaginal and genital itching, intercostal neuralgia, and brachial neuralgia.
9. Shaochong * (shǎochōnɡ) well point
【Name】less, small; rushed, impulsive.The point belongs to Shaoyin of the hand, and the qi of the meridian rushes out of the little finger from then on, hence the name.
[Location] On the radial side of the little finger of the hand, 0.1 cun from the corner of the nail.
[Indications] ① coma, madness; ② heartache, palpitations; ③ fever.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] Superficial needling 0.1-0.2 cun; or pricking for bleeding; can be moxibustion.
[Application] Shaochong point is commonly used in modern times to treat stroke, shock, convulsions in children, pleurisy, intercostal neuralgia and other diseases.

([-]) Meridian circulation
1. The line on the body surface starts from the Shaoze point on the ulnar side of the little finger, goes up along the outer posterior edge of the upper limb, goes around the shoulder blade, passes through the neck and face, and ends at the Tinggong point in front of the ear.
Branch from the cheek to the inner corner of the eye. [Pass in the Bladder Meridian of Foot Taiyang].
2. Connect with the viscera and organs. People lack the basin, connect the heart, lower the diaphragm, reach the stomach, and belong to the small intestine.
It is connected with the esophagus, eyes, ears and nose.
3. Circular distribution characteristics
(1) From the hand to the head is the meridian of excess blood and little qi, and at the end of the day (13-15 o'clock) the qi and blood are vigorous.
(2) There are 19 points in total, starting from Shaoze point and ending at Tinggong point.
(3) Distributed on the lateral posterior edge of the upper limbs, shoulder blades, neck, and face.
(4) Take over the Shaoyin Heart Meridian, a branch runs from the cheek to the inner corner of the eye, and joins the Foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian.

1. Pain in the lower abdomen, back pain and testicles.
2. Deafness, yellow eyes, swollen cheeks, sore throat.
3. Pain in the parts where the meridians pass.

1. Diseases of the head, face and five sense organs such as tinnitus, deafness, otitis media, otitis externa, mumps, tonsillitis, toothache, etc.
2. Strong neck pain, shoulder and back pain, elbow and arm pain, etc. where the meridians pass.
3. Others have mastitis and less milk.

There are 19 points in total.
1. Shaoze* (Shǎozé) well point
[Name] Few, the finger point is on the little finger, which is the "well" point of the small intestine meridian.
[Positioning] Palm down.0.1 cun lateral to the root corner of the nail on the ulnar side of the little finger.
[Indications] ① fever, coma; ② postpartum milk loss, mastitis; ③ headache, eye pain, sore throat, tinnitus.
【Acupuncture and moxibustion】Puncture 0.1 inch shallowly or prick for bleeding; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat mastitis, insufficient milk secretion, nervous headache, stroke coma, schizophrenia, etc.
2. Qiangu (Qiánɡǔ) xing point
[Naming] Front, for the back; Valley, for the valley.The point is located in the anterolateral depression of the little finger of the hand, hence the name.
[Location] On the ulnar side of the hand, with a slightly clenched fist, in front of the fifth metacarpophalangeal joint, at the junction of red and white flesh on the head of the metacarpophalangeal stripes.
[Indications] ① Fever; ② Less postpartum milk; ③ Headache, tinnitus, sore throat; ④ Numbness of fingers.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.2-0.3 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat tonsillitis, mastitis, mumps, forearm neuralgia, high fever, schizophrenia, etc.
3. Houxi* (Hòuxī) Shu point; Eight Meridian Intersection Points, leading to Du Meridian
[Naming] After, it is the pair of the front, and the little finger of the hand is also after this section; creek, small ditch.
The outer side of the little finger of the hand is clenched into a fist, and the flesh rises like a mountain peak, and when pressed, it resembles the song of a stream, so it is called Houxi.
[Positioning] Make a fist slightly.On the ulnar side of the palm, at the junction of the red and white flesh on the far side of the transverse palmar crease behind the fifth metacarpophalangeal joint.
【Indications】①Strong head and neck pain, low back pain, acute contracture of fingers, elbows and arms;
② red eyes, nebula, ear gulls, deafness; ③ fever, malaria; ④ mania and epilepsy.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.5-1 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat acute lumbar sprain, stiff neck, deafness, schizophrenia, hysteria, keratitis, etc.
4. Yuan point of wrist bone* (Wànɡú)
[Name] The point is between the bones of the wrist, hence the name.
[Positioning] Palm down.On the ulnar side of the palm, in the depression between the base of the fifth metacarpal and the hamate, at the border of the red and white flesh.
【Indications】①Tinnitus, cloudy eyes; ②Strong pain in the head and neck, finger contraction and wrist pain;
③ fever, malaria; ④ jaundice, thirst.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.3-0.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat muscle fatigue, hepatitis, cholecystitis, diabetes, high fever, etc.
