Asakiri sat down across from me.

“I’m a fan of your writing, and I’m glad to lead this project!”

“Oh, thank you so much…”

“You should follow me on social media.”

Asakiri interrupted.

“Asakiri-san, I know you’re happy to see Tojo-sensei, but let’s also talk about work.”

Asakiri seemed to pull herself together when Sasai-san reminded her.

“I’m sorry. I was so excited.”

“It’s okay. I’m glad you’re a fan.”

“Thank you very much. So, do you have any intention of publishing?”

Asakiri was back to work mode.

“Well, I’m interested, but I have no idea what kind of novel I should write.”

“That’s right, I think the current trend is about Isekai Novels.”

Asakiri said, while pointing towards the poster of a novel published by her company.

“For example, since you’re a calligrapher, you can write a story about a calligrapher who is reincarnated in another world and becomes a warrior, or whatever you want to write.” (T/N: So cliche lmao.)

“I see. So, do you have some ideas in mind?”

“I would be very happy to give you some suggestions.”

“I understand. I’ll think about it. I guess I’ll be busy again.”

I smiled bitterly.

“It’s a lot of words for just one volume.”

“That’s true. You can tell that just by looking at Odagiri-sensei. Anyway, I’ll take it home and think about it.”

“Thank you very much.”

After completing the contract and other details, I left the publishing company.

–‘I’m done, so gonna head home now.’

I sent a message to Sara, and boarded the train.

After a 20-minute train ride, I arrived at the station closest to my house and saw that Sara had come to pick me up.

“Thank you for your hard work, Nii-San.”

“Thanks for coming all the way out here to pick me up.”

“No, I was thinking of going out for dinner with Nii-San.”

It was around 5:00 pm.

It was a good time to have dinner.

“Oh, is it that time already? What do you want to eat?”

“I’ll eat whatever.”

“Yosh, let’s go out for dinner.”

We went to a nearby diner.

“Welcome. Please take a seat in the back.”

We were shown to a table.

“Well, let’s get our drinks.”

After placing my order, I headed to get drinks for both of us.

“How was your day, Nii-San?”

“Yeah, I’m going to write a novel.”

“Oh, you can write?”

“Yeah, I think I can write to some extent.”

I said while sipping my coffee.

“You are gonna get busy again.”

“Well, yeah. But I’ve always been interested in publishing, so I’m grateful for this opportunity.”

Just then, the food arrived.

“Shall we eat?”

“Hai!”

They began to eat the food.
