Nick put all the weapons he got from the ugly man on the table. "Since we have enough guns now, all of you take one. You aren't going to get used to these in one day but it would be better for the whole group's survival if you do that" Nick said to the whole group earning nods from everyone. "Hau~, but I don't want to~" Shizuka complained. "At least you should carry one with you, for emergency" Shizuka pouted her cheeks hearing that "Fine~" Shizuka relented and choose a pistol for herself. "Kohta-san will teach you all how to use these" Nick finished with that. Nick has already told them that they were going to leave after sunrise.

After that, the girls started to prepare dinner while the others helped them. After dinner, everyone went to their own rooms. Alice the small girl would be sleeping with the girls while Maresato-san would be taking the couch since there was no more space in any other rooms. He didn't mind that, so it wasn't a problem. Nick entered his own room and the girls were waiting for him. He also sat down with them and took out a bottle of whiskey "I heard what happened with you guys" Saya spoke up. "These kinds of things are going to be normal from now on" Nick said before chugging down the whole glass. After finishing the whole bottle all of them got in the bed and decided to call it a day.

The next morning they woke up and got dressed after taking a nice and long bath. They were about to leave the room when they heard a knock on the door "The food is ready" Nick heard the voice and it was Misuzu. All of them went downstairs to have breakfast. After breakfast, all of them were ready to leave. Nick was standing outside Saeko and Kohta were killing the zombies that gathered outside the house through the whole night. Kohta was still using the nail since Nick got him more nails when they raided the departmental store. Shizuka would be driving the Humvee while Nick would be in the front and Saya would be with him giving him directions. Nick had Saya, Misuzu, Toshimi, Takashi in his car and the rest were in the Humvee.

They reached the bridge and saw that it was completely empty, with no sign of police or the zombies or either their barricades, only several dead bodies of both humans and zombies were laying there. "What the hell happened here yesterday?" Takashi asked in complete shock. "They got overwhelmed so they had to back away or some stuff like that, they have completely given up this side of the city" Nick said with complete seriousness and lit up a cigarette. Nick started the engine and crossed the bridge mauling the bodies followed by the Humvee. After driving for sometime Saya spoke up "Arent these streets too empty?" Toshimi answered her "Dead are rising up so this isn't ideal situation to open shops" but Misuzu decided tp clear her doubts "She isn't talking about stores she is talking about 'them' idiot". A tick mark appeared on Tosihimi's head "Who are you calling an idiot?" Toshimi roared "I am calling you an idiot you idiot" Misuzu was next. Takashi rubbed his temples. They continued to argue but stopped when Nick stopped the car suddenly.

All of them looked at the front and it was barricaded by concrete slabs "Saya-chan do you know any other way?" Saya nodded. Saya pointed the other way but this time they met a huge horde of 'them'. "Saya-chan you lack finesse" Nick said before jumping down the car and killed all of them in an instant. "It's not that I lack finesse, I just didn't add 'them' into my equations" Saya countered Nick's statement. "Yeah, Yeah whatever lets you sleep at night school genius" Nick replied and Saya pouted. Takashi started snickering but stopped when Saya shot him a glare shutting him up. Nick laughed seeing that and continues to drive. "Oh, lucky me..." Nick said while driving and pointed towards what looked like an army camp but it was empty. Nick waved him hand signaling Shizuka towards the camp. Nick turned his car towards the camp followed by the Humvee. Nick stopped the car and got down followed by the others.

"This looks like an abandoned army camo with all these vehicles and weapons" Takashi was the first one to speak up. Kohta was already in the armory with stars in his eyes checking all the weapons. "But this isn't JSDF or any of Japanese army" Saya spoke up pointing towards the S.T.A.R.S. logo on the tents and vehicles. "Looks like they left in a hurry" Rei spoke up. "Don't care... all of this is our Misuzu, Toshimi, Rei, Kazu, Maresato-san, and Takashi I want a complete inventory. Shizuka you check if there are any medical supplies and Saya you go help Kohta with the weapons. Saeko come with me let's check the vehicles if they work or not and Alice-chan you can come with us". All of them nodded in understanding and run off to do their jobs.

Two hours have already passed since they came to this camp and Kohta has arranged all the weapons on the table along with the ammunition. "So Saya, did you find who were these guys?" Nick asked Saya who was still sorting through some stuff. "All I know is they are called Special Tactics and Rescue Service and they are a private Private Military organization" Saya answered him. "So what do we get here?" Nick asked and Saya handed him a paper.

"I have to say nice haul" Nick chuckled and lit up a cigarette. "Now the only problem is how do we carry these stuff" Takashi pointed out. Nick just walked to the vehicles and they disappeared leaving only their previous vehicles. Nick also stored the weapons away. "Give me all your weapons" Nick said confusing the whole group. "We are going to another group and they might have different rules and demand or try to take away our weapons. I hate people who demand my stuff and I might just end up killing them" Nick told them honestly and complied and handed all the weapons to Nick. "Uhmm... Nick-san, how big is your storage space?" Kazu asked. "I never thought about it myself, as long as I am able to store stuff there I won't care" Nick said before going to Shizuka who was playing with some boxes while humming some unknown song. "Shizuka-chan, what are these?" Nick asked. "Oh, these are the medical supplies I found in the camp~" Shizuka answered in her usual tone.

All of them again got in their cars and drove towards the Takagi Mansion. After about 30 minutes of driving, they came in front of checkpoints. "Who are you, people?" a man shouted pointing a gun towards Nick. Saya was beside him, she got and the men immediately identified her. "Sorry, Saya-sama for stopping you and your group" the man said and backed away. Saya nodded and sat down and soon they reached the main gate of the Mansion. They entered the Mansion and saw a woman with purple hair waiting for them. Nick stopped the car and Saya immediately jumped off the car and ran towards the woman to hug her.

"Mama, I missed you so much" Saya said while hugging the woman. Nick immediately knew who this woman was. She is the woman who sent her men to keep an eye on him. Nick didn't like her much but he understood that she must be worried about her daughter since she sent all those men. But he was currently not understanding one thing that if she loved Saya why she didn't even send a single man to look for her daughter while they made out a camp of strangers. 'Maybe this is how humans show love for their loved ones. They give up on their family for strangers to look like Messiah' Nick thought and lit up a cigarette while Saya, Rei, and Takashi were talking with the older woman. Toshimi, Misuzu, and Kazu have gone to look for their families. Alice was playing with Kohta while Maresato-san was watching them.

"So what is bothering you?" Saeko asked Nick and Shizuka was humming some song while she stood beside them. "I don't understand how humans show love to their own families" Nick said before saying his views on Takagi family. Saeko thought for a few moments "I don't know myself depends on what kind of person you are dealing with" Shizuka hummed with Saeko in agreement. Nick didn't think much and put it behind in his mind. After some time the woman came towards Nick "Thank you for saving and protecting my daughter" the woman said. "I know you, you are the person who sent those men" Nick said shooting down the woman. "If you felt offended then I am sorry but any parents would do that, by the way, my name is Yuriko Takagi" the woman spoke up. "You already know my name from your men and those men only returned alive because I knew you send them being worried about your daughter" Nick said before walking away.

Yuriko was shocked to hear that, nobody dared to say anything like that. She looked towards Saeko and Shizuka. "He doesn't like you, before this happened, he had a lot of respect for you but when he saw that you decided to save these strangers instead of your own daughter to become a Messiah, he lost that respect for you" Saeko said before going to look for Nick. The whole group was shocked to hear that but of none them could refute it. Yuriko called some men and asked them to designate some room for her daughter's friends and group.
