Collin's Otherworld Adventure

As Abigail charges straight at us, I put myself in front of Rosie and yell.

"magic barrier!"

my circular shield covers both of us, but even then, Abigail shatters my shield with little effort, and before I knew it, she had me in her grip while flying in high up in the sky, I think to myself in fear.

"what the hell she can fly?!"

I look down and see Rosie firing many lighting bolts towards us, but Abigail dodges them and the bolts whiz by, I look back up and see that Klein has managed to jump high enough to get a good bite on one of Abigail's wings, she screeches in pain and all of us start falling from the sky, I manage to yell at Klein.

"brace for impact!"

I then yell.

"magic barrier!"

I think to myself.

"hopefully this will soften up the impact."

a few moments later we crash into a sand dune, even though I had my barrier up, I could immidiately tell that soemthing was wrong, I think to myself.

"I can't feel my arm."

I take a quick glance over to my right arm and notice that it's bent back in a unnatural way, I start hyperventilating and think to myself.

"no don't panic right now, first make sure that Abigail is no longer mobile."

I look over to her direction, and see that she is already up, but she is already engaging Klein in combat, I then think to myself.

"I need to get out of my Silver Eyes so I can conserve mana."

and as power down from my silver eyes, I see two figures in the distant running over to us, I think to myself.

"it must be Rosie and Gresnor."

I slowly get up on my knees and start waving at them with my left arm, I then turn behind me and see that Abigail is starting to dominate the fight, she is smacking him back everytime he tries to bite her and she is also firing some gray mist from her mouth that seems to be disrupting Klein's vision. I slowly raise my left arm and aim with my open palm at her and yell.

"triple fire shot!"

my three fireballs fly through sky but the moment they make contact with Abigail, the fireballs evaporate, I think to myself.

"just like I thought my magic offence isn't good enough, I might be stronger physically, but my my strength in magic power is still lacking."

I then feel someone place their hands on both my shoulders, I turn around and see Rosie giving me a look of worry, she then asks.

"your arm, It doesn't look to good."

I reply.

"yeah I know, but I got an idea, and you might not like what I'm about to ask."

I look around and see that Gresnor has joined in to provide Klein back up, Rosie asks.

"what is it?"

I respond with a question.

"I need you to help me re-adjust my arm, can you help me?"

she replies.

"no we have healing potions, if I just give you one,

you arm will heal itself."

"I know but then it would mean that I have to wait for a long while for my arm to heal, but if you help me re-adjust, we can shorten the recovery time and I can get back in the fight quicker."

she nods, then hesitantly gives me a healing potion and says.

"alright the moment I do it, I need you to drink it right away, so the pain doesn't make you pass out."

I got my teeth and mentally prepare myself, I then give Rosie the go ahead signal with my left arm, she firmly holds me down with one hand on my shoulder and the other hand on my arm, she takes a deep breath and says.

"get ready."

I scream as I feel a sharp pain shoot throughout my right arm, immidiately after that, I drink the healing potion, Rosie looks gives me a worried look and says.

"let it recover properly before you join back in the fight, for now we will handle Abigail."

I nod in agreement and reply.

"okay be careful."

"It looks like Abigail is much stronger in her Gargoyle form, but I also noticed that her arm hasn't grown back yet, so maybe this means that she isn't at full strength."

Rosie then joins in casting different lightning spells, but they all had no effect on Abigail, I think to myself.

"she must have some kind of magic nullification."

after many exchanging attacks, Abigail lands a massive blow against Klein, that sends him crashing to floor, where he reverts back to human form, Gresnor angrily yells at Abigail.

"your gonna pay for that!"

As Gresnor rushes to attack, I slowly make my way to Klein, I put my fingers on his neck and breathe a sigh of relief when I feel his pulse, I think to myself.

"I don't have any healing potions on me."

I then gently pat his head and said.

"for now just try not to move too much."

"Damn it, I need to help, but my arm hasn't fully recovered yet."

Abigail then turns her attention to Rosie, and quickly rushes towards her, Rosie closes her eyes and yells out.

"let's see if you can withstand this!"

she raises both her arms in the air and yells.

"heaven's lightning storm!"

dark gray clouds start forming above the area of Rosie, while Abigail keeps charging showing no signs of stopping, after a few moments Abigail closes in gets stopped by the rain of lighting bolts pouring out of the clouds, I think to myself.

"whoa that is some serious power, did Abigail's defense fail on her."

after taking many hits Abigail falls to ground and after the spell finishes casting, Rosie kneels to floor looking exhausted, she then turns to me and asks breathing hard.

"did you like that?"

and as I smile and give her a thumbs up, my face turns to horror when Abigail pierces through Rosie's c.h.e.s.t with her arm, She then falls to floor laying face down lifeless.