5. Yanggu (Yánɡɡǔ) meridian point
[Name] The outside is Yang, and the point is in the bone gap at the lateral end of the transverse wrist crease, like a valley, hence the name.
[Positioning] Palm down.On the ulnar side of the wrist, in the depression between the ulnar styloid process and the triquetrum.
[Indications] ① Deafness, tinnitus; ② Swelling of the neck and jaw, pain in the outer arm and wrist; ③ Fever; ④ Mania and epilepsy.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.3-0.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat ulnar neuralgia, mumps, gingivitis, mental illness, epilepsy, etc.
6. Pension* (Yǎnɡlǎo) Qi point
[Naming] This point is mainly used for treating unclear vision, which is beneficial to the health of the elderly, hence the name.
[Positioning] Palm to chest.On the ulnar side of the back of the forearm, in the depression proximal to the radial side of the head of the ulna.
[Indications] ① Unclear vision; ② Stiff neck, shoulder, back, elbow and arm pain; ③ Acute low back pain.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] obliquely puncture 0.5-0.8 cun to the elbow; mild moxibustion can be used for health care.
[Application] It is often used in modern times to treat vision loss, eyeball congestion, hemiplegia, lumbar sprain, stiff neck, etc.
7. Zhizheng* (Zhīzhènɡ) collateral points
【Name】branch, branch; Zheng, is serious.The collaterals of the Taiyang of the hand are thus separated from the main meridian and run through the Heart Meridian of Hand Shaoyin, hence the name.
[Location] On the ulnar side of the back of the forearm, on the connecting line between Dangyang Valley and Xiaohai, 5 cun above the horizontal crease on the back of the wrist.
[Indications] ①Headache, strong neck, sore elbow and arm; ②Fever, thirst; ③Madness.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.5-0.8 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat nervous headache, scabies, neurasthenia, mental illness, etc.
8. Xiaohai (Xiǎohǎi) joint point
[Name] Xiao, refers to the small intestine meridian, which is the combined point of the small intestine meridian of the hand and the sun. Qi and blood come here, just like water flowing into the sea, hence the name.
[Positioning] Slightly bend the elbow.On the inside of the elbow, in the depression between the olecranon of the ulna and the medial epicondyle of the humerus.
[Indications] ① Numbness and pain in the elbow and arm; ② Epilepsy.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.3-0.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat ulnar nerve pain and numbness, epilepsy, schizophrenia, chorea, etc.
9. Shoulder chastity (Jiānzhēn)
[Naming] Zhen means righteousness. It is said that this acupoint can exorcise evil spirits and strengthen the righteousness.
[Positioning] Sitting upright with arms hanging down naturally.The arm is adducted, 1 cun above the head of the posterior axillary crease.
【Indications】①Shoulder and arm pain, upper limb paralysis; ②Scrofula.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] Needling 0.5-1 cun straight, not deep into the chest; moxibustion is acceptable.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat upper limb paralysis, periarthritis of shoulder, lymphadenitis, etc.
10. Nàoshū
【Name】臑, for the upper arm; Yu, for the acupoints.Because the point is in the follicle, it is named.
[Positioning] Sitting upright with arms hanging down naturally.The arms are adducted, when the head of the posterior axillary crease goes straight up, and the lower edge of the spine of the scapula is depressed.
【Indications】①Shoulder and arm pain, upper limb paralysis; ②Scrofula.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] Needle straight or obliquely 0.5 to 1 cun, not deeply to the chest; moxibustion is acceptable.
[Application] It is commonly used in the treatment of periarthritis of the shoulder and lymphatic tuberculosis in modern times.
11. Tianzong* (Tiānzōnɡ)
[Name] The scapula is also known as the Tianzong bone, and the point is on the Tianzong bone, hence the name.
[Positioning] Sitting upright with arms hanging down naturally.In the scapula, when the central depression of the infraspinatus fossa, that is, the junction of the upper 1/3 and lower 2/3 of the line connecting the lower edge of the scapular spine and the inferior angle of the scapula.Level with the 4th thoracic vertebra.
【Indications】①Shoulder pain; ②Asthma; ③Abscess, breast addiction.
【Acupuncture and moxibustion method】Puncture straightly or obliquely 0.5-1 cun around, do not force the needle when encountering resistance; it can be moxibustion.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat shoulder pain, periarthritis of shoulder, chronic bronchitis, etc.
12. Bingfeng (Bǐnɡfēnɡ)
[Name] Bing, for Bingshou, this point is mainly used for shoulder pain and non-lifting, and all kinds of wind arthralgia, hence the name.
