I'm The Boss's Secretary?!

Chapter 133 - I See It-II

Seoyeon turned her head at Jung Hwa who by the expression smiled at her that took her a moment of pause. She heard him say, "You should call a nurse for dry towels. I will speak to her for a moment."

"Speak?" Seoyeon said when she heard Wan Seulgi sneezed aloud and Seoyeon's eyes shifted from her best friend to Jung Hwa.

"Trust me," said Jung Hwa with a smile and his hand released for Seoyeon give him a nod.

"Okay." she replied to turn her back from him and went out of the room in hurry so she could come back faster. Once Seoyeon stepped out of the room, Jung Hwa heard her footsteps that start slow in the beginning took a speed and when she was far enough he turned his face toward Wan Seulgi whose eyes were still over the sky right now.

Pulling the chair, he twirled it toward the place where he could speak and look at the human girl, "Ms. Wan, mind if we spare a minute together?" Jung Hwa's voice that was deeper entered Wan Seulgi's ears.

For the first two second Wan Seulgi seemed as if in a daze and her black eyes look back at Jung Hwa's black ones. The two said nothing until Wan Seulgi was the first to start, "Mister Jung?" she asked with a voice slightly week.

Hearing his name called a grin came to the corner of Jung Hwa's lips and his legs crossed at each other. "That is me, could I take that Seoyeon had told you things about me?"

Wan Seulgi felt as if she was more awake and she furrowed her brows, trying to remember what she had tried to do earlier to find nothing. She also didn't noticed when Jung Hwa had come to her room, "Why are you here?" she asked with her head tilted and her brows frowning. This wasn't a room where the man could enter without permission, thought Wan Seulgi to herself.

As if he could read Seulgi's mind, Jung Hwa replied, "Seoyeon came with me. You seem to not notice the time when we entered as you were gazing at the sky and moon earlier. Was there a face of God there that make you lose your sense?" came his sarcastic word that did the effect to make Wan Seulgi frown.

"You are as sarcastic as Seoyeon said." Wan Seulgi remarked compared to Jung Hwa Wan Seulgi was weaker but the girl didn't know that the man sitting in front of her now was a pureblood vampire therefor, she didn't hold her tongue.

"I'm sure that's not the only thing she said to me," Jung Hwa's eyes then moved away from Wan Seulgi to the moon, he heard silently Wan Seulgi's heartbeat that was slow compared to most humans, a heartbeat rate that wasn't too rare but also wasn't often to be heard. He was sure that the woman's heartbeat wasn't as slow as this before. "You should be very grateful if you think this is sarcasm. I still have more in store but I didn't come for this."

Wan Seulgi's brows raised up, finding how Jung Hwa's speak that sounded very confident and bold to be weird.

Jung Hwa leaned his body forward, bringing his locked fingers to his knees, "Please take a seat Ms. Wan, let's have a talk." Tipping his chin, he let Seulgi know she could take a seat.

Wan Seulgi found the air between them alone in the room to turn rigid as time tick by. The man named Jung Hwa, there was something about him that tells her even if he spoke casually there was a threat-like tone underlaying warning in his voice that could make others felt rattled and Wan Seulgi also felt the same.

The demeanor the man had despite his handsome face only made him somewhat frightening. Wan Seulgi could not put her finger in it but she felt as if she knew that the man in front of her is very dangerous. As if he would be able to do something others wouldn't want it to happen on them.

Taking a seat calmly, Wan Seulgi tried not to show emotions, to show that she felt pressured by the man's smile that became daunting and placed her brave expression, "I guess I do have time, staying in this room for months make me bored. Go on," she demanded. Since her childhood, Wan Seulgi was brought up with earth by her parents. She had never flaunt her wealth all around but she had her own pride not to show that she felt pressured by others.

"As much as I want to ask about Seoyeon, something else come first." Jung Hwa said, then his eyes narrowed down, the corner of his lips that pulled high to a smile dropped and disappeared suddenly. Even though the window was opened, the air in an instance became harder to take and heavier compared to before. "Do you remember anything from the time you were kidnapped, Miss Wan?"

At first Wan Seulgi wondered what the man was going to ask her but she didn't expect his question would be this. "If that what you are asking, you should ask the police yourself I've told-"

"Answer it." Jung Hwa's eyes grew fierce at the woman. His eyes loosing spark and the shadow created on his face dampening. "This is for your sake and for your advise, Miss Wan. It would be better if you do not utter a single lie."

Wan Seulgi found how the man who speaks more demanding to be pushing her button and her eyes glared back subtly at the man. "What if I don't?" she relaxed her brows and in silence, Wan Seulgi could hear the man broke to chuckle.

Jung Hwa's eyes slowly hinted in red, the color mixing for his eyes to look darker. With only one lamp that was placed far from him, the scarce of light only made it seem as if a shadowy creature stayed behind the wall where Jung Hwa sat on.

"You will regret it if you don't.." He spoke casually but the words contain something dangerous that showed how much he meant the words he uttered.
