Crystalline Universe: Team Fortress 2/ Overwatch

Every step taken by Mike inside the hallway coated his armour furthermore in blood. The scene of unimaginable horrors only possible inside the movies played in front of him. Not as an illusion or a projection but as the fleshed out truth of CR-455's power and reality itself. As he made his way further inside the dept of the hallway, he reached the first door with "Us " written on it.

[CR-455] - "Stop right there, you shall now enter that door. "

[Mike] - "What are you planning to do? "

[CR-455] - "You'll soon see what all this is about! "

After turning the handle, the door opened with ease toward a dark room where he can't even see his own shadow. The door closed behind Mike as soon as he made his way inside the chamber.

The darkness showed a mysterious figure standing in a source of light far away. Without any precaution, Mike approached the tall humanoid being in a dark colour. As he got closer to the light, the person suddenly turned his head and faced him. Mike laid in shock in front of the stranger, it was Sniper. Mike didn't believe his eyes first but suddenly, the man spoke.

[Sniper, while advancing toward Mike] - "You killed me! I raised you like my child! You will pay for it! "

[Mike, while backing from Sniper] - "You killed my parents and all my relatives, you are the one who will pay for it! "

[Sniper, by throwing a punch at Mike] - "You will regret it! "

Mike blocked the punch and with his power disintegrated Sniper's body with the simple snap of a finger.

[Voice] - "You are the true murderer... you are no hero... you are the devil himself! "

Mike turned his head to see Ferdinand standing behind him. The man jumped on Mike with an open mouth, ready to bite him down. Mike quickly threw a kick at Ferdinand's face, annihilating the man to bits.

All of a sudden, a few dozen corpses of the crew emerged from the ground. Mike stood in the middle of an army of zombies just like in the films except it's real. All of them threw themselves on Mike with an angry appetite for his flesh.

[Zombies] - "You did this to us! "

- "You killed us! "

- "You could have saved us but you didn't! "

Mike was quickly overwhelmed with the deads circling him amounts them. One of them threw himself on him and started to scream with the voice of an angry ghost.

[Zombie] - "Aaaargh! " (in a sad voice) - I had a family and now, you killed me! Give me back my life!"

Mike suddenly snapped by screaming out of rage. All the zombies inside the room exploded into a gruesome mess as Mike's crystal issued a glow of blue light.

[Mike] (in anger) - "CR-455! You colossal son of a bitch, this is what you were planning? "

[CR-455] (in a calm voice) - "I'm glad you figure it out. Now, we shall proceed to the next doors. "

[Mike] (in anger) - "You bloody a.s.s can bet I won't be going in those other doors, I'm gonna bust my self outta here and shove this place right up your rotten rectum! "

[CR-455] - "Hohoho! But can you break out of here? No! "

Mike looked at the floor in anger and after a few deep breaths, he regained his calm.

[Mike] (in despair) - "Show me the second room. "

[CR-455] - "Very well. This way then. "

A small entrance opened itself in front of Mike. Without any doubt, Mike marched in the darkness once again before emerging in front of the second door with "You " written on it. Mike closed his eyes and entered the room.

The moment he reopened his eyes, the bright sunlight blinded his sight as he slowly realized that he was in his mansion in Italy. Mike looked around the place, everything was accurately the same as the house he lived with his parents in his young years. There was no death or war. Only the happiness of his childhood lived in this place. For a moment, Mike almost forgot that he was in a fight with CR-455 from the memories of his past. Suddenly, a voice sounded to him with a tone he heard before.

[Mike's mother] - "Mike, it's dinner time. Come downstairs, sweety. "

Mike almost cried from hearing the soft voice of his mother. He quickly hurried downstairs, completely forgetting that CR-455 could be behind all this. Mike smelled the odour of pizza and spices, they were real as ever. Mike walked inside the kitchen to find both of his parents waiting for him at the table. Mike quickly jumped toward his mother and hugged her as hard as he can. Mike cried in his mother's embrace.

