Dark Knight Zekud's Ability

Rohee's POV


Two minutes have already passed since the end of the hunt.

Rohee was worried about the last magic that still hasn't been fired yet.

"Seriously, that person is really slow, maybe is it Katia?"*

She muttered as she walked through the forest.

"Who said that I was slow?"

"Oh?"

It was Katia who appeared from the other side.

Judging from the way she was walking.She seemed to have also finished hunting a dragon,

This means that the one who still hasn't finished the hunt is that first-year student Zekudo Forss.

Rohee sighed.

Just as the two of them were about to jumped out of the bushes.

Zekudo turned around and faced the dragon that was chasing him.

It seemed that Zekudo was just trying to escape to regain his posture.

Recognizing that, Rohee and Katia stop their movements and they've decided to watch over the situation first.

The dragon roared then it rushed forward towards Zekudo when the dragon was near him it jumped towards him.

Zekudo dodge the dragon's attack by just slightly moving his body of its way.

What?

Rohee was astonished and probably Katia too.

It's amazing.

He avoided the claws of the dragon at such a close range with ease.

It was so close that when one looks from the side, it will looked to them as if it the claws had hit him.

Moreover the expression on Zekudo's face looks like that what he had done was very normal for him to do.

After that, Zekudo held the hilt of his long blade then he slashed the dragon.

The only thing that I could saw was the afterimage of the slash after that the dragon's left arm was cut off.

He released another attacked and Zekudo was slashing through the dragon like the gust of the wind.

It was different from his previous attack.

From the way he attacks, for an ordinary person it looks like it's just another slash but he was attacking the dragon with five to ten slashes per second.

Those were not just high-speed slashes, but slashes at the speed of sound.

The dragon, having been hit by such a divine feat, instantly died, its entire body spurting out blood like a rose.

It took only a few seconds for him to defeat the dragon.

With a snap, Zekudo placed the long blade in the sheath on his back and let out a sigh of relief.

Rohee is still hasn't caught up with reality yet.

What did I just saw?

The man who was being chased around by a dragon just a few minutes ago has changed in his offensive stance.
　
Then he made a mincemeat out of the dragon in a time that far surpassed that of Rohe and Katia.

It took less than a minute.

No, in just a few seconds.

Why did he have such a hard time with that one?

Rohee then exposed herself from the bushes.

Note: 1. Rohee is wondering who's not finished yet because in her POV she's not sure what is the element of the magic that was fired.

2. The POV in this chapter is really weird. At times it's in 3rd person POV but there are sentences that are in the POV of Rohee.
