"TACKLED TIME, THROUGH TIMES,"

Sir Arnold looked at her then nodded. Alda smiled and felt excited. She went close to Sir Arnold's side and shouldered him and said.

"Thank you. You all can teach me once we arrive back at Astrod land, "

"Suit yourself, we are going back to our domain now," Jin replied, making Alda nod and stand straight beside Sir Arnold, who looked at her concerned.

Alda saw his concern, but she didn't mind. She patted his shoulder and said.

"Don't give me that look. Come on, I still have debt to pay to you guys. Trust me, my plan will work, "

Sir Arnold sighed and nodded. He didn't want to think about the plan anymore as he tried his best not to exaggerate his way of thinking. He looked at his brothers and nodded, signaling them to start moving. Sir Arnold bid Alda a bow and went inside the passage with his brothers. When Sir Arnold and his brother left Lady Cathlen's chamber, Alda went back to the room and walked closer to the drawer table as she rang the bell to call for someone to clean the things they had eaten.

It didn't take long for someone to hear her call. The room once again became clean, neat and quiet. Alda went over to the bed and lied down until someone knocked on the door again, making her startled and jump out of the bed, as she stood on the floor on guard.

"Who is it?" she asked.

"Can I get inside Milady? I am in charge of helping to bathe and change into decent clothes," A young woman's voice was a bit nervous outside the door, she replied.

"Okay, come in," Alda answered, and the young maid then went inside.

The young maid then went to help Alda with his night routine and when everything was done, she left the room and Alda went back to her bed, sitting as the thought of Yerre crossed her mind again, making her feel guilty and sorry. She sighed and lay on her bed, feeling stressed and pressured while she covered her face with her hands, and said.

"I hope things will work well tomorrow,"

The night is howling and the places through Voldrone land start to silent. People on the street are now all inside their respective houses or hotels, already resting and sleeping. The stiff wind passes through every corner, every alley, and every place in Voldrone land as the long night goes on. The night speaks of clear weather as stars sparkle like fireflies above the sky, making people lose their thoughts and feel at ease.

Alda lay on her bed, spacing out as she looked at the unfamiliar design of the ceiling, while her arms were spread on her sides lazily. The bird plucks its wings out of nowhere, making Alda startled and jolted out of her space thoughts. She turned her head to the side and saw the bird cleaning himself as it stayed at the head of the couch.

Alda breathed out a sigh as she turned her head back to the ceiling. Once again, she spaced out. She looked at the ceiling for hours until she fell into slumber. The room inside has become silent and snoozy. Alda sleeps in bed with no blanket covered, her hands still spread on the side until morning comes.

Flap

Alda wakes up in haste and is surprised upon hearing the bird flap its wings, giving a signal that it's already morning and that it is time to wake up. Sir Arnold teaches his bird to be his own alarm clock as well, because he sometimes over sleeps, so he can't do things he usually does in the morning.

Alda sat on the bed as she scratched her eyes so her vision inside the room could become clearer. She stretched her hands to awaken the blood in her veins and started circulating while yawning. She stood up from the bed, went over to the bird, patted its head and said in her sleepy tone of voice.

"Good morning,"

The bird, of course, still did not reply with words. Instead, it replies by flapping its wings. After that, Alda then went over to the bathroom to wash her face and take an early bath with no other help. When she was done, Alda went to get a change of clothes and she chose a casual design. When she had done changing and fixing herself, Alda then went to ring the bell on her drawer table.

Upon ringing the bell, two servants arrived outside the door. The two young maids knock and call out for her.

"Milady, may we come in?"

Alda went over to the door and opened it, making the two maids surprised upon seeing her already cleaned and dress up into a new cloth. She smiles at them and greets them good morning. The two maids also replied in sync.

"Good morning to you as well, Milady,"

Alda felt like it would be a good morning and a great day. She invited the two servants inside the room and said.

"I will not eat in the dining room today. I prefer to eat in my room. I don't like to eat at such a wide and big table with no companion, "

The two maids look at her for a minute, then nod and ask her question.

"Is that all you want us to do for you, Milady?"

Alda thought of another task for them to do, but could not think for a minute because she was already hungry and wanted to eat breakfast.

"No, that is all. You two can go for now and also, can you tell them to hurry my breakfast because I'm already hungry, "Alda said with a sound that was a bit demanding. The two maids nod and leave her alone inside the chamber.

After the two maids left, Alda heard someone knocking on the library door, into the passage area. She went over to the library, opened the door and went close to the book shelves as she touched one peculiar book that had a strange and old cover. The door through the passageway opened. Showing none other than Sir Arnold. He wears simple but thick attire that is used for battle and training.

"What are you doing here? It's still early, "she asked, surprised. Sir Arnold looked at her for a sec then replied.

"I came here to get my disguise. I told you the other day that I will be going to stand beside you today when you meet the fortune teller,"

Alda thought about Sir Arnold's words and nodded.

"Ahh, I see. Okay, I will ask the maid to get me a uniform for a knight guard, "she replied.

"What? I thought you already had a uniform on you, "Sir Arnold responded, surprised.

"I don't. I didn't say I had a disguised clothes the other day. I only said okay, "Alda mentions, as she thinks through her words that she spouts the other day.

"Mn,"

"Anyway, you sit on the library couch for a minute, for safety reasons, because there will be two maids who will come by with my breakfast later. When they leave, I signaled you and that's when you go out and meet me outside my bed room, "Alda said, making their conversation short. Sir Arnold nodded and didn't ask anymore questions as he sat on the couch inside the library, and wait for her to comeback.

Alda go out, then close the door to the library hiding Sir Arnold inside. It didn't take long, for Alda received another knock on her door. She went to open the door on the entrance door of the room, only to see that the two maids had already arrived outside with her breakfast on the tray.

Alda open the door wide for them to get inside and thanked them.  The two maid then went to put the food on the table. When they are done arranging the food. Alda then give them another task to do by asking.

"Is there a free knight uniform available?"

The maid look at her buffering and thinking as they ask her back for the purpose of her sentence.

"May we ask why you ask for the knight uniform, Milady?"

Alda look at them for a second, then smile and answer.

"Oh, I want to try it on myself. Can you guys get me one uniform and bring it back in my room?"

The maids look at her surprised and said.

"But, Miss that uniform is large is not fitted to your size,"

Alda click her lounge and replied.

"Aish! Is fine. I'm only trying it on because I'm bored. I wont wear it outside, don't worry,"

The maid nod as they under her purpose about the knight uniform and respond.

"Okay, Miss. Enjoy your break we will be back with the knight uniform later,"

"Okay, thank you,"

The two maids then leave, making Alda eat alone in a gigantic room that looks like you could fit a gigantic cat inside.

Alda pressed the button on the door knob, locking it from anyone. So no one can enter without her permission. After that, she then went over to the library door and knocked on it to signal Sir Arnold that it was now safe to go out.
