([-]) Disease induction

1. Cardiovascular disease tachycardia, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, rheumatic heart disease, cardiac neurosis.

2. Mental and nervous diseases such as schizophrenia, hysteria, epilepsy, neurasthenia, high fever in children, convulsions, intercostal neuralgia, etc.

3. Other symptoms Chest pain, chest tightness, hiccups and vomiting, oral erosions, elbow and arm pain, palm heat.

There are 9 points in total

1. Tianchi* (Tiānchí)

【Name】day, high place; pool, pool.Rufeng is like a mountain top, with milk gushing out, and the acupoint is next to the milk, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position.On the chest, 1 cun lateral to the nipple, in the 4th intercostal space.

【Indications】①Cough, asthma, pain in the chest and hypochondriac; ②Mastitis.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion] oblique or flat 0.3-0.5 cun, do not pierce deeply, so as not to hurt the heart and lungs; moxibustion is possible.

[Application] It is commonly used in the treatment of mastitis and angina pectoris in modern times.

2. Tianquan (Tiānquán)

[Naming] The upper part is the sky, the point is connected to Tianchi, and is located at the upper end of the arm, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position.On the inner side of the arm, 2 inches below the head of the anterior axillary crease, between the long and short heads of the biceps brachii.

【Indications】① Heartache; ② Cough; ③ Pain in the inner side of the upper arm.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1-1.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat arm pain, bronchitis, etc.

3. Quze* (Qūzé) combined point

[Name] The acupoint belongs to Heshui, just inside the elbow, and the acupoint is obtained by slightly bending the elbow, and the meridian Qi reaches this point like water entering a swamp, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position, elbow slightly bent.In the cubital crease, on the ulnar border of the biceps tendon.

[Indications] ① Heartache, palpitations; ② Stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea; ③ Fever, heat stroke, rash; ④ Elbow and arm pain.

【Acupuncture and moxibustion】Puncture 1-1.5 cun, or prick to let blood; can be moxibustion.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat acute gastroenteritis and heatstroke.

4. Qièmén (Qièmén) point

[Name] Qie, pore; door, portal.This point is the Qi point of the main meridian, and the Qi point is the meeting point of Qi and blood in the meridians, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position, palms up.On the palm side of the forearm, on the connecting line between Quze and Daling, 5 cun above the wrist crease.

[Indications] ① Palpitation, upset, heartache; ② Hematemesis, hemoptysis, epistaxis; ③ Epilepsy.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.5-1 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.

[Application] It is often used in modern times to treat rheumatic heart disease, myocarditis, hysteria, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.

5. Jianshi* (Jiānshǐ) meridian point

【Name】between, gap; make, messenger.This point is between the two tendons and has the effect of transmitting meridian qi, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position, palms up.3 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist, between the palmaris longus tendon and the flexor carpi radialis tendon.

[Indications] ① Heartache, palpitations; ② Stomach pain, vomiting; ③ Fever, malaria; ④ Mania and epilepsy.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.5-1 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat angina pectoris, myocarditis, epilepsy, hysteria, malaria, etc.

6. Neiguan* (Nèiɡuān) collateral point; one of the intersection points of eight meridians, Tongyin Weimai
[Name] Nei, the inner side of the arm; Guan, obliquely behind the Cunkouguan Vessel.It means that this is the place where meridian qi enters and exits, like a pass, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position, palms up.2 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist, between the palmaris longus tendon and the flexor carpi radialis tendon.

【Indications】①Palpitation, heartache, chest and hypochondriac pain;

[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.5-1 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat angina pectoris, myocarditis, arrhythmia, gastritis, hysteria, etc.

7. Daling* (Dàlínɡ) Shu point; Yuan point
[Naming] The lofty one is called "big", and the towering place is called "mausoleum".By analogy, this point is located at the root of the palm, which looks like a hill, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position, palms up.At the midpoint of the transverse wrist crease, between the palmaris longus tendon and the flexor carpi radialis tendon.

【Indications】①palpitations, heartache; ②stomachache, vomiting; ③mania and epilepsy; ④sore ulcers;

[Acupuncture and moxibustion] Needling 0.3-0.5 cun straight, can be used for moxibustion.

