Article [-] The human resources department and various departments of the company put forward an expatriate training plan at the end of the previous year and submitted it to the general manager for review and approval. In principle, this year's expatriate training will be strictly implemented in accordance with this plan.

Article [-] Employees who participate in overseas training must first fill in the "Application Form for Employee Outbound Training", and send it to the Human Resources Department for archiving after being checked and approved by the department manager, finance department, human resources manager and general manager.

Article [-] The company will pay uniformly for the outbound training expenses exceeding RMB ×××× per person-time, and the trainees need to sign the "Training Agreement" with the company. The "Training Agreement" is in duplicate, and the trainees and the company each hold one copy.The remuneration package shall be paid according to the provisions of the agreement.

Article 3 For the training for academic qualifications, the training expenses shall be paid in advance by the trainees.After the degree is obtained, the trainees will be reimbursed a certain percentage of tuition fees with the certificates of degree certificates, graduation thesis and tuition invoices, and will serve the company for a specified period of time (as shown in the table below).If the agreed service period has not expired, liquidated damages shall be paid. Article [-] Within five days after returning to work, personnel participating in overseas training shall submit relevant materials such as training materials, books, study records and qualification certificates to the Human Resources Department for review, and some materials shall be archived by the Human Resources Department and sent to the Human Resources Department. Article No.12 Expenses for expatriate trainers must be approved by the department manager and the deputy general manager in charge within one week after returning, and reviewed by the Human Resources Department and the relevant departments in charge of reimbursement before going through the reimbursement procedures.

Article No.13 When travel expenses are reimbursed, the human resources department shall check whether all the training materials have been sent back, and endorse on the reimbursement documents. The financial department has the right not to reimburse the documents that have not been confirmed by the human resources department.

(2) Trainees below the third grade can stay in three-star and below standard hotels.

No.12 living allowance for foreign trainees.

The trainees sent by the company to go abroad, regardless of whether the host organization provides meals, can apply for living allowances for overseas trainees according to the following criteria:
(1) Short-term training, $30/day.

(2) Mid-term training, USD 40/day.

(3) Long-term training, USD 50/day.

No.13 Other expenses.

(1) For trainees who are sent abroad, the management unit shall purchase travel safety insurance with an insured amount of 10 yuan, and the premium shall be fully paid by the company.

(2) During the period when the trainees are sent abroad, the medical expenses for injuries and illnesses shall be fully paid by the company; those who have been trained for a long time shall purchase medical insurance in the local area, and the insurance premium shall also be fully paid by the company.

(3) The communication expenses of the employees sent abroad for training should be checked and reported according to the needs, and should not be wasted.

No.14 Expense Advance.

(1) After being approved by the general manager, the trainees sent abroad can pay in advance according to the location and training time.

(2) The advance fee is calculated in US dollars in principle.

No.15 Expense reporting.

(1) After returning to the company, the trainees sent abroad should check the relevant documents within a week, and complete the "Travel Expenditure Schedule" and submit it to the general manager for review.

(2) Reimbursement can be made to the Finance Department with the document approved by the general manager's signature, and the payment should be made or the balance of the advance payment can be returned.

Article No.18 Employees who are sent abroad for training must compensate for training expenses, travel expenses, salaries and allowances received during the training period if they fall under the following circumstances:

(1) After completing the short-term training, leaving the company after less than one year of continuous service in the company.

(2) After completing the mid-term training, the employee who has served in the company for less than two years has left the company.

(3) After completing long-term training, leaving the company for less than three years of continuous service.

No.19 Trained staff experience report.

(1) Employees who have been sent abroad for training should submit a report on their training experiences abroad in written form within two weeks of returning to the company.

(2) Employees who refuse to submit a report on their experience of going abroad for training will be deemed to have violated the regulations on going abroad and should be dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.
