When I got home, I checked my mail.

There was an email from the editor in charge of .

Has the meeting date been set?  (TLN: If you didn’t got, all the bold ones are him mumbling to himself)

The email asked me to come to the publisher’s office as the date and time of the meeting had been decided.

Oh, so it’s this Saturday. I’ll have to make some preparations before then.

I then picked up my brush. Took some sheets of paper out of the drawer, and made four patterns, varying them in terms of vertical and horizontal writing, style, space, and line breaks.

I think this is good.

I finished writing, made sure it was dry, and placed it in a file.

I’ll go wash the brush.

I left my room to wash my brushes.

“‘Are you working, Nii-San? Dinner’s ready.”

“Oh, Sara cooked today?”

“Yes, it’s a simple one.”

On the desk in the living room were pasta dishes for two people.

“Okay, let me go wash this up.”

“Okay.”

I washed my brush in the kitchen sink.

I drained the water and placed it on my table.

“Yosh, let’s eat.”

“Hai.”

I moved from the kitchen to the living room.

“Itadakimasu.”

We clasped our hands together.

Using a fork, I rolled up the noodles and brought them to my mouth.

“Yes, it’s delicious. You can cook too.”

“I’ve been practicing a lot. Thank you very much.”

Sara also brought some pasta to her mouth.

“Are you busy with your work?”

“Yeah, I have a meeting this Saturday.”

“So you’re going to the publishing house?”

“Yeah, that’s right.”

I continued to eat while talking to Sara, who was sitting across the table from me.

“It’s amazing. I’d like to go there too.”

“It’s not that fun. Well, there are some posters, panels and things like that.”

“Oh, I see.”

“I’ll ask if we can visit sometime soon.”

“Really?”

Sara’s expression brightened up like the sun.

“Yeah, you are my sister so it should probably be fine, right?”

“Is that so?”

“Well, we’re kind of related, aren’t we?”

“You’re famous, aren’t you?”

“How do you know that?”

“I saw your account on social media.”

“Nani!?”

I was so surprised that I shouted out loud.

“Because on the official page of the anime, you can find the accounts of Odagiri-sensei and Nii-San.”

Sara, who had finished her meal, showed me her phone’s screen.

“That’s why I’ve been getting so many followers lately.”

“I didn’t expect your account to have 50,000 followers, though.”

“Yeah, I’m surprised too.”

I had only been using this account to occasionally post my own works; however,  when the anime was adapted, my number of followers suddenly increased by almost 3,000.

“I’d better tweet something, too.”

—”I’m very happy to announce that “The Strongest Sage of the Academy of Magic” has been made into an anime. I would like to thank everyone who has been reading it. I’m also in charge of the title of the anime, so I hope you enjoy it as well.”

Then I pressed the tweet button.