[Mike, while sobbing] - "Mother, is it really you? I missed you so much. "

She smiled at Mike as she kissed him on the forehead. The young man has been through hell the entirety of his life after the age of 7, but these minutes of pure joy, they felt like heaven.

[Mother] - "How were you doing, sweetheart, I haven't seen you for soo long. "

[Mike, while in tear] - "I'm doing fine, mom, I got married, I live a happy life. You don't need to worry about me, I'm a grown man now. "

[Mother] - "I've always been so proud of you. I knew that one day, you would become a big boy and lives a marvellous life. "

[Mike's father] - "Hey, my boy, it's time to go meet your uncle. He's waiting for our arrival. "

Mike suddenly remembered this phrase from his childhood. It was that day, that day when his life will be turned upside down. The next events were all in his memory; how his father left him for the weekend with Sniper, how at the end of the week, both his parent died horribly and how Sniper created excuses to lie about his family's death.

Mike quickly snapped out of his mother's embrace and scream in air.

[Mike] (in fear and anger) - "CR-455, you bloody dirty pig, you can't be doing this! "

[CR-455] - "What? Do you mean this?... "

Mike suddenly found himself inside the room where his mother lived inside the Talon base. His mother was in the middle of the living room on a sofa. Sniper suddenly abruptly entered the room with 2 executioners to his side.

[Mike's mother] - "Brother? What are you doing here? "

[Sniper] (in a cold voice) - "The right thing for the world and your child's future! "

Sniper proceeded to stab Mike's mother 56 times with a laser sword. Mike stood looking at the ground without any word coming out of his mouth. He won't be trying to do anything because he understands that all of this was orc.h.e.s.trated by CR-455.

Suddenly, Mike found himself now inside the execution arena. The young man kept on looking down the floor to avoid seeing anything undesirable. To his sudden shock, his father's head rolled to his feet as he looks down. Mike jumped in surprise and with the help of his power Mike quickly distorted everything around to ashes. Mike looked around him and after a while, walked toward the exit.

[CR-455] - "Oh? You are heading toward the next door by yourself? "

[Mike] - "You are gonna force me to it anyway, I'll just go by myself. "

[CR-455] - "Very impressive, I guess you are ready for what's coming next. "

[Mike] - "Go eat shit, asshole. "

Mike soon found himself in front of the 3rd door with "Them" Written on it. There was nothing in it, just empty space and a very weak source of light illuminating the place.

Mike turned his head. The door was no longer there but instead, there was a man-sized mirror. He advanced toward the glass where his picture was reflected on its surface. All of a sudden, the mirror was shattered in pieces with his reflection becoming a corpse with wounds and blood. Mike turned his head to see all of his friends and Kadyn hanged from the ceiling with ropes.

[Mike, while blenching in horror] - "SHIT! "

[Mike] (in confusion and fear) - "What the f.u.c.k is all of this? "

[CR-455] - "Them! "

[Mike] (in fear) - "You didn't kill them, right? Answer me! GOD F.U.C.K.I.N.G DAMN! ANSWER ME! "

[CR-455] - "Maybe yes. Maybe no. It's up to you to guess. "

[Mike, while trembling in fear] - "You better not, YOU BETTER F.U.C.K.I.N.G NOT! "

[CR-455] - "Where is the confident little Mike, I think he turned into a coward. "

Mike touched Kadyn's corpse, it was cold and lifeless, it has died for a few hours now. The same was for all the rest of the hanged men. With the use of his power, the young man once again turned everything to dust. Mike quickly rushed out of the room.

[CR-455] - "Hold up, there was another door you missed. "

A 4th door appeared on the wall with "Everything" written on it with blood.

[Mike, while stepping back from the door] - "No! Leave me alone! "

[CR-455] - "Stop trying to escape, it's useless! "

[Mike] (in panic and fear) - "Please spare me, I don't wanna die! "

[CR-455] - "Return to the room and I will free you afterward! "

[Mike] - "No! I don't wanna do this, please! "

[CR-455] - "That's right, keep on running, the road will never end. "

[Mike] - "Please, I beg of you! "

Every time, Mike returns to the start before he could reach the end of the hall. The start is a cross-section between 2 hallways to which Mike always comes back. Mike kept on going even though it's useless. His speed increased he started to fly with the use of his ability on himself.

