For every two babies born with an affinity to magic, one would be born powerless. An ordinary human, except slightly more stronger. So I wouldn't necessarily call this a gift, it was more along the lines of a curse instead.

The next gift was the switch up of a abilities. You may not know this, but Red Rose continent use to be a mono cultivation race. Meaning that there was only one type of cultivation, and everyone cultivated the same energy.

But with so many people in the world suċkɨnġ energy from the same source, of course there's going to be a decline in resources. In order to fix that, the gods decided to introduce to this world the unique martial arts cultivation, in this way if someone suċkėd at immortal cultivation they can try their hands in the martial world.

Later on, five hundred years after the gods had left leaving no trace of their existence on Red Rose Continent, the first sign of the prophecy appeared.

Though small, there was a tiny leak in the force field surrounding the land that kept the monster-like humans at bay. And seeping through that seemingly innocent hole was evil energy. It traveled to all ends of the large continent and the damage it created was irreversible.

Once the dark energy came into contact with an ordinary cultivator, it would cause a defect to the cultivators' powers. Some turned into a more kind version of the monster-humans, as they were able to change their form back and forth at will. Because of this they were called shifters. Magical beings born with beast like abilities.

The next defect that came about because of this leak of evil energy, were tamers. People who could only use their magical abilities to tame animals. After this, were dark magic cultivators. Once the evil energy had touched them, they found out that the energy that flowed through their meridians were dark and evil. Making their magical abilities be based solely on darkness.

Of course their are more branches to these special abilities, like dark magic, other branches stemming from it would be sorcerers, witches, mages, necromancy and so on...

With Beast Taming, it all depended on your grades. If you were at SSS rank you can tame beasts at the semi- divine rank. If it is S, then you will only be able to tame yellow grade beasts and so forth.

With all of these changes happening in the continent, the cultivators realized that there was no order, instead it consisted of chaos. So that was when the most powerful person of each faction, decided to establish a kingdom. So that everyone would have a place to which they belonged to. In the beginning it was peaceful, the kingdoms were united and the land was peaceful. But then, the time for the first prophecy to be acted out came.

Mystic Song, was an orphan. She used to live in the slums of the second cultivation Kingdom Dark Raven. It was named this, because most of the people of this kingdom are affiliated with dark attributes.

For people with no attributes, martial arts were their light at the end of the tunnel. And for cultivators with a strong mental constitution, mixing martial arts and qi cultivation improved their constitution by leaps and bounds. It was something that had never happened before, and this discovery was so astounding, that people experimented to see whether you can add a specific martial move with a qi power up to improve the damage, and decrease the amount of backlash one would receive. But because of this, other areas that could have been focused on were discarded, thrown to the back one one's mind, for example mana.

Those who are affiliated with the eight elements, depend on mana to source their power. but, because of the stunt in their developmental progress, the elements aren't as focused on; unlike the rest who cultivate qi or martial arts. To be an elemental cultivator is a lot of hard work, but everyone knows that the few who had persisted through, despite the troubles, are some of the most world renowned elementalists in all of the kingdoms.

and there was one elementalists that everyone knew and that was Mystic Song. The strongest female cultivator in all of Red Rose continents' history.

Mystic Song was a secretive person, and not much is known about her childhood, but there is one thing that almost everyone knows, she had gotten....................
