Husband Is Too Sweet!

Old master Li had been lonely these days. Ignored by his only grandson, no great-grandchildren to play with and even Ah Yan had forgotten him. He really wanted great-grandchildren. With his grandson's temperament, could he depend on the boy to give him small bun to hold? Should he just adopt one? That stiff little brat may be asexual. Would he ever have great-grandchildren? Of course, Ah Yan had been pregnant so it meant that his stupid grandson was not completely useless. Then he remembered that Li Yi Feng had been drugged. Old master Li felt devastated. Had the brat ever been interested in a girl? Beside Yu Yan, there seemed to never be any girls close to his age around him. Only those stupid pretty boys from Mu and Gu family. He would also occasionally spend time with that Wu boy? Hmm... How come all the men around him were good looking? Even Ke Ming was a looker. Old master Li was shocked. It could not be! There was no way that would be possible! He was overthinking. He desperately tried to change his thoughts, but it was impossible. His mind was screaming at him. Repeatedly. He was gay! His grandson was gay!

He had become depressed these days. This did not go unnoticed by aunt Zhou. She became increasingly worried when she saw the old master constantly spacing out. Without knowing what else to do, she called Yu Yan. She had always been able to make the old man happy. The girl would know what to do.

"Grandpa, what's wrong? Don't be like this. Why don't we sit down and eat?" As she talked, Yu Yan held onto grandfather Li's hands.

The old man let out an audible sigh. Looking at her he defeatedly said his next sentence. "Ah Yan, I don't think I would ever be blessed with great-grandchildren. If things go like this, the Li family line would end with me."

Noticing his depressed mood, she consoled. "Grandpa, that's not true. You would be able to hold a little great-grandson and great-granddaughter sooner or later."

"Don't lie Ah Yan. Don't say things you don't believe." True. Would a man like Li Yi Feng ever settle down? In her past life, even ten years after their divorce, he had not remarried. She did not know what to say at this point. "That little b*****d, how could he do this to me!" Grandfather Li bellowed.

"Grandpa, calm down. No one could tell how the future would turn out," she said.

"No, I can't depend on him! If only I had more grandchildren." Suddenly grandfather Li looked up at Yu Yan. That was it, was this child not more like his own grandchild than that stupid iceberg. "Ah Yan, you have to remarry. Forget that stupid boy. Grandpa will find you a better man." She was shocked. how did things turn out like this? Why was everyone close to her pushing her to blind dates? "Ah Yan, it couldn't be that you have no plans of remarriage, right?"

"Of course not. I already told you I would start anew. I'm still young and want to become a famous designer. Someday I will find someone to settle down with and start a family. I don't want to be alone for the rest of my life!"

Old master Li looked relieved. "Ah Yan, you've always treated me as your grandfather and I've always seen you as my grandchild. Why not accept me as your grandfather? Let me adopt you!" Before she even replied, grandfather Li had made up his mind. "Yes, now that your divorced nothing is hindering me from adopting you!"

The news of Yu Yan visiting had already reached Li Yi Feng's ears. He had not seen her for a month. The old man had not seen him for a while and would probably start to whɨnė soon if he did not visit. He should head back to the main mansion since he did not want to be nagged. Li Yi Feng never considered that he normally would only visit once after several months, there had even been half a year gap between his visits.

His mood turning better, he headed to the Li Mansion. Thought his boss' mood had become lighter, Ke Ming's mood had turned for the worse. Had helot just told the boss that the woman was there? Why was he going there now? He was going to lose all his hair because of worry if things went on like this.

When Li Yi Feng arrived the old one and the young one was happily chatting while eating. Grandfather Li's mood had become much better. Noticing Li Yi Feng, the old man became visibly unhappy. "What are you doing here brat?"

Li Yi Feng raised his bow questioningly. This was the first time this old man had become unhappy with his visit. Normally he would nag Li Yi Feng to come over. Curious about the reason why the old man was unpleased, he asked. "I'm here to see you? Why are you in a hurry to chase me away, grandfather?"

"Can't you see my Ah Yan is here? If you come would she stay over? Hmph!"

Li Yi Feng did not care about his grandfather's opinion and walked over to the table and sat down. As all three of them ate old master continued his discussion with Yu Yan. "Ah Yan, are you sure you don't want me to find a match? I know a lot of good husband candidates. That Wu boy is good. Why don't I set you up? You can meet up first and then you can decide if you want to continue dating or not."

Li Yi Feng eyes widened, what was this old man thinking? Was his grandfather trying to put a green hat on his head? He wanted to send his own granddaughter-in-law to another man! Li Yi Feng felt irritated. Why did this woman not saying anything? Would she go? He narrowed his eyes.

Yu Yan felt awkward. It did not seem like grandfather Li would give up easily. Both men were eagerly waiting for her answer and she felt pressured. "Maybe not just yet?" She replied not entirely denying his request. This put the old man in a good mood however, the younger one was glaring at her. Why? Probably because young master Wu was one of his friends. He probably did not want her anywhere near his friends.

"Ah Yan we should register you as my adoptive granddaughter as fast as possible, then we would really be family." As old master Li happily went on about his plans, Li Yi Feng stood up and slammed his hands on the table. His eyes filled with rage as he looked at his grandfather and wife.