[Application] It is often used in modern times to treat myocarditis, neurasthenia, wrist joint and surrounding soft tissue diseases, etc.

8. Laogong* (Láoɡōnɡ) xing point

[Name] labor, labor, labor; palace, imperial palace, middle palace.The palm is the main place for labor, and the acupuncture point is in the palm, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position, palms up.In the palm, between the 2nd and 3rd metacarpal bones, when making a fist, the tip of the middle finger is six.

【Indications】①Stroke coma, heatstroke;

[Application] It is often used in modern times to treat coma, heatstroke, hysteria, stomatitis, etc.

9. Zhongchong* (Zhōnɡchōnɡ) well point

[Naming] The Jingjing points of the Hand Meridian are all located on the side of the finger, but the Jingjing Point of this book is located in the middle of the tip of the middle finger, hence the name.This point belongs to the pericardium meridian, and its meridian qi runs along the middle of the arm, reaching the center of the center of the middle finger, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position.In the center of the fingertips in the hand.

[Indications] ① stroke coma, heat stroke, fainting, convulsions in children; ② fever; ③ heartache, swelling and pain under the tongue.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion] Superficially puncture 0.1 cun, or puncture with a three-edged needle for bleeding; moxibustion can be used.

([-]) Meridian circulation

1. The line on the body surface starts from the Duanguanchong point of the ring finger, goes upward along the middle of the outer side of the upper limb, passes through the back of the acromion and the upper neck, goes around the ear and ends in front of the ear, and ends at the Sizhu hole at the outer eyebrow.One branch runs from the back of the ear to the front of the ear, distributes on the cheek, and reaches the outer corner of the eye (Tongziiliac point). 2. Connecting viscera and organs, people lack basin, and connect pericardium, which belongs to triple burner.

3. Circular distribution characteristics
(1) From the hand to the head, it is the meridian of more qi and less blood, and the qi and blood are vigorous at Haishi (21-23 o'clock).

(2) There are 23 points in total, starting from Guanchong point and ending at Sizhu hole.

(3) Distributed on the lateral midline of the upper limb.

(4) The Jueyin Pericardium Meridian on the upper hand, one branch runs from behind the ear to in front of the ear, distributes on the cheek, reaches the outer corner of the eye (Tongziliao point), and intersects with the Gallbladder Meridian of Foot Shaoyang.

1. Abdominal distension, edema, enuresis, dysuria.

2. Deafness and tinnitus, sore throat, red eyes and swollen cheeks.

3. Pain behind the ear, outside the shoulder, arm and elbow.

1. Diseases of the head, face and five sense organs such as migraine, eye pain, tinnitus, deafness, otitis media, mumps, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, facial paralysis, and enlarged lymph nodes in the neck.

2. Neck pain, shoulder and back pain, elbow and arm pain, swelling and pain in the back of the hand, etc. where the meridian passes.

There are 23 points in total.

1. Guanchong* (Guānchōnɡ) well point

[Name] The point of entry and exit is Guan, and this point is between Shaochong and Zhongchong, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position, palms down.0.1 cun lateral to the root corner of the nail on the ulnar side of the ring finger.

[Indications] ① Fever, heat stroke, fainting; ② Headache, red eyes, tinnitus, deafness, sore throat.

【Acupuncture and moxibustion】Puncture 0.1 inch shallowly or prick for bleeding; moxibustion can be used.

[Application] It is often used in modern times to treat fever, heatstroke, deafness, headache, etc.

2. Xing point of Yèmén

[Name] This is the Yingshui acupoint of the main meridian, which has the function of regulating the waterway, just like the door for the entry and exit of water vapor, so it is named.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position, palms down.On the back of the hand, between the 4th and 5th metacarpophalangeal joints, at the junction of the red and white flesh behind the edge of the finger web.

【Zhi Zhi】①headache, red eyes, deafness, tinnitus, sore throat; ②fever, malaria; ③arm pain.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat headache, otitis media, pharyngitis, gingivitis, etc.

3. Zhongzhu* (Zhōnɡzhǔ) Shu point

[Name] Zhong, middle, "lose" in the middle of the five losers; Zhu, a sandbar in the water.The point is between the two bones, if there is an island in the river, so it is named.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position, palms down.On the back of the hand, in the depression between the posterior borders of the 4th and 5th metacarpal bones, 1 cun behind Dangyemen point.

