"Where is this?" Wendy opened her sleepy eyes. The scene she woke up to was completely different from before. She was sleeping in a bag she had never seen before, with a thin blanket on her body. There was a man leaning against a tree next to her, and the man was sleeping.

"Are you awake?" Ross heard a sound from the side and woke up.

"Who are you? Where is Grandile?" Wendy sat up from the sleeping bag. She didn't feel Grandile's breath and looked around again.

Ross smiled gently and explained to Wendy: "My name is Ross. I saw you sleeping here alone last night. As for the Grandile you mentioned, I didn't see it. You were alone last night."

"I am Wendy Mabel. Grandile is not a human, but a dragon." Wendy closed her eyes and shook her head after introducing herself.

"That's not it. I didn't see the dragon." Ross frowned and shook her head.

"I want to find Grandile." Wendy frowned slightly and her voice trembled a little. She had never left Grandile's side.

"I'll help you look for it." Ross knew that he would definitely not find it, but Wendy would definitely not believe it if he didn't let her find it.

"Grandile--Grandile--" Wendy kept shouting in the jungle. Ross followed her for a day. She shouted more and more quietly. Not only was she thirsty, but she was also getting more and more scared.

"How about I help you find it? But you have to eat first." Ross sighed as he looked at Wendy who refused to eat or drink water all day.

"Really?" Wendy's eyes were wet. She wanted to cry a long time ago, but there was a man beside her, so she wiped her eyes with her little hands.

"Eat first, I'll take you to look for it." Ross took out food and drinks from his backpack and handed them to Wendy.

"Yeah." Wendy took the food, sat on the stone, and started to eat. She hadn't eaten for almost a day and was already hungry, but she was anxious to find Grandile.

"Cough-cough-" Wendy choked because she ate too fast.

Ross unscrewed the bottle cap of the drink and handed it to her, patting her back with his other hand: "Eat slowly."

Ross also ate something, not only Wendy didn't eat, he didn't eat either, but he was fine.

"Is Grandile a dragon? But we haven't seen a dragon for a long time." After eating, Ross told Wendy to take a break and look for it later. He planned to take this opportunity to chat with Wendy.

"Well, Grandile is a dragon. Grandile is very big, but very gentle." Wendy opened her arms wide, and she stood on tiptoe to open them wider.

"Then it will be easier to find it." Ross pointed his finger upward to the sky.

Ross received Dunasmon, and his body became a little bigger, so that Wendy could sit on it.

"Wendy, sit on it, let's fly up and find it." Ross squatted down and put his right palm on the ground.

Wendy looked up at the white armor with wings and felt very novel. After a day of contact, she was not afraid of Ross, so she sat on it.

"Wendy, hold on tight." Ross flapped his wings and prepared to take off. Wendy heard his words and hugged one of Dunasmon's claws with both hands.

This was not the first time Wendy was taken flying by someone. Grandile often took her flying before, and she was not afraid. She just looked around in the air to see if there was Grandile's figure, and shouted from time to time, but it was too empty and she couldn't shout far.

Ross took her flying around until night. It was too late now and nothing could be seen clearly.

"It's too late today. Let's continue looking tomorrow." Ross put Wendy down and said after releasing the receiver.

"Yeah." Wendy nodded. She completely trusted Ross now. After all, Ross had followed her for a day and flew with her for several hours. If he wanted to hurt her, he would have done it long ago.

Ross brought several days' worth of food. Wendy would not give up if he didn't let her look for a few days. Ross had already made preparations and laid out a sleeping bag for her. The two of them shared the food and ate.

Ross flew with Wendy for six or seven days in a row, flying in all directions, but he didn't fly fast, so that Wendy could see slowly. However, he still flew with Wendy across several countries.

What Ross didn't know was that Grandile had been spying on him for several days. Seeing that he had no ill will towards Wendy, he did not communicate with him.

On the seventh day, Ross planned to fly back to Magnolia. Wendy became more and more lost these days because she couldn't find Grandile.

"Wendy, I have an idea." Ross felt that it was almost time to tell Wendy.

"?" Wendy sat by the fire with her legs folded, looking at the fire, thinking about Grandile

, suddenly heard Ross's voice, turned around and looked at him.

"Join our guild and become a famous wizard. Maybe Grandile will hear your name and come to you."

"Guild? What is that?" Wendy's eyes regained some spirit when she heard Grandile's name.

"Wizards gather together to do tasks. Powerful wizards will be famous. I am one of them." Ross stretched his left hand to the fire, and the fire illuminated the fairy tail emblem on the back of Ross's left hand.

"This is the emblem of our guild. Everyone who joins the guild will be stamped with this emblem. Fairy Tail is very famous."

"Follow this direction, through a forest, there is a town called Magnolia, and our guild is there." Ross pointed in the direction of Magnolia.

"Guild? Fairy Tail?" Wendy tilted her head, her eyes revealing confusion. She had never heard of any guild or fairy tail.

"Well, how about joining our guild?" Ross smiled gently at Wendy.

"Won't you abandon me?" Wendy had nowhere to go now. She followed Ross these days and held Ross's hands with both hands.

"Well, join our guild, and we will slowly find Grandile, how about it?"

"Okay." Wendy squinted her eyes and smiled and nodded.

It was already night, Ross planned to take Wendy to the guild tomorrow, and take Wendy back to her home first.

"The lights are on, haven't Urrutia and the others returned to the girls' dormitory yet?" It was past nine o'clock in the evening, and Ross saw the lights in his home from a distance. Urrutia and the others had the keys to Ross's home, and Urrutia had put a lot of books there, and Erza even had some weapons with Ross.

Ross landed in the yard and put Wendy down. Kagura was practicing swords in the yard. Erza and Urrutia came out immediately when they saw Ross coming back.

"Disappeared for several days in a row, is this what you said you don't need to worry about?" Urrutia looked at Rose, a little angry, and her tone was a little unfriendly.

"Who is she?" Erza and Kagura were relieved to see Rose come back, looking at Wendy standing by and hugging Rose's legs.

There was no doubt that this was a cliché plot of Rose's daughter. First, they have been with Rose for the past few years, and second, Wendy doesn't look like one or two years old, and she still has blue hair. She doesn't look like Rose at all.

Rose slowly squatted down and gently touched Wendy's head to ease her nervousness: "Wendy Mabel, five years old this year, got separated from her mother Grandile. I accompanied her to look for her for seven days, but I couldn't find her, so I brought her back first. Wendy, say hello to everyone."

"I'm Wendy." Wendy was still a little afraid, her voice trembling. Urrutia was a little angry when he spoke to Rose just now, and she was scared.

Urrutia bent down and her voice became gentle. She also guessed that she might have scared her just now. "Hello Wendy, I'm Urtia, you can call me Sister Urtia."

She felt sorry that Kagura had always refused to call her sister, but she didn't expect a younger one to come.

Erza and Kagura also greeted Wendy, and Kagura introduced Orange to Wendy.
