I was fuċkɨnġ pissed! Dominic was way more of an ȧsshole than I'd originally thought.

He had totally surprised me the moment he'd laid a hand on Kyomi, it was the last thing I was expecting to see.

The moment it had happened every single protective instinct in me had risen, I wanted to hurt him for hurting her.

But hurting him would also hurt Kyomi for he was still her father.

Why the fuċk did I ever care?

But I did, seeing someone hit her whether it was her father or not had made the blood in my veins boil with anger.

I was using every bit of self control in my bones to not grab Dominic by his shirt and shake him until he apologized for touching her.

And now she was asking that I leave? I didn't want to, I didn't trust that her father wouldn't hurt her again. If he could do this in public, what would happen behind closed doors?

Yet the terrified look on her face tugged at my heart, she was scared of what would happen if her father got more angry and she knew with me being here his anger was only going to rise. I could read her like an open book, her emotions were raw on her face and easy to read.

I know where I was heading, home to my family. I didn't trust Dominic, he was in a rage and there was no telling what he would do to Kyomi.

I had to take my father over there and give the offer to make Kyomi my wife, everything was already going as planned. The reporter had done a good job, but I must admit I never expected Dominic to reach at the scene so quickly, in fact I was just as surprised as Kyomi to see him there.

The only difference with the original plan was that we were supposed to wait for Dominic to offer her to us but now I didn't think that was such a good idea. Not after seeing him hit Kyomi.

I was restless.

Somehow or the other I needed to convince my father to get over there now.