[Indications] ①Headache, red eyes, deafness, tinnitus, sore throat;
②Fever; ③Shoulder, back, elbow and arm pain, difficulty in flexion and extension of fingers.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.3-0.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat headache, nerve deafness, Meniere's syndrome, supraorbital neuralgia, periarthritis of shoulder, acute and chronic low back pain, etc.

4. Yangchi* (Yánɡchí) Yuan Point

[Name] The depression on the back of the wrist looks like a "pool", and the point belongs to the Yang meridian, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position, palms down.In the dorsal crease of the wrist, in the depression of the ulnar border of the common extensor tendon.

【Indications】①conjunctival congestion, swelling and pain, deafness, sore throat; ②diarrhea, malaria; ③pain in elbow, arm and wrist.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.3-0.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat diabetes, forearm pain and numbness, wrist arthritis, etc.

5. Waiguan* (Wàiɡuān) collateral points; Eight Meridian Intersection Points (through Yuyang Weimai)
[Name] The point is on the outside of the forearm, opposite to Neiguan, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position, palms down.On the dorsal side of the forearm, on the line connecting Dangyang Pool and the tip of the elbow, 2 cun above the dorsal crease of the wrist, between the ulna and the radius.

[Indications] ① fever; ② headache, conjunctival congestion, swelling and pain, tinnitus, deafness; ③ chest and hypochondriac pain; ④ paralysis of upper limbs;

[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.5-1 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.

[Application] It is often used clinically to treat migraine, high fever, nerve deafness, intercostal neuralgia, stiff neck, acute lumbar sprain, etc.

6. Zhigou* (Zhīɡōu) meridian points

【Name】branches, connected with "limbs"; narrow ones, ditch.The point is located at the narrow place where the two tendons and bones of the forearm of the upper limb are narrow, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position, palms down.On the dorsal side of the forearm, on the line connecting Dangyang Pool and the tip of the elbow, 3 cun above the dorsal crease of the wrist, between the ulna and the radius.

[Indications] ①Constipation; ②Pain in hypochondrium; ③Deafness, tinnitus, violent silence; ④Fever.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.5-1 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.

[Application] It is often used clinically to treat habitual constipation, intercostal neuralgia, acute lumbar sprain, etc.

7. Huizong (Huìzōnɡ) Qi Point

[Naming] This is the Qi acupoint of the main meridian, where the meridian qi converges, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position, palms down.On the dorsal side of the forearm, 3 cun above the dorsal crease of the wrist, on the ulnar side of the tributary groove, when the radial border of the ulna.

[Indications] ① tinnitus, deafness; ② epilepsy; ③ elbow and arm pain.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.5-1 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat nerve deafness, forearm pain and numbness, etc.

8. Sanyang network (Sānyánɡluò)

[Name] This point is connected with the Sanyang Meridian of the hand, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position, palms down.On the dorsal side of the forearm, 4 cun above the dorsal crease of the wrist, between the ulna and the radius.

[Indications] ① Deafness, sudden deafness, toothache; ② Arm pain.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.5-1 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat forearm pain, numbness, nerve deafness, etc.

9. Sidu (Sìdú)

[Naming] In ancient times, the Yangtze River, Yellow River, Huai River, and Han River were called Sidu.The Sanjiao is the official of judging desecration. The meridian Qi reaches this point, and it permeates and irrigates more widely, so it is named.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position, palms down.On the dorsal side of the forearm, on the line connecting Dangyang Pool and the tip of the elbow, 5 cun below the olecranon of the ulna, between the ulna and the radius.

[Indications] ①Migraine, deafness, violent silence, sore throat; ②Arm pain.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.5-1 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat forearm pain and numbness, migraine, nerve deafness, etc.

10. Tianjing* (Tiānjǐnɡ) joint point

[Naming] Yushang is called the sky, the acupoint is in the fossa of the olecranon on the upper limb, and it sinks like a well, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position.On the outside of the arm, in the depression 1 cun above the olecranon of the ulna when the elbow is flexed.

【Indications】①migraine, deafness; ②scrofula; ③epilepsy; ④elbow and arm pain.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.5-1 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.

