(7) If Party B violates the labor contract or terminates the labor contract in advance, and the service for Party A after the training has not reached the agreed number of years, Party B shall pay Party A a penalty for breach of contract (payment can be made according to the agreed service period) and compensation. If the compensation is less than the actual loss, the compensation shall be based on the actual loss, and the actual loss shall be subject to Party A's accounting.

(8) After this agreement takes effect, it will be automatically implemented as an additional clause in the labor contract between the two parties.

(9) This contract is in duplicate, and each party holds one copy, which has the same legal effect. This contract becomes effective upon the signature of both parties.
