43. Sinking valley (Xànɡǔ) transport point
[Name] The point is in the space between the metatarsal bones and is sunken like a valley, hence the name.
[Location] Anterior to the second and third metatarsal joints of the dorsum of the foot, and in the depression behind the second and third metatarsophalangeal joints.
【Indications】①Facial swelling, conjunctival congestion, swelling and pain; ②Boborygmus and abdominal pain; ③Fever;
【Acupuncture and moxibustion method】Straightly or obliquely 0.3-0.5 cun; can be used for moxibustion.
【Application】In modern times, it is often used to treat abnormal water transfusion, acute and chronic gastritis, acute and chronic enteritis, etc.
44. Nei Ting* (Nèitínɡ) Xing point
[Name] Nei, inside; Ting, courtyard.The point is at the end of the toe seam, like the inner courtyard of the door, hence the name.
[Location] Dorsum of the foot, end of the seam between the second and third toes.
[Indications] ①Stomach pain, acid regurgitation, abdominal distension, diarrhea, dysentery, constipation; ②Toothache, sore throat, crooked mouth, epistaxis; ③Fever;
【Acupuncture and moxibustion method】Straightly or obliquely 0.5-0.8 cun; can be used for moxibustion.
[Application] It is commonly used in the treatment of acute and chronic gastritis, acute and chronic enteritis, gingivitis, tonsillitis, and metatarsophalangeal joint pain in modern times.
45. Lìduì (Lìduì) well point
[Name] Li, sharpen, climb high, wade, also known as Li; Dui, tip.This point is located at the end of the toe, hence the name.
[Location] On the lateral side of the second toe, about 0.1 cun lateral to the corner of the nail.
[Indications] ①Abdominal distension; ②Swollen face, epistaxis, toothache, sore throat; ③Fever; ④Dreams, madness.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] Superficial needling 0.1 cun; can be used for moxibustion.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat rhinitis, gingivitis, schizophrenia, neurasthenia, indigestion, etc.
[-]. Spleen Meridian of Foot Taiyin
([-]) Meridian circulation
1. The route on the body surface starts from the Yinbai point on the medial side of the big toe, along the red and white skin on the medial side of the big toe in front of the medial malleolus, along the middle of the medial side of the calf to the 8-inch point above the medial malleolus, and turns to the medial anterior edge, passing through the medial side of the knee femur The front edge goes up to the abdomen, along the abdomen 4 cun lateral to the midline of the abdomen, 6 cun lateral to the chest midline, and ends at Dabao point in the armpit.A branch flows from the diaphragm on the stomach to the heart. 2. Connect with the viscera and organs of the human abdomen, which belongs to the spleen, connects the stomach, injects into the human heart, and is connected with the diaphragm, esophagus, and tongue.
3. Circular distribution characteristics
(1) From the feet to the abdomen and chest, it is the meridian of more qi and less blood, and the qi and blood are vigorous at Sishi (9-11 o'clock).
(2) There are 21 points in total, starting from Yinbai point and ending at Dabao point.
(3) Distributed on the inner side of the foot, the inner side of the calf, the posterior edge of the tibia, the front edge of the inner side of the thigh, and the anterolateral side of the abdomen and chest.
(4) It connects with the Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming on the upper side, and one branch injects into the heart from the upper diaphragm of the stomach and then joins the Heart Meridian of Hand-Shaoyin.

1. Stomach pain, vomiting after eating, belching, abdominal distension, loose stools, jaundice, and weakness.
2. Strong pain at the base of the tongue.
3. Pain in the parts where the meridians pass.

1. Digestive system diseases Dyspepsia, ulcer disease, intestinal paralysis, diarrhea, dysentery, constipation, ascariasis, gastrointestinal neurosis, nutritional edema, beriberi.
2. Urogenital system diseases. Irregular menstruation, menorrhagia, metrorrhagia, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, leucorrhea, dystocia, pelvic inflammatory disease, orchitis, prostatitis, cystitis, urethritis, seminal emission, enuresis.
