Gamer Of The Dead

"What the hell?" I was looking at a man, wearing an old raincoat and rain hat, he had a hook for a hand and he had killed a girl in the room. 

"Freeze! don't move, " I said to him while pointing my shotgun at him.

It looked back at me, it was an undead even though I couldn't see his whole face but he smelled like an undead. I looked at him with my ability and saw the name, I couldn't believe it, it was called "the Hookman". The Hookman, an urban legend about a killer with a pirate-like hook for a hand attacking a couple in a parked car. In many versions of the story, the killer is typically portrayed as a faceless, silhouetted old man wearing a raincoat and rain hat that conceals most of his features, especially his face. Seriously how the hell did I ended up encountering this monster out of nowhere and why is he inside a house killing people, shouldn't he killing couples who busy making out inside a parked car.

It disappeared, I looked around.

" What the hell? Where did it go?" I said while looking around, then he appeared behind me and attacked me with his hook, I countered it with my gun and shot him but close but he disappeared before my shot could hit him. 

"What the hell?" I used my "High senses" to see where he went. He wasn't in the house, I looked outside and he was standing on the street looking at me. It pointed its hook at me. By the looks of it, it was challenging me.

"If it's a fight you want you got it, bastard," I said. I used my senses and looked for my weapons found my swords in the closet and my pistols and knife on two people. As I was looking around I found 4 people hiding in the bathroom.

"It's okay he's gone," I said to them. 

"You can come out now, I won't hurt you" one of them had a gun, whoever had the gun was aiming at the door.

"That gun won't do you any good you need to get out of here or else he'll come back"

"Okay just don't hurt us," said one of them, it was a woman's voice.

"Drop the gun and come out," I told them. Using my senses I checked whoever had the gun dropped it.

They came out and looked at me.  It was a white woman in her thirties,2 teenagers the girls looked older at least 18 years old and the boy was around 14 years old, and a little boy around 6 years old.

"Don't hurt us please" she said again with her hands up.

"I am not gonna hurt you but you need to get out of here before he comes back," I said to them.

"Who?" she said.

"The guy who killed everyone here," I told her.

We went downstairs. "Grab whatever you need food, weapons whatever you need "

"Okay," she said . They grabbed their stuff.

"Yes there is a truck in the garage but it's out of fuel," the girl told me.

"I got that covered." I went to the garage and pulled a fuel box out of my inventory and filled the truck up. 

"Grab the keys let's get out of here" I called them and they sat in the truck. We drove off immediately.

"Who are you? What's your name?" the girl asked me.

"I am not telling you that you people just robbed me," I told them.

"Well she's Karen, my mother, I'm cady and these two are Andy and Mike," said Cady.

"Okay nice to meet you," I said to her.

"Where are we headed?" Karen asked me.

"There is a sanctuary, a safe place you guys can stay there," I told her.

"Goddamn it looks like that son of a bitch won't let us leave without a fight," I said.

"What do we do?" asked Karen. I pulled out a map from my pocket, marked the location of the sanctuary, and gave it to Karen.

"Here this map will lead you there," I said as I gave it to her.

"What about you?" Cady asked men.

"I'm gonna deal with the hookman," I said that and got out of the car.

"Now go, get out of here," I told her.

"Thank you," said Karen as she drove off.

"Now then since there are no distractions now let's get it over with," I said to the hookman as he appeared before me. I pulled out my pistol the 357 magnums and shot him it disappeared and reappeared behind me I countered its attack with my knife and shot it up close but again he disappeared and attacked me from behind slashing my back with the hook. 

"Seriously what the hell is that hook made of?" I said as I checked my back, he made a pretty deep slash, if it weren't for the body armor I would have been done for.

"Pissed right looks like you met your matchstick," I said to him. He started teleporting here and there again.

"Seriously that trick again". He instantly appeared before me and attacked me, his hook couldn't reach me but it got bigger and longer, and he managed to slash my ċhėst again. it's a good thing I used evasion or else I would have been dead.

"Okay sorry for underestimating you," I said as I used enhancement. It used the same method and attacked me again, using enhancement he was easier to detect with my high senses. As he attacked me I countered his attack with my knife somehow my knife transformed into a sword. With that sword, I slashed his arm off and shot his head off with the magnum saying saying " Got you bitch".

He fell down and his body sword to move.

"Oh no your dead," I said as I stabbed his heart.

"And stay down" I finally killed him.