[Application] It is often used in the treatment of elbow joint and surrounding soft tissue diseases in modern times.

11. Qing Leng Yuan (Qīnɡlěnɡyuān)

【Name】Because this acupoint has the effect of clearing away heat and purging fire, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or supine position, elbows bent.On the outside of the arm, when 2 inches above the olecranon, that is, 1 inch above the patio.

[Indications] Headache, eye pain, shoulder and arm pain.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.8-1.2 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat shoulder and arm pain, migraine, etc.

12. Xiaoluo (Xiāoluò)

[Name] Hot burning body fluid is Luo, this point has the function of dissipating heat evil, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or lying on the side, the arms hang down naturally.On the outside of the arm, at the midpoint of the line connecting Qinglengyuan and the diaphragm, or 3 cun above Qinglengyuan.

[Indications] Headache, neck pain, shoulder and arm pain.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1-1.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat shoulder and arm pain, epilepsy, etc.

13. Nàohuì

[Name] The point refers to the upper arm, and the point is the clubhouse of Sanjiao and Yangwei, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or lying on the side, the arms hang down naturally.On the outside of the arm, on the line connecting the shoulder iliac and olecranon, 3 cun inferior to the shoulder iliac, the posterior lower edge of the deltoid muscle.

[Indications] ① Gall gas, scrofula; ② Shoulder and arm pain.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1-1.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat upper limb pain and scrofula.

14. Shoulder *(jiānliáo)

【Name】Shoulder, the end of the shoulder, at the shoulder joint, is the last point of the Sanjiao meridian on the shoulder; iliac, is the depression of the bone, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or side lying, prone position.On the shoulder, behind and below the acromion, when the upper arm is abducted, in the Cun Xu depression behind the Yu point on the shoulder bone.

【Indications】Shoulder and arm pain, upper limb paralysis.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 1-1.5 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat periarthritis of the shoulder, stroke and hemiplegia, etc.

15. Tiānliáo

[Naming] Yushang is the sky, the point is in the bone gap above the spine of the scapula, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting or prone position.In the scapula, the midpoint of the line connecting the shoulder well and the curved wall, when the upper corner of the scapula is depressed.

[Indications] Strong neck pain, shoulder and arm pain.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needling 0.5-0.8 cun in a straight line; moxibustion can be used.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat cervical spondylosis, stiff neck, frozen shoulder, etc.

16. Tiānyǒu

[Name] Yushang is the sky, and it refers to the wall and window.The acupoint is on the top of the neck, and it is good at opening up, just like a wall and window, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting, side lying or side lying position.On the side of the neck, posterior to the mastoid, posterior to the sternocleidomastoid muscle, at the level of the mandibular angle.

[Indications] ①Headache, stiff neck; ②eye pain, deafness; ③scrofula.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat cervical neuralgia, stiff neck, cervical spondylosis, etc.

17. Yifeng* (Yìfēnɡ)

[name] shade, shade; wind, wind evil.The point is behind the earlobe, where it is used to shield wind and evil, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting, side lying or side lying position.On the back of the earlobe, in the depression between the front of the mastoid and the angle of the mandible.

[Indications] ① tinnitus, deafness, tinnitus; ② slanted mouth and eyes, trismus, toothache, mumps; ③ scrofula.

18. Mòmài (mòmài)

[Naming] The point is behind the ear, covered with veins, which is good at treating epilepsy, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting, side lying or side lying position.In the center of the mastoid process behind the ear, at the junction of the upper 2/3 and the lower 1/3 of the line connecting the helix between Dangyifeng point and Jiaosun point.

[Indications] ①Headache, tinnitus, deafness; ②Convulsions in children.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat migraine, nervous deafness, etc.

19. Skull breath (Lúxī)

【Name】cranial, head; interest, soothe the nerves.The point is on the head, which has the effect of calming the brain and calming the mind, hence the name.

[Positioning] Sitting, side lying or side lying position.On the head, at the junction of the upper 1/3 and lower 2/3 of the line connecting the helix and the Yifeng point and the Jiaosun point.

[Indications] ①Headache, tinnitus, deafness; ②Convulsions in children.

[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needle downward horizontally 0.3-0.5 cun; can be used for moxibustion.

[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat headaches, otitis media, etc.