3. Arthralgia and dysfunction in the limbs that the meridians pass through, such as lower limb paralysis, sequelae of polio, and rheumatoid arthritis.
4. Others such as hernia, neurasthenia, skin eczema, urticaria.

1. Acupoints of the Spleen Meridian of Foot Taiyin. Yinbai* (Yǐnbái) Well Point
【Name】Hermit, hidden also.The point is on the medial end of the big toe, one minute away from the corner of the nail.
[Location] On the medial side of the distal joint of the big toe, 0.1 cun from the corner of the nail.
[Indications] ①menorrhea, metrorrhagia, hematuria, blood in stool; ②abdominal distention; ③madness, nightmare, dreaminess, convulsion.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] Superficially puncture 0.1-0.2 cun, or prick with a three-edged needle to squeeze bleeding; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] Yinbai point is commonly used in modern times to treat functional uterine bleeding, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, acute enteritis, schizophrenia, neurasthenia and other diseases.
2. Dadu (Dàdū) Xing point
[Name] Du, refers to Sheng, the point is on the inner side of the big toe, where the skin and flesh are white and abundant, hence the name.
[Location] On the medial border of the foot, when the great toe (1st metatarsophalangeal joint) is in the depression between the red and white flesh.
[Indications] ① Abdominal distension, stomach pain, diarrhea, constipation; ② Fever without sweating.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.3-0.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] Dadu acupoint is commonly used in modern times to treat acute and chronic gastritis, acute and chronic enteritis and other diseases.
3. Taibai* (Tàibái) Shu point, the original point
[Naming] It is the name of the astrology, that is, Venus.Its point is on the inner side of the big toe on the red and white border, where the white border is very large; in addition, this point is for transporting soil, which can produce gold of the five elements, so it is named.
[Location] On the medial border of the foot, in the depression at the red-white intersectoral junction behind the lower part of the big toe (1st metatarsophalangeal joint).
[Indications] ① Stomach pain, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhea, dysentery, constipation, loss of appetite; ② Weight loss, beriberi.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.5-1.0 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] Taibai point is commonly used in modern times to treat acute and chronic gastritis, acute and chronic enteritis, nervous vomiting, indigestion and other diseases.
4. Gongsun * (Gōnɡsūn) collateral point, the point where the eight meridians meet, and connects the Chongmai
[Naming] The spleen resides in the middle of the soil, irrigates the four sides, and has the meaning of the Yellow Emperor in the center, visiting the four directions. The Yellow Emperor's surname is Gongsun, so it is named after it.
[Location] On the medial edge of the foot, at the front and lower side of the base of the first metatarsal, at the junction of the red and white flesh.
【Indications】①Stomach pain, vomiting, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhea, dysentery; ②Heartache, chest tightness.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.5-1.0 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] Gongsun point is commonly used in modern times to treat acute and chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, acute and chronic enteritis, nervous vomiting, indigestion, schizophrenia and other diseases.
5. Shangqiu (Shānɡqiū) meridian points
[Name] The point is below the inner ankle, which is shaped like a hill. This point is also the "meridian" point of the spleen meridian. The five elements belong to gold, and the business is the sound of gold, so it is named.
[Location] In the depression anteriorly and inferiorly to the medial malleolus, at the midpoint of the line connecting the navicular tubercle and the tip of the medial malleolus.
【Indications】①Abdominal distension, diarrhea, constipation, hemorrhoids; ②Swelling and pain in ankles, strong tongue pain.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.3-0.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] Shangqiu point is commonly used in modern times to treat acute and chronic gastritis, acute and chronic enteritis, nervous vomiting, indigestion, gastrocnemius muscle spasm, ankle joint and surrounding soft tissue diseases and other diseases.
6. Sanyinjiao* (Sdnyinjiáo) intersection point of Foot Taiyin, Shaoyin and Jueyin meridians
[Name] The three Yins of the foot meet here, hence the name.
