Forever Destined To The Silver Shadow

Lilin's enchantment wore off very sooner than Amelia predicted that it would happen. As soon they reached the barren land, Lilin became aware of what Amelia had done to her. She grabbed Amelia's throat and shouted, "How dare you trick an Anti-Angel?!"

Amelia just pointed her hand to her side as if indicating her to look there. When Lilin looked to her side, she let go of Amelia's throat. She had never seen such a pitiful thing in her life. She moved near the invisible barrier and gasped, "What the hell happened to her?"

"She is suffering the same fate as you," Amelia answered. "But she doesn't have a strong heart like you to take the tragedy. And that's why you need to help her—"

Lilin was never fond of Celestia. She had many times tried to kill her in the past and she still despised her. Yet, she felt pity for her. She could very much feel the pain that was tormenting Celestia. "Poor thing," she shook her head. "But how can I possibly help her?!"

"Are you strong enough to break this shield?"

Lilin frowned at her as her ego got hurt by her question. "I am an Anti-Angel! How could you even ask me such a question?!"

"Then can you please break this shield, Princess?!"

"Fine!" She sighed and gathered her red flames in between her palms like a ball. Then she directed the ball of red flame at the shield which made the invisible shield crack down immediately. 

Celestia, who was staring at Theo's body, didn't even notice that her shield was gone. Edwin and Amelia were the first ones to run towards Celestia. Edwin dragged Theo's body from her lap while Amelia fixed her alluring gaze on Celestia's crystal blue eyes. 

"Go to deep sleep now! Don't wake up until I tell you to do so…." Amelia used all of her alluring power on her. Celestia responded to that instantly and she fell asleep in Amelia's arms.

Celestia's POV:

When I woke up, I was in an entirely different location than before. I was lying down in my room and one of my hands was chained to the bed frame with a dead rock chain. Even the clothes that I was wearing seemed different. Did somebody change my clothes?! When did I even fall asleep? Where is Theo?! Then I pictured his lifeless body in my mind. Is he really dead?! No! It can't be possible! I must have woken up from a bad dream. 

Suddenly the room of my door creaked open and Edwin got in my room. "Celestia, are you awake?!"

Then slowly it occurred to me that everything was not a nightmare. It was my reality! "No….." I shouted and tried to free my hand from the chain. "Where is Theo?! I want to be with him…."

Edwin moved near me and said, "Please calm down, Celestia. Everything will be alright…"

I moved to the edge of my bed and grabbed Edwin's collar that his head was near me. "Release me now. Or else I'll burn you…"

Edwin wasn't even intimidated by my words. He acted as if he didn't care if I even burned him. He held my hand that was grabbing his robe and moved his fingers gently over my skin as if comforting me. 

I was dazed for a moment. At that moment it didn't even matter that I was chained to the bed. I wondered how Edwin was even able to touch me. He should have fallen ten feet away from me now. But nothing happened to him!

Edwin too realized that later. He immediately let go of my hand and took a step back from me. "Celestia… it is just that….."

"Theo...." I shouted hysterically. My mind refused to acknowledge that he was dead for so long. Now that Edwin was able to touch me, reality hit me like a stab to my heart. He is really gone! That's why men are able to touch me now! 

Tears started to flow down my eyes like the stream. "How could he leave me?!" 

Edwin got frightened by my cries and he ran out of my room. I wept alone for a while. Then after a while, Edwin came back to my room with Amelia. She took me in her arms and said comforting words in my ears. But that was not enough to calm me down. I kept on crying and crying. 

"Somebody please kill me," I screamed out. "I don't want to be in a world without Theo."

Amelia was stunned. "No Celestia! We are there for you. People in this realm need you. You can't just leave us all—"

"I can and I will kill myself if you don't kill me! Release me from these cuffs now. I want to jump in the Holy Fire again and sacrifice my life—"

Then Amelia fixed her alluring gaze on me and told me to sleep again. I didn't know why, but I obeyed her immediately and fell on the bed.

Edwin had never seen anything scarier than this. He had witnessed the scary ritual in which Oberon became the Shadow Lord. But even then he wasn't this scared. When Celestia screamed that she wanted to kill herself, something inside him wrecked him hard. He was thankful that Amelia put her to sleep again. But for how long could they do this? Celestia can't be in sleep forever! That is equal to her death!

He looked at the strawberry blonde-haired girl and asked her, "How are we going to save her life?"

"I don't know," Amelia shook her bed. "Let us better not cremate Theo tonight. If Celestia comes to know that we burned his body without her presence, she will be even more devastated."

"Then are you saying that we should keep his lifeless body forever in the castle basement room?" Edwin asked. "What if Celestia decides to hold onto his lifeless corpse again? Then she will never move on! She will forever be in this depression—"

"But cremating Theo is not going to do any good," Amelia sighed. 

Then suddenly the air around them turned white and the Siren Queen appeared out of the white mist.. "Nobody is going to burn my son today," Cynthia said in a cold voice.