[Positioning] Sitting upright with arms hanging down naturally.On the scapula, in the center of the supraspinatus fossa, Tianzong goes straight up, and there is a depression when the arm is raised.
[Indications] Shoulder blade pain, numbness of upper limbs.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] Needling 0.5-1 cun straight, preferably above the supraclavicular fossa, not deep into the chest; moxibustion is possible.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat supraspinatus tendonitis, periarthritis of the shoulder, etc.
13. Quyuan (Qūyuán)
[Name] The point is located at the ridge of the scapula, the point is curved like a wall, and it is mainly used for the treatment of paralysis around the scapula, hence the name.
[Positioning] Sitting upright with arms hanging down naturally.On the scapula, at the medial end of the supraspinatus fossa, at the midpoint of the line connecting Dangyushu and the spinous process of the second thoracic vertebra.
[Indications] Pain in the scapula and back.It is advisable to pierce above the supraclavicular fossa, not deep into the chest; it can be used for moxibustion.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling straightly or obliquely 0.3-0.5 cun outward and downward; can be moxibustion.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat supraspinatus tendonitis, periarthritis of the shoulder, etc.
14. Jiānwàiyú (Jiānwàiyú)
[Name] The point is located on the outer edge of the scapula, and it is mainly used to treat pain on the outer side of the scapula, hence the name.
[Positioning] Sitting or prone, prone position.On the back, under the spinous process of the first thoracic vertebra, 1 cun laterally.
【Indications】Shoulder and back pain, neck pain.
[Acupuncture and Moxibustion] Obliquely 0.5-0.8 cun outwards, not deep.It can be moxibustion.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat neuralgia in the scapular area, stiff neck, etc.
15. Shoulder Zhongyu (Jiānzhōnɡyú)
[Name] The point is in the middle of the connecting line between Jianjing and Dazhui, and it is mainly used for visceral diseases of the scapula and lung system, hence the name.
[Positioning] Sitting or prone, prone position.On the back, when it is under the spinous process of the 7th cervical vertebra, open 2 cun laterally.
【Indications】①Cough, asthma; ②Shoulder and back pain.
【Acupuncture and moxibustion method】Puncture obliquely outward 0.5-0.8 cun; deep puncture is not suitable.It can be moxibustion.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat bronchitis, periarthritis of shoulder, stiff neck, etc.
16. Skylight (Tiānchuānɡ)
【Name】Tian, pointing to the top, the point is on the neck, located on the top; Window, the orifice of the finger.This point is mainly used to treat deafness and hearing, hence the name.
[Positioning] Sitting upright.On the lateral side of the neck, behind the Futu point, the posterior border of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, on the same level as the Adam's apple, about 3.5 cun lateral. .
【Indications】①Tinnitus, deafness, sore throat, sudden silence; ②Strong neck pain.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.5-1 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat deafness, tonsillitis, goiter, stiff neck, cervical spondylosis, etc.
17. Tianrong (Tiānrónɡ)
[Name] Tian, refers to the finger; Rong, refers to the face.The place where the ancients used earrings to trim their appearance, the acupoint is here, hence the name.
[Positioning] Sitting upright.On the lateral side of the neck, posterior to the angle of the mandible, in the depression anterior to the sternocleidomastoid muscle.
【Indications】①Tinnitus, deafness, sore throat; ②Strong neck pain;
③ Gall gas, scrofula.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] Needle straight 0.5-0.8 cun, avoid blood vessels and do not do deep puncture; moxibustion is possible.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat tonsillitis, deafness, neck sprain, etc.
18. Zygomatic (Quánliáo)
[Name] Zygomatic, zygomatic bone; Liao, Qie of the phalanx, that is, depression.The point is in the depression under the cheekbone, hence the name.
[Positioning] Sitting or supine position.On the face, directly below the outer canthus, in the depression at the lower border of the cheekbones.
[Indications] Slanted mouth and eyes, eyelid movement, facial pain, tooth pain.
【Acupuncture and moxibustion method】Straight needling 0.3-0.5 cun, or oblique or flat 0.5-1 cun; can be used for moxibustion.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat trigeminal neuralgia, facial paralysis, hemifacial spasm, etc.
19. Tinggong* (Tīnɡɡōnɡ)
[Naming] Gong, refers to the key point, the point is in front of the ear, it is mainly used to treat deafness and tinnitus, and it is the key point to restore hearing, hence the name.
[Positioning] Sitting or supine position.On the face, in front of the tragus, behind the condyle of the mandible, in a depression when the mouth is opened.
[Indications] ① tinnitus, deafness, ear tinnitus; ② toothache; ③ mania and epilepsy.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Open the mouth, puncture 1 to 1.5 inches straight, and maintain a certain mouth opening posture when retaining the needle; it can be used for moxibustion.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat deafness, otitis media, and mandibular joint dysfunction.