[Location] On the inside of the calf, 3 inches above the tip of the medial malleolus, behind the medial edge of the tibia.
【Indications】①Irregular menstruation, uterine bleeding, leukorrhea, vaginal hemorrhage, amenorrhea, dystocia, postpartum haemorrhage, lochia, infertility, spermatorrhea, impotence, penile pain, hernia, dysuria, enuresis, edema;② Borborygmus, abdominal distension, diarrhea, constipation; ③ insomnia, dizziness. ④ flaccidity of lower limbs, beriberi.
[Acupuncture and Moxibustion] Needling 1 to 1.5 inches straight.Acupuncture is forbidden for pregnant women; moxibustion is allowed.
【Application】Sanyinjiao point is commonly used in modern times to treat acute and chronic enteritis, bacillary dysentery, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, enuresis, sexual dysfunction, hypertension, neurodermatitis, eczema, neurasthenia, neuralgia of lower extremities or paralysis and other diseases.
7. Leaky Valley (Lòuɡǔ)
[Name] This point is mainly used to treat dampness and dysuria, hence the name.
[Location] On the inner side of the calf, on the line connecting the tip of the medial malleolus and the Yinling Spring, 6 inches from the tip of the medial malleolus, behind the medial border of the tibia.
【Indications】①Abdominal distention, borborygmus, dysuria; ②Spermia; ③Atrophy of lower limbs.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1-1.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] Lougu point is commonly used in modern times to treat indigestion, urinary tract infection, lower limb numbness and other diseases.
8. Diji (Dìjī) Qi point
[Name] This point is mainly used to treat nocturnal emission and irregular menstruation, which can make vitality vigorous and transform all things, hence the name.
[Location] On the inner side of the calf, on the line connecting the tip of the medial malleolus and the Yinling Spring, 3 inches below the Yinling Spring.
【Indications】①Abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhea, edema, dysuria;
② Irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, nocturnal emission; ③ Low back pain, paralysis of lower limbs.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1-1.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] Diji acupoint is commonly used in modern times to treat dysfunctional uterine bleeding, bacillary dysentery, stomach cramps and other diseases.
9. Yinlingquan* (Yīnlínɡquán) acupoint
[Name] The point is located under the medial condyle of the tibia, like a water spring under a hill, hence the name.
[Location] On the inner side of the calf, in the depression below the medial tibial condyle.
【Indications】①Abdominal distension, edema, jaundice, diarrhea, dysuria or incontinence;
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1.0-2.0 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] Yinlingquan point is commonly used in modern times to treat acute and chronic enteritis, bacillary dysentery, urinary retention, urinary incontinence, urinary tract infection, vaginitis, knee joint and surrounding soft tissue diseases.
10. Blood Sea* (Xuèhǎi)
[Name] This acupoint is good at treating various blood syndromes, and has the function of drawing blood back to the spleen, just like all rivers returning to the sea, hence the name.
[Location] Bend the knee, on the inner side of the thigh, 2 cun above the inner side of the bottom of the patella, at the bulge of the inner head of the quadriceps muscle.How to take: The patient bends the knee, the doctor presses the upper edge of the patient's right kneecap with the palm of the left hand, stretches two to five fingers upwards, and places the thumb at an angle of about 45-degrees, with the acupoint under the tip of the thumb.Take the opposite side like this.
[Indications] ① Irregular menstruation, amenorrhea, metrorrhagia; ② Eczema, addiction rash, erysipelas.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1.0-1.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] Xuehai point is commonly used in modern times to treat dysfunctional uterine bleeding, anemia, urticaria, eczema, itchy skin, knee joint pain and other diseases.
11. Jimen (Jīmén)
[name] Ji, refers to the dustpan.Named after the acupoint selection posture.When selecting acupoints, the knees and feet are separated like a dustpan, and the acupoints on the left and right sides are like the doors of a dustpan, hence the name.
