In the cafeteria I sit at a table with Ora, the drinks they provided us with is water mixed with some spiritual herbs to rehydrate us and strengthen our bodies. The workers scamper around to bring us our drinks, but these people don't put them in their eyes at all. I shake my head at the scene, these kids have a lot to learn when it comes to manners. They need to train their eyes to know who and who not they could afford to offend.

Looking at the light steps the workers make as they walk around and the bȧrėly visible scars coating their arms, these servants are not ordinary at all. They are martial arts practitioners. I remember when I received my glass of water from one of them, and my fingers grazed against the servant girl's own, I could feel the scars that she tried to conceal. Hurriedly I pulled my hand back, before she could notice the difference in my reaction.

"Hey so what happened when you found Akiko, did you get any details?" Ora looks at me with pleading eyes trying to squeeze put as much information as she can.

"Not really, we didn't converse at all. We walked back in silence."

"Aww, that's a shame." She twirls a strand of her dark blue hair around her index finger while sipping her water. Every now and then she makes a disgusted expression and gazes at the glass with her emerald eyes in repulsion. I laugh at her silently.

Soon the break is over and everyone retreats to the field to carry out the rest of our class.

Days go by and grass dances in the wind. Tonight is a thunderstorm. The sky is a pitch black, clouds light up with a while glow every now and then.

Ora hates thunderstorms, so she is camping with me in my room until it ends.

*BOOM*

*CLAP*

"Ah, did you hear that!? Why is it so loud!!!" She's hiding under my covers with Baozi in her arms. The perverted bird rests snuggly in her bosom, his eyes slanted in delight.

"Ora, it isn't that bad. Here, have some milk tea." I pass her a glass and she pokes her head out grabbing it with her paws. Her eyes dart around like a rabbit filled with anxiety while she quietly sips the milk and gripping Baozi in her other hand.

It is times like these that I begin to miss Min Hao, he loves the rain. He was a good mentor, even though he liked to smoke. I still haven't gotten rid of all of the marijuana plants he made me take care of all those years ago.

"Melly what's wrong, why do you look sad?" Hearing Ora's voice I push those thoughts to the back of my mind, he's happy now with his wife. I have my own problems to worry about, I've outgrown all of the guidance he could give me.

"Mmm, nothing. I'm going to the bathing room. Be back soon, okay? Baozi you're in charge of Gazora until I come back."

In the bathing room, I sit in the steamy bath water. The heat creeps into my bones soothing my body, the feeling tries to lull me to sleep. I close my eyes in exhaustion, the blaring sound of thunder a background noise.

After washing myself off, I get out of the spring and put on my night clothes. My fingers are slightly wrinkled from being in the water for too long, resembling the skin of a raisin. I sit on one of the wooden benches inside of the bathroom and apply moisturizer on my hands to rub on my body. It has a cocoa scent.

As I rub it on my body, a paper buŧŧerfly suddenly flies in the room.. I look up and hold out my palm for it to land on. It's a message for me, but from who?
