Crystalline Universe: Team Fortress 2/ Overwatch

The current time is 11:55 AM, dark thick clouds blinded the sunlight as the rain dripped down from the sky just as if they were counting the seconds before the fight begins. 38% of Overwatch's personals left their post to avoid CR-455's wrath or to save their skin. The rest stayed but can only pray or hope that things turn out the way they wish would. The allied fleets were surrounded by CR-455's air force guarding Italy. The Italy Talon force, composed of 4 regular fleets and 2 omega-battlecruisers, super battlecruisers that measured around 8 Km in length. The 3 Overwatch fleets' only option is to surrender as all resistances will be futile.

Every second chilled the spine of the Overwatch crewmen waiting patiently for their possible demise while every moment thrilled the mind of the Talon crewmen waiting impatiently for CR-455's victory over Overwatch and Mike.

CR-455 floated in mid-air at the center of the enemy cruisers, waiting for Mike's presence. It was already noon and Mike still didn't show up at the Rendez-Vous. Every window was filled with curious eyes and hyped minds still waiting for the big show to happen.

[CR-455] (in a loud tone) - "It's noon already, Mike, where are you at? "

*Silence...

[CR-455, after looking at the time from his visor] - "I guess you are too much of a coward to show up, Mike, protecting your precious little fox girlfriend instead of standing out for your friends and comrades? "

*Calm...

[CR-455] (in a cold voice) - "Then prepare to die, Overwatch and its traitors! "

Advancing toward the battlecruiser of the 3rd fleet, CR-445 extended his arm, ready to commit mass murder.

Suddenly, a punch hit CR-455 in the back, causing him to hold his attack. Turning his head, CR-455 searched for the surprise attack's position to no avail. Mike was hidden somewhere in order to deliver distanced attacks toward him.

[CR-455] - "If that's how you wanna play it, I will make this fair then! "

Pointing his finger toward the 3rd fleet's mothership, CR-455 glowed his crystals on his arm in a fiery blue colour.

[CR-455] - "You gotta show yourself or I will make sure your friends and your girl turn to ashes. "

*No response

[CR-455] (in anger) - "Don't say I didn't warn you, Mike! "

After extending his arm, CR-455 was ready to put an end to everyone aboard the cruiser up until suddenly, Mike jumped out of the ship's surface and launched a fiery punch against him.

[Mike] - "Take this, you bastard! "

But the damage never managed to get to CR-455. Instead, Mike suddenly found himself inside a huge crater created by his body's impact with the ground. He suddenly realized that CR-455 managed to defend and strike him back, sending him to the soil below before he could even realize what hit him. His armour took most of the damage but he can still feel that one of his ribs was cracked from the shock.

[Mike, in his mind] - ("How could he strike with such speed, it feels almost like that he's faster than light. ")

[CR-455] - "There you are, now, we can talk about business! "

[Mike, while getting up from the ground] - "What do you want from me? "

[CR-455] - "Very simple, if you beat me, me and my fleet surrender but if I beat you, everyone on your side dies. "

[Mike, while taunting CR-455] - "Really? Then it would easy! "

[CR-455] - "I will not harm your friends before I could beat you fair and square, I'm a fair man, I will kill you for lord Sniper and also for my future position as emperor. "

[Mike] - "We shall fight then, what are you waiting for? "

[CR-455, with an evil grin on his face behind his helmet] - "I want you to know that it will my honour for you to take the first blow against me. "

Mike slowly flew to the sky. Face facing against his opponent, Mike was ready for whatever he could throw at him because he must win or Kadyn will be killed. CR-455 looked right into Mike's visor, he knows that he has to win no matter the cost for his next position as emperor of the world with no one capable of opposing him.

In a flash, Mike launched himself forward with a kick toward CR-455's face but he quickly realized that his enemy was behind him.

[Mike thought] - ("This speed!... ")

CR-455 launched a strike with his palm, hitting Mike on the shoulder. The sound of a bone crack can be heard as Mike's shoulder bone was crushed along with his armour's shoulder.

[Mike] (in pain) - "Gack! "

[CR-455] (in a confident voice) - "You can definitively do better than this, Mike! "

[Mike] - "Emperor Requiem, activate dynamic vision! " (A special vision that can allow Mike to better react to his environment, his enemy's moves and increase his reaction speed.)

[CR-455] - "Hahaha! Pathetic! Dynamic vision? "

[Mike, while throwing a punch at CR-455] - "Take this! "

CR-455 was not where Mike tried to hit, Mike only hit the empty space. CR-455 appeared behind him once more, ready to deliver a strike with his hand. Quickly turning his head, Mike delivered a hit back at him just to instead destroy a small Talon cruiser.

[Mike, in his thought] - ("What the heck, I can't even see him with dynamic vision! Impossible! He must be moving faster than light to dodge my sight! ")

[CR-455] - "How many people have you killed in that small cruiser? Maybe a few hundred? I think I can't just let that go! "

CR-455 used his power on the 3rd fleet's battlecruiser. The giant ship was quickly reshaped into a giant metallic cube floating in the air. Inside, the crew and all the men were crushed between the closing wall and the rapidly changing shape of the cruiser.

Mike looked in shock as he witnessed a few thousand life been taken away in front of his eyes in a matter of seconds. The rest of the fleets watched in horror as CR-455 displayed the terrifying potential of his power.