[Positioning] On the inner thigh, on the line connecting the sea of blood and Chongmen, the sea of blood goes straight up 6 inches.
[Indications] ① Difficulty urinating, enuresis; ② Groin swelling and pain.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] avoiding the arteries, puncturing 0.5-1.0 cun; can be used for moxibustion.
[Application] Jimen point is commonly used in modern times to treat orchitis, sexual dysfunction, inguinal lymphadenitis and other diseases.
12. Chongmen (Chōnɡmén)
[Name] Chong, refers to impulsivity, because it is on the same level with Qi Chong point, it is the place where stomach qi passes through the spleen meridian, hence the name.
[Location] On the lateral side of the groin, 3.5 cun from the midpoint of the upper border of the pubic symphysis, lateral to the pulse of the external iliac artery.
[Indications] ① Abdominal pain; ② Metrorrhagia, vaginal discharge, hernia.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] avoiding the arteries, puncturing 0.5-1.0 cun; can be used for moxibustion.
[Application] Chongmen point is commonly used in modern times to treat hernia, urinary retention, orchitis, endometritis and other diseases.
13. Fuhe (F6sh6)
【Name】House, refers to gathering; home, refers to living.This point is the meeting place of Foot Taiyin, Jueyin, and Yinwei, which means where the internal organs live.
[Location] In the lower abdomen, 4 inches below the middle of the navel, 0.7 inches above the outside of the Chongmen, and 4 inches from the front midline.
【Indications】Abdominal pain, accumulation, hernia.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1.0-1.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] Fushe point is commonly used in modern times to treat splenomegaly, constipation, uterine annex inflammation, inguinal hernia and other diseases.
14. Abdominal knot (Fùjié)
[Name] This point is mainly used to treat pain around the navel, where abdominal Qi gathers, hence the name.
[Location] In the lower abdomen, 1.3 cun below the great horizontal line, 4 cun from the anterior midline.
【Indications】①Abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea; ②Hernia.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1.0-1.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] Fujie point is commonly used in modern times to treat enteritis, bacillary dysentery and other diseases.
15. Daheng* (Dàhénɡ)
[Naming] The flat one is horizontal, the acupoint is on the same level as the Tianshu, and the large intestine should run horizontally within 2 inches from the side, so it is named.
[Location] Lie on your back, in the middle of the abdomen, level with the navel, 4 inches from the middle of the navel.
【Indications】diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1-2 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] Daheng acupoint is commonly used in modern times to treat acute and chronic enteritis, bacillary dysentery, habitual constipation, intestinal paralysis, intestinal parasitic diseases and other diseases.
16. Belly sorrow (Fùāi)
【Name】Waiting Zhiming, the acupoint acts as the abdomen, and it is mainly used to treat abdominal pain and bowel sounds, hence the name.
[Location] On the upper abdomen, 3 cun above the middle of the navel, 4 cun from the anterior midline.
【Indications】Abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, indigestion.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1.0-1.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat indigestion, stomach cramps, gastric and duodenal ulcers, bacillary dysentery and other diseases.
17. Shídòu
[Name] Food, here refers to milk; sinus, for hole sinus.The hole is outside and below the nipple.
[Location] On the lateral side of the chest, at the fifth intercostal space, 5 cun from the anterior midline.
[Indications] ① Abdominal distension, stomach upset, vomiting after eating, edema; ② Chest and hypochondriac pain.
[Acupuncture and Moxibustion] Oblique or outward flat 0.5-0.8 cun.This meridian goes from Shisinu to Dabao, the deep part is the lungs, do not prick deeply; it can be moxibustion.
[Application] Shidou point is commonly used in modern times to treat gastritis, intercostal neuralgia, ascites and other diseases.
18. Tianxi (Tiānxī)
[Name] The point is on the outside of Tianchi Lake, and it is mainly used for breast reduction, hence the name.