[CR-455 in his thought with a smile on his face] - ("Heh! I think I drove him into madness... This is perfect... ")

Suddenly, Mike made a turn to the right of the cross-section. CR-455, after quickly noticing the change, hastily checked on Mike's status. The young man stood there like a piece of wood without any movement.

[CR-455] - "What are you trying to do? "

[Mike, while kneeling and putting his hands on his head] - "Don't talk to me, I want to get out of here. "

[CR-455] - "The room... "

[Mike] (in panic and fear) - "I don't wanna go in that room, please! "

[CR-455] - "Man up already. Come on, Mike, get up! "

Mike slowly laid on the floor and remained unresponsive. Soon, he even stopped moving as he stayed on the ground like a corpse.

*Minutes have passed

[CR-455] - "Hey, are you still alive? "

*No response

[CR-455, while shaking Mike's body with his power] - "WAKE UP! "

[CR-455 in his thought] - ("What the hell, did he just die? I don't feel any pulse. ")

CR-455 floated in the air in the middle of the fleets as he continued to check on the camera projection. The crewmen of Talon were looking at CR-455 in thrill as they waited for the battle's result. Suddenly, all of their faces turned from excitement to surprise and fear as the unthinkable happened.

[The Talon ship captain, while holding the speaker] - "Um... Lord CR-455, what is that "thing" beside you? "

[CR-455] - "Not now, I'm busy! "

[Captain] (after getting a clear look at the "thing") - "Holy!... Sir look to your right, quick! "

[CR-455] - "What?... "

All CR-455 can feel is the sensation of all the bones in his body crushed under the impact of the entire Earth before being sent flying like a shooting star.

The shockwave of the hit on his body was enough to clear out all the clouds on the sky and force all the sh.i.p.s to fly backward for a few dozen kilometres while the lands were being ripped apart just like under the effect of an F-5 category tornado. CR-455's body was sent through an omega-class battlecruiser. While the impact with the cruiser caused the ship to fall headfirst into the ground, CR-455's impact with the ground caused a huge explosion that caused the soil to fly like the cloud of an atomic bomb into the air. The shockwave of CR-455's crash on the land caused the 8 km battlecruiser to flip several times in the sky before landing and breaking into a few giant pieces in flame.

Everyone on Talon's side remained speechless while the ones on Overwatch's side cheered like madmen.

*Inside the small room

The 4 of them watched in amazement at Mike's attack, as inside them, the deep fear they hold disappeared.

[Kadyn] (In joy) - "YEAH! That's my Gio! "

[Dane] - "Damn, talking about overkill. "

[Bernhardt] - "Hahaha! Nice shot comrade! "

[Aleksei] - "I don't even think he's Australian or Italian, he must be Russian for sure. "

In a flash, a figure exited the dust. Everyone was in absolute surprise as CR-455 flew in mid-air good as new with not even a scratch on his armour.

[CR-455] - "Nice attack, I would really want to know how you managed to sneak on me! "

[Mike] (surprised) - "How are you not dead yet! "

[CR-455] - "The moment you hit me, I had the time to keep my body in a protective package formed from my ability and I only just have to reconstruct myself once I hit the ground. Now, you. "

[Mike] - "I wrapped myself in an empty shell that's a copy of my armour using the dust I made from distorting the object and people you created. When I wrapped myself in it, I played the role of an insane man and managed to fool you into thinking I was mad and that I have given up in life. After I laid on the ground, I escaped from the shell's backside through the floor without you noticing me. "

[CR-455] - "Jesus, Just how many IQ do you even have? "

[Mike] - "Now can we get to a more serious fight? "

[CR-455] - "We will settle this the traditional way then... "

The two men stood face to face, the battle is still far from over.
