There is no eternity in this world except death.

Things change, time is not eternal.From the moment we are born, growth, maturity, and aging have become the journeys we must go through in life.There is no secret to keep fresh in life, and no one can escape the laws of nature.

Some people say that love is eternal.But when the person we love is no longer worthy of our love, love will also shift direction.Because love is a spiritual sacrifice.Efforts must be rewarded: rewards for love, rewards for society, and rewards for the sense of accomplishment of the responsible person.

Failure and success are not eternal.

These creatures have been on this great circle for tens of millions of years, and they are actually playing games. Neither is the truth.

Good words of gold and jade are actually like this in the world.

The Buddha has four verses: "All conditioned dharmas are like dreams and bubbles, like dew and electricity, and should be viewed as such." This is a scientific view of the universe.In this world where only time and space are the determinant factors, the feelings of honor and disgrace in life and the concept of "peak" and "trough" situations have only temporary and relative meanings, and have no real meaning. It would be superfluous to pursue them too seriously. . "People are human beings, so you don't have to deliberately be human; the world is the world, so you don't need to be careful about it."That being the case, why don't we regard everything that happens between ourselves and the outside world as a kind of game, to go through and experience the process?Why take everything so seriously and look for trouble?Take everything lightly and be happy without bounds, and you will be freed.

Tang Bohu once wrote a poem: "If you don't make alchemy, don't sit in meditation, don't work for merchants, don't plow the fields; when you are free, you can write a piece of green hills and sell it, and don't make money in the world."

How many people in life can really achieve Tang Bohu's realm and really look down on everything?Everyone has their own desires, and everyone's desires are different. With desires, there are expectations. With expectations, there are worries. With worries, there is pain. With pain, the desire for oneself is stronger. .When desires are not satisfied, some people will be depressed because of this, some people will work hard because of this, some people will be unscrupulous because of this, and some people will suffer for life because of this.

The kind of leisurely people, when talking about what kind of life they like, will say: In the busy world, I always feel that I am so uncomfortable, I like simple life, and I love the return to basics.A Russian writer once said: "In a person's life, what is lost is more important than what is gained. Only after the seed disappears can it germinate." Life is a big stage. If you want to live a wonderful, magnificent and meaningful life To be courageous, you must not only learn to leave life blank, but also have a normal heart and look at the success or failure of life indifferently.

How can we know that it is not a blessing if it is a blessing in disguise.If you lose property, you may gain a good state of mind, or you may gain peace because of it, and so on.This may be a fatalistic point of view, but sometimes it can give you peace of mind if you look down on everything like this.

Take everything lightly, you will not be overjoyed by great joy, nor will you be overwhelmed by great sorrow.In life, such moments are not uncommon, such as dying of a heart attack because of winning the lottery, killing each other and committing suicide because of a failure in love, drinking binge because of a certain team's victory... can be found everywhere.This is the lack of a kind of feelings, the feelings that look down on everything.

Because we are alive, we have hope.The home is gone, it can be rebuilt, the life is gone, but there are only ethereal bells in heaven.In that moment, while we mourn deeply for those who have passed away, we are also more courageously grateful for our lives.

Fame, gain and loss, honor and disgrace are more important than life. In the face of the lost life, why should we not look down on everything?

Reality is always cruel.In life, above work, superiors and subordinates may be more of a relationship of interest.Perhaps in the face of adversity, it is more selfishness of human nature.In the emotional world, the most common encounters are deception and betrayal.However, these are inevitable, but don't pay too much attention to them.If we look down on life, life, and humanity.Perhaps these many things are a kind of nature and a law.

Learn to live calmly and calmly.Don't pay attention to those mistakes, and do your part well.When others smile at me, I smile at others.Perhaps, such a life will have fewer troubles, and perhaps we will live a happier life.

Everything is in the game.To live, we must live well.Alive, nothing is more important than a happy life!Of course, we are humans, not gods, and it is impossible to "not be happy with things, not sad with ourselves", but we should try our best to look down on everything, so as to restore our peace of mind.

Zen is not sitting or lying down, the Buddha has no fixed form

The master said: When you are in a dream, don't be trapped by the dream; when you are an official, don't be trapped by the official; when you are doing business, don't be trapped by money; At that time, one was called father, and the other was called mother. Don't be fooled by your children;

When you ask a Zen master how to practice Taoism, he will tell you: eat, sleep, drink tea... But Zen masters eat and dress differently from us ordinary people.Ordinary people don't eat well, they pick and choose; they don't sleep well, and they have all kinds of thoughts, tossing and turning.And Zen people can't eat and drink, can't wear and wear clothes, follow the fate everywhere, and feel at ease everywhere.

The "Diamond Sutra" tells us: "All appearances are illusory", "Being separated from all appearances, they are called Buddhas", "Real appearances are non-appearances", "In all dharmas, we should know, see, and believe in this way." If you see me with color and seek me with sound, you are walking in an evil way and cannot see the Tathagata.” etc., all explain that appearance is false and unreal, and reality is non-appearance. To prove the truth Therefore, in the scriptures, Prajna is used to observe everything: "Those who appear in the body of the Tathagata are not in the form of a body", "those who adorn the Buddha's land are not adorned, but are called adornment", "The Tathagata said 32 Form, that is, right and wrong, it is called 32 phases", "those who talk about sentient beings, that is, non-sentient beings, are called sentient beings", so as to achieve the effect of non-living mind.

After the development of Zen Buddhism to the Five Patriarchs, the thoughts of the "Diamond Sutra" were also used as a guide to practice.The Sixth Patriarch heard from the "Diamond Sutra" that "there should be nowhere to live, and the mind should be born".And enlightened.Huineng's gatha for obtaining the Dharma: "There is no tree for Bodhi, and the mirror is not a stand; there is nothing at first, where can the dust be aroused." The ancestor said: "People in the world have eighty-four thousand defilements. If there is no defilement, wisdom will always appear, and it will not be separated from the self-nature. Those who understand this law will have no thoughts, no memories and no attachments. They will not be deceived and will use their own true nature , Contemplating with wisdom, not accepting and not giving up all dharmas, that is to see the nature and become a Buddha." He also said: "If you are enlightened and enlightened, you don't insist on external cultivation, but in your own heart, you always have the right view, and you are always troubled by dust and troubles. To be untainted is to see one’s nature.” The Buddha nature is inherently self-sufficient in every human being, but cannot be manifested only for troubles and worldly labors.

In the process of practicing Buddhism, the Sixth Patriarch pointed out several essentials of Zen. The "Tan Sutra" said: "From the beginning of my practice, I first established no-thought as the sect, no-phase as the body, and no-dwelling as the foundation." Those who have no thoughts are thinking about the environment.To be uncontaminated in all realms is to have no thoughts; for those who have no appearance, the reality has no appearance, and the practitioner must be able to leave all appearances and not take all appearances, in order to prove the pure dharma nature; Thinking about the previous situation, not being able to think about all the dharmas, and not staying in the situation, is called no abiding.
