A Prince's Love

It's like being on a car circuit. Prince Thalal drove his car at high speed towards the hospital. Alena was helpless in Nizam's arms. Her eyes felt empty staring at Nizam's face. The face that had been blackened with anger was now pale with worry. Nizam tightly hugged Alena's body in his arms.

Even though the speed of the car is already fast, for Nizam the car feels slow. So Nizam spoke again in a tremble. "Hurry up Thalal.. hurry up my son must be safe.."

As soon as they arrived at the hospital yard, Nizam didn't wait for the bed but instead immediately carried Alena to the emergency room. It just so happened that Doctor Desy was on duty so She immediately took action quickly.

Nizam sat down with a wrinkled face. His hands covered his face. Prince Thalal held his shoulder as if to calm his brother's heart. Nizam's mouth was tightly shut. He even forgot that he was topless. His bare chest became a concern for nurses and visitors. Let alone the women, the men just melted to see such a beautiful chest.

Meanwhile, Cynthia looked at Nizam with annoyance. She wanted to swallow the man full of anger in one swallow. How dare he hurt his own wife just out of jealousy. But when She saw Nizam's face, which was like an undead, She became sorry for it.

"I will never forgive myself..." Nizam said quietly.

"Pray..." said Prince Thalal.

Alena stared at the white wall of the hospital room. She blamed herself for this incident. Her stupidity has provoked Nizam's emotions. If there is no child in her womb, Alena prefers to die. Her tears flowed with endless regret for her own stupidity.

Her hands reflexively stroke her stomach. Caress it gently.

"My son, hold on... Forgive your mother. Because of your mother's stupidity, you have to endure everything. Hold on... Your mother promises that from now on,  your mother will never act stupid again. I'm sorry your father has lost control. He didn't mean to hurt you. Your guilty mother pushed him to do all that."

Doctor Desy straightened Alena's legs. She then removed the rubber gloves on her hands and put them in a tray brought by a nurse. Doctor Desy smiled.

"What a great child...He will be the heir to the throne of the Azura Kingdom who is strong and healthy. He managed to survive. Don't be afraid Princess. Your fetus is still in good condition" Doctor Desy's voice sounded like a voice that came from Heaven.

Alena covered her face crying sobbingly happy emotions. She then shouted.

"Nizam!!! He's safe! " Just now Alena promised not to act stupidly when she was worried. Now he forgot again. She screamed inside the hospital...

Nizam jumped from his seat when he heard Alena shout. He couldn't stop himself from rushing in. Seeing Alena's face beaming, especially then he heard Alena say the words, "He is safe..our child is safe...He is a strong child" Alena said haltingly her tears were scattered. Nizam immediately hugged her tightly.

"Alhamdulillah, Oh God, thank you for your generosity.." Nizam hugged Alena and cried. He is like a child in his mother's arms. Doctor Desy quietly came out followed by the nurses and closed the door.

"Alena...I'm sorry..mm" ​​Nizam couldn't continue his words. His mouth was covered by Alena's finger. "Don't say anything. It was my fault... I was stupid to have provoked you to do that.

Nizam, You should know. I never loved Edward.  You must know that so well. If I love Edward why would I bother chasing after you? Didn't Edward come into my life before you? Why is your brain so stupid?" Alena pushed Nizam's head with her index finger.

Nizam was surprised and then blushed. He slid his head into Alena's chest. "I already said that I will always be a fool in front of you"

Alena pinched Nizam's ear. Nizam screamed. "Ouch...Alena, You could cut my ear off"

"Thanks, let me hug you," Alena said while stroking Nizam's head.

"Alena. Do you really  only love me?"

"Nizam being beside you is actually like being in a golden prison. You're slowly killing my character bit by bit. I'm living on my own now. You're making me always wary. Even you who are supposed to protect me often harm me. But why am I still holding on? Because I love you... love you so much."

"Alena...." Nizam stabbed his kiss on Alena gently. Alena grimaced her lips were hurt because Nizam bit her lips.

"Your lips hurt?" Nizam asked.

"Yeah.. it hurts"

"I'm sorry Alena...I really don't know myself"

"Nizam. Please don't be angry! I want to ask you something.."

"Say.. to atone for my guilt..whatever you ask. I will grant it"

"Please don't be angry" Alena held Nizam's face lovingly. Nizam nodded his head with sparkling eyes

"Please don't hurt Edward again"

Nizam's eyes that had sparkled again turned cloudy but Alena immediately hugged him, kissing him lovingly. Nizam's anger that was about to overflow then subsided again as a fire smothered in snow. Instantly cold and cool

"But why?" Nizam said then.

"Please don't get me wrong, I love him as a friend. I don't love him at all. I really appreciate what he has done for me. Of course, you don't want to have a wife who doesn't know how to repay the kindness of others.  To harm people who have sacrificed a lot for us is not a very uncivilized act"

Nizam gaped at his wife's explanation. If he didn't hear it himself, maybe he wouldn't believe the words that came out of Alena's mouth.

Alena smiled, Everyone doesn't know that her brain will only work if She is in a danger

"Do you want to promise?" Alena saw Nizam instead looking at her in awe. Then She heard Nizam answer,

"Sure Alena as long as you still love me, I will let Edward live."

"Oh, Nizam...I love you very much" Alena hugged Nizam tightly.
