After I finished changing into my loungewear, I went down to the living room.

Sara was watching a recording of ‘The Strongest Sage of the Magic Academy’ in the living room.

“Oh, you’ve been recording it, huh?”

“‘Of course I did! It’s an anime that my Nii-San partakes in!”

For some reason, Sara was feeling proud.

By the way, the anime currently had aired three episodes.

“By the way, brother, what do you have to do tomorrow?”

“Nothing much.”

Tomorrow was Sunday, no school, and I could still finish my work.

“So let’s go out, shall we?”

“Yeah, that’s fine, but where are we going?”

When Sara looked at me with her carefree smile, there was no way I could refuse.

“The arcade!”

“Oh, so Sara likes going there too.”

To be honest, I was surprised, because I didn’t think Sara would be someone who would go to such places.

“Yes, I want to play UFO catchers, but I also want to play …”

Sara made an embarrassed expression on her face.

“Hmm? What’s wrong?”

“I haven’t taken many pictures with you Nii-San.”

It was true that I had been to many places with Sara; however, we had not taken many pictures. I felt like men wouldn’t like to take too many pictures.

Well, maybe that was just me.

“Yeah, that’s true.”

“That’s why I wanted to visit purikura1with Nii-San. …”

Sara said, somewhat shy.

“Okay. Shall we go?”

“Really!!? I’m looking forward to it!”

Sara’s expression brightened at once.

She looked so happy.

“Oh, I’m looking forward to it, too.”

I gently stroked Sara’s head as I said that.

“I’m going to take a bath.”

“Okay.”

Sara said, humming as she walked to the bathroom. She was in a very good mood.

*****

“Good morning.”

“Good morning.”

The next day, I woke up a little later than usual.

Sara was already awake.

“Nii-San, your breakfast is ready.”

“Oh, thank you.”

It was toast, a fried egg, and corn soup; what I would call breakfast.

“Itadakimasu.”

We clasped our hands together and ate breakfast.

“Yosh, we’d better get going.”

“Yes, let’s do that.”

After finishing breakfast and cleaning up, I said to Sara.

“Let’s get changed.”

“Oh.”

We went to our room to change our clothes.

“Here we go.”

I put on a black shirt and jeans.

“Sorry to keep you waiting, Nii-San.”

Sara was wearing a white dress with light makeup and her black hair was pulled back in a ponytail.

Very cute.

“I see you’re styling your hair like that today.”

“Yes, I heard you like ponytail, Nii-San.”

No, how do you know that?

I do like you, though.

“Thank you. Let’s go.”

I shoved my wallet and phone in my pocket and headed for the door.