[Mike] (in anger) - "YOU BASTARD! YOU PROMISED THAT YOU WON'T KILL PEOPLE BEFORE YOU DEFEAT ME! "

[CR-455] - "Unless you kill my men of course! "

[Mike, while trying to hit CR-455 with punches] - "You will pay for this, you sick f.u.c.k! "

CR-455 dodged the attacks with ease as he backed himself from Mike. Soon, Mike found himself surrounded by a few thousand reflections of CR-455's image. He was inside a giant white room filled with shards of metal where CR-455's face was on every surface. In confusion, Mike punched the wall of the room in an attempt to free himself to no use.

[CR-455] - "We will play a game, you must survive in this place for the next 24 hours and the rules are don't try to beak out of here, destroy objects at your own risk and don't die. "

[Mike] - "What the heck is this? If you are trying to f.u.c.k with me, I will make sure to distort your face once I get out of here! "

[CR-455] - "Whoa, whoa, calm down a bit, Mike, I'm pretty sure you will enjoy what's coming next. "

[Mike] - "I'm gonna enjoy beating the living crap outta you, you bloody wanker! "

With that said, Mike smashed the wall of the room with a barrage of punches but all of them were blocked by CR-455 from the outside, leaving only small craters on the metal shards.

[CR-455] - "Don't try to escape because I will make sure you can't! "

[Mike] (seeing no other option) - "Fine! I'll play your stupid game, bring it on! "

[CR-455] - "This way then! "

A door suddenly appeared on the wall, leading to a long and dark hallway where only the unknown ruled on the other side. Without any hesitation, Mike walked down the hall just as CR-455 ordered.

*On the mothership

Kadyn laid on her bed, emotionless. She does not know what's happening to Mike right now. She felt powerless as she couldn't help him at all. Time felt like it has been stopped, a minute felt like an eternity. With every second, she slowly became more and more worried about Mike. Looking up the sky from the room's window, she closed her eyes and prayed.

[Kadyn in her thought] - ("Please, don't take him away from me, I have nothing left, I do not wish for anything else than him coming back safe to me like he always did. ")

All of a sudden, a few knocks on her door waked her from her prayer.

[Kadyn, while covering her head] - "Go away, I don't wanna hear about it! "

[Dane] - "If you want to help him, then come with us! "

Kadyn reopened her eyes and in a hurry, ran to the door.

[Kadyn, after opening the door] - "How? "

[Dane] - "Follow me! "

Following the Engineer's guide, the two speedily ran inside the hallways.

*Inside a small room

Bernhardt was already there with Aleksei, waiting for the pair's arrival. After entering the room, Dane promptly sat in a chair in front of a computer as the rest gathered themselves behind him.

[Dane] - "We will access Mike's helmet with this communication device so we could talk to him, see and hear everything in his surroundings. "

[Kadyn] - "Then quickly, do something! "

[Dane] - "It requires time to connect, you have to be patient! "

[Kadyn] - "Do you know anything about his current state? "

[Dane] - "No but I know CR-455 trapped him inside that giant cube he made from the battlecruiser. "

*Back inside the cube

Mike exited the corridor after a long walk. He's currently inside a giant white room where only a small panel can be spotted on the wall amounts all.

[CR-455] - "You have to resolve the circuit on the panel for you to stop the crusher. "

[Mike] (confused) - "What crusher? "

The room trembled as the ceiling started to slowly descend from the top and in a matter of minutes, will crush him. The young man hastily made his way to the panel and started to work on it. He never learnt to assemble circuits so what he has currently in front of him was something entirely new. Thankfully, his helmet contains data on everything he could ask for. With the help of his visor, he assembled the necessary circuit with ease.

Soon, Mike finished the task but the ceiling kept on falling toward him.

[Mike] - "CR-455! What's the meaning of this? "

[CR-455] - "You had it wrong, that's all. "

[Mike] - "You cheating bastard, stop that thing right away! "

[CR-455] - "I guess your journey ends here then. "

Mike remained unresponsive as the ceiling slowly fell on him. He did not try to fight or escape, he stood where he was and waited for the outcome.

The crusher crushed Mike from the head but instead a gruesome end, Mike sank in the floor and broke through the room's floor with his body just like a nail running through a piece of wood. He wasn't even been damaged in the sightless as he stands now inside another dark hallway.

[CR-455] (surprised) - "Ho... How? I crushed you, you should be dead! "

[Mike] - "What you don't realize is that I know your power level is the same as me! "

CR-455 looked in shock at the young man through a camera projection.

[CR-455] - "You can't know about this, you can't! Stop messing around, you can't fool me! "

Mike - "When I punched the wall back in that white room, you were able to neutralize my ability with the use of your own but not the damage dealt physically by my punches to the wall. Which means that the full extent of your power is to entirely defend against mine. Back inside the room, I just had to defend against your power combine with the crusher because the crusher's mass won't be able to destroy my armour. "

[CR-455] (impressed) - "You are truly a smart kid but I don't think you are ready for what's coming next! "

The corridor was gradually lightened by lights slowly appearing from the wall. Mike was horrified as in front of him, crushed bodies of the crewmen laid on every corner of the wall. The macabre atosphère of the hallway soon turn for the worst as 3 doors coated in blood appeared on the wall with "Us", "You" and "Them" written respectively on each of them.
