20. Jiǎosūn (Jiǎosūn)

[Positioning] Sitting, side lying or side lying position.On the head, fold the pinna forward so that the tip of the ear goes straight up to the hairline.
[Indications] ① mumps; ② headache, numbness; ③ red eyes, swelling and pain, cloudy eyes.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion] Flat or oblique 0.3-0.5 cun; can be used for moxibustion.

21. Ear gate* (ěrmén)
[Name] The point is in front of the ear, like the door of the ear, hence the name.
[Positioning] Sitting, side lying or side lying position.On the face, anterior to the supratragutic notch, posterior border of the mandibular condyle, with a depression in the opening of the mouth.
[Indications] ① tinnitus, deafness, tinnitus; ② toothache.

22. Ear and Liao (ěrhéliào)

23. Sizhukong* (Sīzhúkōnɡ)
【Name】sizhu, fine bamboo; empty, void.The acupoint is at the tip of the eyebrows, shaped like a thin bamboo, and part of it is a superficial depression, hence the name.
[Positioning] Sitting or supine position.On the face, in the hollows of the eyebrows.
【Indications】①Conjunctival congestion, swelling and pain, dizziness, eyelid movement; ②Headache, toothache; ③Elepsy.
[Acupuncture and moxibustion method] Needle 0.5-1 inch horizontally, or penetrate fish waist and temple;
Can moxibustion.
[Application] It is commonly used in modern times to treat facial paralysis, hemifacial spasm, conjunctivitis, etc.

([-]) Meridian circulation
1. The body surface starts from Tongziiliac point next to the outer canthus of the eyes, obliquely lowers in front of the ears, goes up the corner of the head, goes around the back of the ears, turns back to the forehead, goes around the side of the head and temporo, passes through the shoulders, follows the ribs, descends between the waist, and ends at the buttocks along the lower limbs In the middle of the outer side, before passing the outer malleolus, it ends at the foot orifice Yin point on the outer side of the fourth toe.There are branches from the dorsum of the foot (Zulinqi point) to the end of the big toe (Da Dun point). 3. Circular distribution characteristics
(1) From the head to the foot, it is a meridian with more qi and less blood, and the qi and blood are vigorous at Zishi (23-1 o'clock).

(3) Distributed in front of the ear, behind the ear, temporal part, neck, side of the chest and abdomen, lateral midline of the lower extremities, front and bottom of the lateral malleolus, and lateral dorsum of the feet.
(4) It takes over the Shaoyang Sanjiao Meridian from the top, and a branch runs from the Zulinqi point on the dorsum of the foot to the Dadun point on the top of the big toe, and intersects with the Liver Meridian of Foot Jueyin.

2. Listen to the meeting* (Tīnɡhuì)
【Name】meeting, gathering; listening, hearing.The acupoint is in front of the ear, and the ear is responsible for hearing. Acupuncture at this acupoint is mainly used to treat deafness and air-occlusion, which can make the sense of hearing converge, hence the name Tinghui.
[Location] Anterior to the intertragus notch, on the posterior edge of the mandibular condyle, in the depression of the mouth opening. .

[Positioning] Xiaguan point goes straight up, when it is in the depression of the upper edge of the zygomatic arch. .
[Indications] ①Migraine; ②Tinnitus, deafness; ③Deviation of mouth and eyes, toothache, silence.

4. Hànyàn (Hànyàn)
[Name] Jaw, pointing to the head; tired, pointing to annoyance.This point is mainly used for headache and neck stiffness, hence the name.
[Location] At the junction of the upper 1/4 and lower 3/4 of the arc-shaped line from Touwei Point to Qubin Point.

6. Suspended (Xuánlí)

7. Curved Temple* (Qūbìn)

[Location] On the back edge of the hairline on the temples in front of the ears, directly above the Pingjiao Sun point.
[Indications] ① Migraine, trismus, toothache; ② Violent silence.

8. Rate Valley* (Lǜɡǔ)

[Location] Straight above the posterior edge of the root of the ear, 2 cun into the hairline, 0.5 cun behind the valley. .
[Indications] ①Headache, gingival swelling and pain; ②Epileptic.

10. Fúbái
【Name】Fu, superficial; Bai, should lung.This point is mainly used to treat lung diseases, hence the name.
[Location] At the back and upper part of the mastoid behind the ear, at the intersection of the middle third and upper third of the arc connecting Tianchong and Wangu.

19. Brain empty (Nǎokōnɡ)

[Location] When on the outside of the upper edge of the external occipital inion, 2.25 inches lateral to the midline of the head.

20. Wind Pool* (Fēnɡchí)
[Name] The point is like a "pool" in the depression next to the neck.This point is the place where wind evil enters, and it is also the key point for expelling wind evil.Indications for colds, colds, strokes and other wind-related diseases, hence the name.
[Location] On the nape, below the occipital bone, at the same level as Fengfu, in the depression between the sternocleidomastoid muscle and the upper end of the trapezius muscle.

21. Jianjing* (Jiānjǐnɡ)

22. Yuānyè
【Name】Yuan means deep.Because the acupoint is hidden under the armpit, it is named.

[Indications] ①Chest fullness, hypochondriac pain; ②Upper limb numbness, armpit swelling.
[Acupuncture and Moxibustion] Oblique or flat 0.5-0.8 cun.Do not pierce deeply at the acupoints from the axillary to Jingmen in this meridian, so as not to injure important internal organs; moxibustion can be used.
[Application] It is commonly used in the treatment of intercostal neuralgia and pleurisy in modern times.
23. Zhéjīn
[Name] refers to the point in the intercostal space. "Shuowen Jiezi": "Noir, the car also has two legs." Also known as the car's ear, its shape is curved, similar to a human rib, and the acupuncture point is in it, hence the name.
[Location] 1 cun anterior to the axillary point Yuan, in the fourth intercostal space.
[Indications] ① Chest fullness, hypochondriac pain, asthma; ② Vomiting, acid regurgitation.

24. Riyue* (Rìyuè) Gallbladder Acupuncture Point
[Naming] The acupoint belongs to the gallbladder, and the gallbladder governs decision-making, and the decision-making must be clear. The Ming characters are composed of "day" and "month", hence the name.
[Location] Directly below the nipple, the seventh intercostal space, 4 cun lateral to the anterior midline.

25. Jīnɡmén (Jīnɡmén) kidney acupoint
[Naming] Jing refers to Kyoto, which means important.The acupoint is the recruiting point of the kidney, the place where the meridian qi gathers, and it is mainly used to treat unfavorable water channels, and it is an important point for benefiting the kidney and promoting water, hence the name.