[Location] On the lateral side of the chest, when the fourth intercostal space, 6 cun from the anterior midline.
【Indications】①Pain in the chest and hypochondriac, cough; ②Mastitis, less milk.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] oblique or outward 0.5-0.8 cun; can be used for moxibustion.
[Application] Tianxi point is commonly used in modern times to treat bronchitis, pneumonia, intercostal neuralgia, insufficient milk secretion, mastitis and other diseases.
19. Breast Township (Xiōnɡxiānɡ)
[Name] The residence is a township, the acupoint is on the chest, and it is mainly used to treat fullness of the chest and flanks, hence the name.
[Location] In the third intercostal space, 6 cun lateral to the anterior midline.
[Indications] Chest and hypochondriac pain.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] oblique or outward 0.5-0.8 cun; can be used for moxibustion.
[Application] Chest Xiang point is commonly used in the treatment of intercostal neuralgia, bronchitis and other diseases in modern times.
20. Zhou Rong (Zhōurónɡ)
[Name] Zhou, refers to the whole body; Rong, communicates with Ying.Because it is connected to Zhongfu on the acupoint and spreads all over the body, it is named.
[Location] On the lateral side of the chest, at the second intercostal space, 6 cun from the anterior midline.
[Indications] ① Cough and dyspnea, not thinking about eating; ② Chest and hypochondriac pain.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] oblique or outward 0.5-0.8 cun; can be used for moxibustion.
[Application] Zhourong point is commonly used in modern times to treat bronchitis, bronchiectasis, intercostal neuralgia and other diseases.
21. Dabao* (Dàbāo) the large collaterals of the spleen
[Name] Bao, for generalization, this point is the large collateral of the spleen meridian, the president's yin and yang meridians, the spleen irrigates the internal organs, limbs and bones, hence the name.
[Location] On the side chest, on the midaxillary line, at the 6th intercostal space.
[Indications] ① Cough and dyspnea, distending pain in the chest and hypochondriac; ② Body pain, weakness of limbs.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] oblique or backward 0.5-0.8 cun; can be used for moxibustion.
[Application] Dabao acupoint is commonly used in modern times to treat bronchial asthma, intercostal neuralgia, limb pain and other diseases.
[-]. Heart Sutra of Hand Shaoyin
([-]) Meridian circulation
1. The line on the body surface starts from Jiquan point in the armpit, descends along the inner posterior edge of the upper limb, between the fourth and fifth metacarpal bones, and ends at Shaochong point on the radial side of the little finger. [Give it to Taiyang Small Intestine Meridian of Hand].
2. The organs connected with viscera originate from the heart and belong to the heart, the lower diaphragm, and the small intestine.
Another branch goes up from the heart with the esophagus and connects with the eyes.
3. Circular distribution characteristics
(1) Walking from the chest to the hands is the meridian of less blood and more qi, and at noon (11-13 o'clock) qi and blood are strong.
(2) There are 9 points in total, starting from Jiquan point and ending at Shaochong point.
(3) Distributed on the medial posterior edge of the upper limb.
(4) It connects with the Spleen Meridian of Foot Taiyin on the upper side, and intersects with the Small Intestine Meridian of Hand Taiyin at the radial end of the little finger (Shaochong point).

[Name] pole, tall; spring, water spring.The point is in the armpit, at the highest point of the heart meridian, the heart governs the flow of blood like water, hence the name.
[Location] Abduct the upper arm, at the apex of the axilla, where the axillary artery pulses.
[Indications] ① Heartache, palpitation; ② Chest tightness, shortness of breath, hypochondriac pain; ③ Shoulder and arm pain, upper limb paralysis, scrofula.
【Acupuncture and moxibustion method】avoiding the axillary artery, puncture directly or obliquely 0.3-0.5 cun; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] Jiquan point is commonly used in modern times to treat angina pectoris, intercostal neuralgia, cervical lymphatic tuberculosis and other diseases.

1.
