HE/HEROINE AND MY VILLAINESS

(NORTH, EAST, WEST, SOUTH, WHICH WAY IF YOU PRE-COUNT)

"Yerre! Hey, hurry. We're going to be late for the festival," Alda called her best friend, who is shy and ashamed of herself. Because this is the first time that she wore a dress, she was not confident. Yerre fell out of confidence, for she looks more fat on her dress.

"Um... Alda, are you sure it's okay? I," Yerre utter fidgety, but Alda stopped her from talking more.

"It's fine, don't mind them... in my eyes, you're perfect and cute, so come on! Let's have fun catching goldfish today at the festival. Don't think so much, have fun and If you feel uncomfortable, hold on to me, and I will hug you so you can feel better. Okay?" Alda long replied to Yerre, who blushed, nodded, and smiled at her.

"Okay, let us go!" Alda loud demand,

Yerre once again becomes hyper and excited to go to the festival as they hold hands, striding and talking nonstop about a bunch of stuff as they go to the goldfish festival.

"There! There! Catch it, catch it!" Yerre bawled, so into the game of catching the goldfish on a bobble net. Alda is having a hard time focusing on catching goldfish because of her bawling. Startling her with her loud voice saying 'catch it, catch it!'

"Okay, okay. I will, but stay quiet for me, Yerre, please..."

Alda begged. She covered her mouth with both hands, blushing, and just realizing what she's been doing all this time, Alda saw it, and she laughs at her reaction, blushing and embarrassed.

'How cute,' Alda thought with an admirable feeling towards her.

She stood up and went close to her stroking, her hair and disarranging it, making fun of her best friend's hair. Yerre then jolted her hand away, sulking and pouting at her.

"Stop messing my hair and complete the game, hemp!" Yerre turned her back on Alda, sulking while she pouted. Alda laughed at her reaction.

"Okay, okay, just watch and keep quiet," Alda requested.

Yerre faces her, then smiled as her eyes shined while she nodded like a five-year-old kid. So sure that Alda will win upon catching goldfish.

Alda proceeded back to playing the game.

After so many hours, she caught two chubby and beautiful goldfish. She gives the two goldfish together with the plastic bag to her best friend. Yerre felt happy and amused while Alda was looking at her. She felt so relieved and satisfied seeing Yerre happy for winning the game just now.

"Miss, Vendia?" A young woman with an innocent face and fragile features calls out for her.

"Yes?" She replies, confused.

"What's wrong? Are you not feeling well? Should we go home now? I'll call our coachman to bring us home straightaway," A young woman expresses her concern for her.

"What? No, I'm fine, Mary, let us continue," She reacted.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, I am, don't worry," She smiles to make Mary, worries fade away.

"Miss, you can always tell me if you are uncomfortable, okay?"

"Yes, I will, Mary. Thank you, and I'm sorry for I was spacing out a minute ago," She apologies,

"Is okay, I understand,"

"Thank you,"

'I'm sorry I can't tell that I remembered my childhood memories back in my previous life with my best friend, Alda,'

I'm not Vendia. My actual name is Yerre, seventeen years old, a high school student. I die with my best friend on the day of an eclipse, and I ended up here. My soul got stuck inside Vendia's body, the fictional character of the manhwa I love to read before.

It's been three days since I've transmigrated here. At first, I got confused about the whole situation, but I then process things in a composed manner. Let me take you all back to where I became Vendia.

Gasp

Inhale

Exhale

"A, Alda..." I mumble as my heavy eyelids open while tears flow down under my cheeks.

"Y-young miss?" I heard a man's voice calling out for someone.

"Hurry! Call Lord Marthen and Madam Rose. Tell them the young miss is awake, hurry!" A man's voice instructs in an anxious voice, ordering someone to hurry as I blink my eyes for clear visions and sit up on the bed.

I turned around to my left and looked at myself in the nearby mirror beside the bed, and I saw a whole different but familiar face looking back at me. I gasp in unbelief and surprise.

"Sky blue, violet long straight hair, green eyes a-and rosy red lips, p-pale white skin? T-this is not me! This..." I utter and stutter as I describe my facial features inside the mirror while caressing my face with trembling hands.

I couldn't finish my words because someone barged in with a hasten and anxious look written on both faces.

'Who?' I gasp, terrified, and distracted as I look at them with an unpleasant feeling.

"My baby,"

"My daughter. Oh, thank god, you're awake,"

'These two people are familiar…' I thought as I look at them, afraid while thinking through my old memories.

Gasp

Madam Rose and lord Marthen? But why are they here? They're Vendia's mother and father.

"No... it can't be..." I shivered in fear and lost wondering, my eyes through every corner inside the room and back to those unfamiliar people inside the room with lingering thoughts.

'Wait, a minute. Where is Alda?' I seek for her overthinking things inside my thoughts.

We die together, and I am here now, so she must be here too, YES! Yes, but I don't think it's possible. But based on what people believe, when two people die together, fate will always tie together, tell they get reincarnated, but right now, that is not the case. We die together, but I've transmigrated inside a book, so right now, Alda cannot be here with me inside.

"But I also heard from an old belief that when two people die together and have a deep connection, they will see each other again. So there's a fifty percent chance Alda could be here too," I mumble to myself, forming theories and building a positive mindset.

"Ugh... I feel so drained and exhausted I don't have too much energy yet..." I muttered over the lingering feeling of pain all over my body and head.

"My poor child..." Madam Rose continues to sob, relieved but also concerned for her daughter's well-being. She rose, stroking my cheeks.

I looked at her with a disoriented expression, then slapped her hand off from me in shock.

"Why am I here..." I asked, and I lose consciousness.
