Awake on his bed

Tobias felt guilty, but he can't take it back now! He already said it!

His mother who was crying miserably, froze. She looked at Tobias questioningly. Tobias remained unfazed, but deep down he was guilty and nervous!

His mother, was a loving and a caring mother to him. She supported him in anything he wanted in life. She spoiled him to the point that she became selfless.

But, what happened to his mother now? It seemed that she was being possessed.

"Toby, I'm sorry but I love him! And we're leaving now!"

His mother said firmly.

Tobias was shocked to hear that. She's leaving with that man and.... him?! Tobias looked at his father, asking for help.

"no mom! If you want to leave with that man, then leave! I'm staying here with dad!"

He declined frustratedly.

"no! You're living with us, your father will not be able to take good care of you!"

His mother grabbed his hand and pulled him towards her.

"if Tobias said no, then no! Don't forced the kid to do so!"

His father interrupted them and grabbed his other hand too.

"He will come with us!"

"no!"

"enough!"

Tobias shouted that made the both of them shut up.

"I'm not going anywhere! I'll be staying here with dad! I don't want to live with uncle Marcos! What will be Iya's reaction if she knew that I stole her father! So, no!"

Tobias rant and freed his hand from his mother.

"Toby! Please baby?!"

His mother cried harder and begged him. But Tobias remained deaf.

"get out the two of you!"

His father said angrily and pointed the front door.

His mother can't do anything because Tobias turned his back to her and walked upstairs. She just wailed there like a child and been pulled away by Marcos.

Its been a year since his mother left them with another man. Tobias and his father were really mourning for that but they remained strong.

His father continued his life. He work so hard that sometimes he went home very late at night.

Tobias knew that he was just doing it to forget his mother. He was drowning himself with work that he forgot Tobias sometimes.

He was busy doing his project when for his math subject when he received a call from an unknown number.

He hesitated for a while but when the caller called for the second time, he answered it.

"hello?"

"Toby, baby..."

Tobias back stiffened and he grip harder on his phone.

What does she wanted this time? He wanted to end the call but he missed her too!
